This condo is exactly as advertised. We have stayed at this location before, but not this specific condo. Holly was easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The condo does have A/C which is nice after a long hot day of island adventures! Watching the surfers each morning is one of our favorite things.

This property was oceanfront and was beautiful. Everything was cleaned well. Some properties has AC and some didn't. Ours had a unit but we did not use it. The breeze was enough at night. However we could have turned it on at any time. The kitchen was stocked with appropriate appliances, cookware and dishware. The sunset views from our lanai were stunning. You had plenty of parking. The pool was inviting. Just an overall great week! Would definitely return.

Oh, this was a beautiful condo! We purely loved the balcony, with its comfy furniture, breezy shade most of the day, and incredible closeness to the ocean and tide pools. You can't beat walking down one flight of stairs to see sea urchins and turtles! The condo was well stocked, clean, and very comfortable. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The property was exactly what we were looking for and we will definitely be coming back again. The property has all of the usual amenities but what stood out were the beautiful ocean views, the calming sound of the waves, and the amazing sunsets. The close proximity to all the restaurants and beaches also makes this ideal.

First off the view you get from the Balcony is so exquisite!! The sound of the waves crashing made me sleep like a baby and we really enjoyed spending time outside in the Lanai.
The rental is definitely the cleanest rental we have ever stayed at and very well equipped. They had everything we could need not just for our stay at the condo but even beach chairs and beach gear ready for us to use. It can get warm at night but we turned on their floor fans abs opened the balcony doors and that made it comfortable to sleep. We will be definitely coming back again. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Hollys place is amazing. I have never stayed at a nicer condo. Well maintained, beautifully decorated and the location can not be beat. Incredible views and amazing sunsets. I will miss waking up to sounds of the ocean. We did not want to leave!!!

This property was perfect for my husband, Mother-In-Law and I. The view was incredible and we listened to the waves all night. Condo is very well appointed with everything you need, plenty of towels and was clean and inviting. We will stay here again.

Our stay at Holly’s place was amazing! The condo was clean, well-stocked and the oceanfront location was unbeatable. It was a quick 5 mins drive to the shops in Kona. Would love to stay again!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful place. It was so much better than a hotel because everything you could ever think you would need was already there! The place was clean, well stocked and well designed. Having meals on the balcony with the view of the ocean will be my most cherished memory. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to have a beautiful home away from home!

This property did not disappoint! Great location & beautiful views from patio. We enjoyed watching sea turtles several days right out front of the property! The condo was clean & well stocked & even had beach chairs, umbrella & beach towels! We couldn’t figure out how to turn the dishwasher on & the owner was very quick in response telling us there is a switch on the wall which turned the power on. We enjoyed our stay & loved everything this condo had to offer! Thank you very much!

What a great stay! Condo was very clean and the view is priceless. We had issues with our flight and Holly worked with us to make sure we had a great experience. I would definitely be back. I just hope her place is available!
