Only drawback was that there is no door to close off the bedroom. They have a really nice hideaway bed in the foyer and a sofa sleeper. But there’s no door or door frame for the bedroom. So noise, lights and privacy could be an issue for some. It’s nice that there are two full baths and a well equipped kitchen.

This golf villa was exactly what we were looking for and was just as advertised. The view was fantastic and the villa was very comfortable. Having the shuttle to take us around on the property was a nice bonus. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer...

My husband and I have been looking to buy property in Maui or Kauai. I was 100% sold on Kauai until staying here. This property is AMAZING! First Kapalua is my favorite place to stay on Maui now. The unit was just as described and the perfect space for my family of 4. Dave was excellent and always answered our calls. We had a slight issue with our parking space, but I left a nice note on the car that parked there and they moved to the correct spot by the time we were home the following afternoon. This unit really felt like a true home away from home. And the SHUTTLE!!!! Such a great bonus. Be sure to tip those drivers. They are so great.

We could not of picked a better place. The pictures are accurate except for the view. It is even better in person. Staying in Kapalua has a relaxing, resort feel! Great beach within walking distance. The closet on the patio has everything you need… boogie boards, beach chairs, snorkel stuff, coolers and sand toys! Lots of beach towels to use. You will not be disappointed with this property! Loved the Murphy bed for our teenage son!

The apartment was a perfect size for a couple and provided all the amenities we needed. We were watching some sports events on TV, which worked out fine once we got a new battery for one of the remotes.

What an amazing week! My wife and I came to Maui to celebrate our 20th anniversary. It was her first time to Hawaii and a first for the both of us on the island of Maui. I vacillated for almost 6 months between a hotel or STHR - so glad I chose the latter.
The first off, when we arrived there was a nice card and bottle of champagne waiting for us! Star #1. The condo was PERFECT. Exactly as advertised! And in a world where photos and descriptions are often doctored to “look” amazing but fall short in actuality, this was a breath of fresh air. Star #2
The location was incredible, close enough to walk to several beaches, Dragon’s Teeth (make sure to do this!!!), restaurants, and convenient stores. Star #3. Prices are high but that’s to be expected - it’s Hawaii. The view is incredible, the grounds are immaculately kept, it was quiet, and serene. Star #4. The Tuft & Needle bed was super comfortable and we slept quite well all week. Star #5
The couch was a bit uncomfortable after an hour or so of sitting down, but then again, we didn’t spend too much time on the couch. Also would’ve been nice to have a large pot to boil pasta, potatoes, or the like - but these are simple things that can be easily fixed.
I would definitely come back and hope to - Maui is magical. Now I just got to figure out a way to make this a yearly trip!!!

A perfect choice for us. Found a restful place to enjoy great weather and lack of stress. Convenient parking, comfortable bed, more than adequate kitchen and A/C.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon after visiting Wailea for a few days and it was the perfect choice. It was a beautiful condo fully equipped with all amenities (washer/dryer, grill, coffee machine, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, etc). It had a large balcony where could eat and enjoy the sunset surrounded by trees, mountains and the ocean. The beach was 10 minutes away and the location was perfect. We can’t wait to come back!

The Apartment is clean and modern and much bigger than it appears in the photos. The area is beautiful and a short walk to a world class beach.
Tips - check the storage area on the deck - it has all the beach and snorkeling gear. You can grill at the pool, if you want to eat outdoors. We will go back to then rental, next time we go

We had two young kids and two adults. This property was great! Very clean and comfy. Kitchen had everything we needed (other than coffee filters). Two swimming pools are very close by and the beach was maybe a 10 minute walk. Would stay here again!

The location was perfect for our family.
Kapalua Resorts, Resturants, Beaches and the Bay are within a 5-10 minute walk.
The condo had plenty of beach amenities. The check in and check out process was simple and stress free.
The Lanai was perfect for morning coffee and a relaxing happy hour dinner to watch the sunset.
Our experience was perfect, Dave our host was very helpfull!
