The location was perfect for access to beach, restaurants, shops, groceries, Hilton etc. The condo is spacious and comfortable seating. The double lanai is great for outdoor living. Cleaning could have been a little better but adequate. Our only problem was the Master bed. We had to sleep in the twin beds because it was in bad shape. All in all a good rental.

We stayed here instead of staying at the hotel, where a conference was taking place. So happy to have the extra living space, although we spent almost all of our time on the lanai when at the condo. Great set of renter instructions in a binder near the front door. Was easy to Understand and the information was very helpful. Would stay again if we return to the area. Only comment we would make that is somewhat negative would be the bed in the primary bedroom really needs a new mattress. While it was comfortable enough, it certainly is showing its age.

We thoroughly enjoyed our first time to the Big Island and specifically Waikoloa. The Condo was well furnished and is located on a beautiful gold course. We enjoyed having the two lanais and over all the condo met our vacation needs very well.

The apartment is nice but we had problems with the air conditioning not working.
Despite telling the company this wasn’t fixed. They did allow late check out as a result of this but we had a couple of very uncomfortable nights. Also the list of jobs before leaving seemed excessive.

If you want a large selection of beaches to visit the location is amazing. The condo was great, beautiful views.

We loved our view from the lanai and the living area! The kitchen was well equipped, and there were plenty of housekeeping supplies. The entertainment system had plenty of options. The property manager was very responsive to our questions. Only drawback was carpeting which is going to be replaced. We’d definitely book another vacation here.

Great location near shopping and beaches....the unit where we stayed had a few issues....battery missing from TV remote, I had a hard time trying to get signal to watch TV, which I gave up...and house rules were a bit strict....but I did enjoy my stay...

I rented this place for my parents who are 78 and 80. There was an elevator, so no issues with getting to their place. They loved the large lanai and my Dad loved watching the golfers in the morning. We had a massive rain storm and one of the lanais was completely sheltered even in the downpour.
They really enjoyed the space.

The deck view mountain was good for viewing the recent erruption. The condo is well stocked with everything we needed plus more. All utilities worked well. Only issue fan damper in master bathroom makes noise when windy. Request to fix was answered, but fix not possible. Master bedroom mastress is comfortable but pitches to center , need s replacement. We stayed six weeks and enjoyed condo and complex. We have stayed at Vista Waikoloa many times in past 7 years.

Condo was well equipped w/ essentials and beach needs. Great location w/ view of golf course and mountains. Comfortable furniture and beddings. Downside was that there was demolition/construction at the floor below (would have helped if we'd been advised of incoming work).

This property is spacious and nicely furnished. It worked for our family. The screen doors need to be fixed so they don’t rattle from the wind at night. Visitors need to be aware that the golf course maintenance wakes up and starts mowing at 7 am every morning too. It was great to have beach chairs/boards/snorkeling equipment. Condiments and Tupperware were very much appreciated.

The unit was clean and had everything needed for an extended stay - well stocked kitchen, laundry, beach supplies and more. When not out exploring, it was nice to be able to relax on the spacious lanai or in the nice, large living room. One note is that the king bed sags quite a bit but this did not take away from my wonderful time at Vista Waikoloa.

We enjoyed our stay at Vista Waikoloa, especially having coffee/breakfast on the over-sized lanai and watching the sunrise. The condo was well-stacked and the beach, restaurants, shops are a relatively short walk away. We would stay here again.

Despite an issue upon arrival related to how the key works, and some inaccuracies in the description of the unit, we had a great stay here. The unit size is very generous and this is an ideal location for exploring the entire west side of the Island or for staying closer to “home”. The king bed has a bit of a sag but the living room furniture was extremely comfortable.
The pool is a great size for laps (almost 25m) and was never busy.

We really enjoyed G306. It had everything that we needed. It's a spacious unit and it is in a wonderful location. Everything we needed for a terrific vacation.
