This condo is exactly as advertised. We have stayed at this location before, but not this specific condo. Holly was easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The condo does have A/C which is nice after a long hot day of island adventures! Watching the surfers each morning is one of our favorite things.

This property was oceanfront and was beautiful. Everything was cleaned well. Some properties has AC and some didn't. Ours had a unit but we did not use it. The breeze was enough at night. However we could have turned it on at any time. The kitchen was stocked with appropriate appliances, cookware and dishware. The sunset views from our lanai were stunning. You had plenty of parking. The pool was inviting. Just an overall great week! Would definitely return.

Oh, this was a beautiful condo! We purely loved the balcony, with its comfy furniture, breezy shade most of the day, and incredible closeness to the ocean and tide pools. You can't beat walking down one flight of stairs to see sea urchins and turtles! The condo was well stocked, clean, and very comfortable. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The property was exactly what we were looking for and we will definitely be coming back again. The property has all of the usual amenities but what stood out were the beautiful ocean views, the calming sound of the waves, and the amazing sunsets. The close proximity to all the restaurants and beaches also makes this ideal.

First off the view you get from the Balcony is so exquisite!! The sound of the waves crashing made me sleep like a baby and we really enjoyed spending time outside in the Lanai.
The rental is definitely the cleanest rental we have ever stayed at and very well equipped. They had everything we could need not just for our stay at the condo but even beach chairs and beach gear ready for us to use. It can get warm at night but we turned on their floor fans abs opened the balcony doors and that made it comfortable to sleep. We will be definitely coming back again. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Hollys place is amazing. I have never stayed at a nicer condo. Well maintained, beautifully decorated and the location can not be beat. Incredible views and amazing sunsets. I will miss waking up to sounds of the ocean. We did not want to leave!!!

This property was perfect for my husband, Mother-In-Law and I. The view was incredible and we listened to the waves all night. Condo is very well appointed with everything you need, plenty of towels and was clean and inviting. We will stay here again.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful place. It was so much better than a hotel because everything you could ever think you would need was already there! The place was clean, well stocked and well designed. Having meals on the balcony with the view of the ocean will be my most cherished memory. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to have a beautiful home away from home!

This property did not disappoint! Great location & beautiful views from patio. We enjoyed watching sea turtles several days right out front of the property! The condo was clean & well stocked & even had beach chairs, umbrella & beach towels! We couldn’t figure out how to turn the dishwasher on & the owner was very quick in response telling us there is a switch on the wall which turned the power on. We enjoyed our stay & loved everything this condo had to offer! Thank you very much!

We are two teachers from Northern California with a three year old and a nine month old. We loved our time at this condo. It was the perfect amount of space for us and was completely stocked with everything we needed (and way more). We spent most of our time on the lanai, which was just wonderful. There were certainly sea turtles and surfers to be watched.
My only complaint, which has absolutely nothing to do with Holly or the actual condo, was the swimming pool...Not super kid-friendly. It had a tiny shallow end, and no floatation devices allowed. This really wasn't a big deal because we were mostly swimming at the beach. We did take our daughter down to the pool while our son was napping and weren't impressed. The next day we explored the tide pools that we could see from our lanai and that was much more exciting. If you don't have kids, this would be a complete non-issue for you.
We did not have any actual interface Holly, but she seemed super available if we had needed anything. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend this condo!

This condo is a winner. Clean and exactly as shown in the photos. Beautifully furnished. Great kitchen (fully stocked) all you need are groceries (Safeway is good.) Terrific lanai - lovely ocean breezes with views of the surfers, turtles and sunsets. Comfortable beds! Very nice, recently renovated baths with plenty of towels. Washer/dryer. Big screen tv and CD/Docking station. Onsite swimming pool & Jacuzzi. Convenient parking. Short distance from Kona Town (2 miles). Peaceful & relaxing. Note: for poke try Da Poke Shack Restaurant which is located on the first floor(yummy.) Thanks Holly!

We had such a great time. The condo was exactly as pictured. Very clean and well stocked with all the basics. All you need to get are groceries. The grounds are very well maintained by the staff and they are helpful if you needed anything. Holly was such a pleasure to deal with. She met us there on our first day to give us the keys and some helpful suggestions of stores and places to visit. This was our first time to the Big Island and we will be back. If your looking for a quiet vacation than this is the perfect spot. If you want a little more excitement than stay in Kona. This part of the island is very laid back which was perfect for us. There was four of us in this condo and we had plenty of room. Can't wait to come back!

Absolutely gorgeous...we arrived at night, could hear and smell the ocean...in the morning ~ WOW! Drop dead gorgeous ocean front lanai overlooking Banyan surf point and tide pools. Super clean, lovely decor, everything we needed in a fabulous and comfortable package. We walked to downtown Kona (a couple of miles but we loved the exercise) and every time we re-entered the condo we sighed with happiness. Great location. Great views. If you're wavering, don't. Just book it. SUPER WORTH THE MONEY! Thanks Holly. We look very forward to staying again.

The condo was exactly as pictured and described. Very clean and nicely furnished. The view from the lanai was breathtaking! The condo was well stocked with pans, dishes, paper towels, etc. There were plenty of towels available and it was very convenient to have a washer and dryer. It was also very convenient to have the Wifi for our laptop.
I would definitely stay at this condo again!

The property was clean, well maintained, and as you can see from the photos, the oceanfront location is just amazing. Magical... Some of the best sunsets we've ever experienced in Hawaii were observed by us while sipping Kona Coffee (or Champagne) on this property's lovely and comfortable lanai. Just for that it was worth it... The unit is priced right, in our opinion. It had everything a family of 4 could possibly need. We hope to visit again soon.

This condo was amazing!!! The ocean is right outside your window. A hotel room of this caliber would run $900-1500 a night. There are tide pools with sea turtles and fish right outside the room. There is a little beach there too and Magic Sands beach is less than a mile down the road. Holly meets your every need with everything you can think of in the unit. There were boogie boards, flippers/masks, laundry detergent, appliances, kitchenware galore, etc etc. Even had wine glasses, champagne flutes and whiskey glasses (oh yes, even wine charms!). Right downstairs is the Poke Shack where we ate dinner twice (check out the reviews on this place). I have no complaints at all. I will for sure be back.
