This was a great location, it was well equipped with everything you need. It's in a quiet gated complex, and the pool is close by. the sunset views were beautiful.

We enjoyed our vacation at this property and would consider it again when we return. The pros certainly outweigh the cons here. This condo has the best sunset views, it is a straight on ocean view without any obstruction to the ocean horizon. We enjoyed eating many dinners on the lanai instead of looking for a restaurant with views. We stayed for 25 days and found the condo comfortable for a long stay.
Igor - property manager was very easy to work with. Responded to text with in hour.
The condo is a spacious 3 bedrooms, den with TV and a somewhat formal Livingroom. Our family of 6, grandparents and family with young children found ample space to relax. Kitchen is large and well supplied for cooking and enough dishes and glassware. The condo is well supplied for linens to include beach towels. Some of the towels could use updating but it was nice to have an ample supply for a large family.
The MB has small desk/chair.
We also appreciated all the beach supplies of chairs, umbrellas, cooler, etc.
Good supply of paper goods, cleaning detergents.
The cons here: road noise from the major road that runs along the waterfront.
Needs updating of the carpeting, it is very stained and matted on the stairs.
Dining room chairs are stained.
Both dining and lanai tables only has 4 chairs. For a condo with 3 bedrooms enough chairs should be at the tables for family members to eat together. Property management provided 4 folding chairs.
No smart TV in the den. Only cable.

We had a great 2 week stay! The property was one of the best stocked vacation rentals I’ve been in - paper products, pantry staples, etc. it was very clean upon arrival & check in was a breeze. Garage parking was really a nice bonus too.
Igor was available easily via text for anything that may come up. For example, grill wasn’t working and I texted him and then it was fixed the next time we went to use it.
The pool is fantastic for kids. We would come home after a day out and spend an hour or 2 at the pool. There is a kiddie pool that is about 2 ft deep and a nice regular pool connected, both nicely heated & perfect for children.
The lanais are wonderful with a spectacular ocean view. We watched the fireworks from the top floor lanai on the 4th.
The complex quiet & beautiful. It’s conveniently located close to the shopping center for basics.
The only issue we ran into is the primary bedroom mattress was very very soft/mushy and after a week I moved to another bed.
I really recommend this property & am so thankful for the easy process facilitated by Igor.

The property is clean and well stocked with household and beach supplies. It’s a short drive to the Kahalu'u Beach Park which is an amazing snorkeling site. The community pool and gym are an added plus. The unit is perched on a hill and the sunset views are breathtaking. Our family had a great time.

Everything was amazing during our week stay. Plenty of room for the family to spread out. Fully stocked kitchen to prepare and eat meals. The lanai and view are second to none. Wish we could have stayed an additional week! Will be back as soon as we can!

We stayed here 8 nights and really enjoyed the property. The unit was spacious and two of the three bedrooms had a nice view of the ocean. Perfect place to work from Hawaii with a desk and office chair set up in the master bedroom. The garage is full of snorkel gear, chairs, and coolers. The grill on the lanai was also much used allowing us to save $$ not eating at restaurants all the time. Most everything you will need is in the kitchen. The facilities (pool and gym) are very nice. We used the pool every day. We will definitely be back next time we come with our whole family.
Only minor detractions - the unit has central A/C, but the minimum temp is fixed at 74 degrees. This is much cooler than the 80+ degrees the unit would be without A/C, but at times it was a bit warm. Would have been nice to set it to 72. The A/C will also only operate when all doors and windows are closed. Makes sense, but there’s no alarm or warning to tell you when the A/C is disabled. We made the mistake of heading on an all day excursion with the sliding glass door slightly cracked, but not completely closed. It was 82 degrees in the unit when we got back in the evening. Also the unit has a garage, but there was no garage door opener to make it easy to get in and out of the garage.
Other than these minor points we loved the unit!

This home was perfect for my group of six adults. We enjoyed the nearby beaches, comfortable beds and common areas. My adult kids hung out at the pool. The BBQ cam in handy for lunches and dinners. I would highly recommend the location.

Excellent unit for a family! Very convenient floor plan with the three bedrooms upstairs, and the living areas and kitchen downstairs. The pictures shown are all accurate…note the white carpeting and chairs, while clean, may be an issue with small children. We were 4 adults so we were fine, but your mileage may vary. Would be nice to have hard surface floors instead. Excellent A/C and it was nice to be able to park our small SUV in the garage. Very quiet neighborhood and townhome complex, without any rowdy or loud neighbors…perfect for sitting on the upstairs or downstairs lanai with morning coffee. Killer views (just like the pictures show) will make your jaw regularly drop. Walkable to Kahalu’u Beach park, and about 15 minutes down Alii Drive to all the action. Awesome unit! Thank you!!!
