Beautiful corner villa on the top floor with gorgeous views of garden and peekaboo views of the ocean. The property is very tastefully decorated and has everything you need to have a comfortable vacation. The property management was very responsive and overall does an amazing job keeping you up to date with everything -- whether it's a weather alert or a checkout reminder. When we arrived our unit didn't have a wifi. Despite this being outside of their working hours (and honestly not a big issue), the property management went above and beyond to make sure we have all troubleshooting information to get it up working again. The resort is walking distance to both Kings and Queens market, and happy hour at Tropics is just across the street. Will most definitely consider this villa again during our next trip to Waikoloa.

Communication was excellent. Checkin was easy since everything had a passcode to enter, no keys necessary. Property was clean and updated. Lanai was beautiful and relaxing. There were tiny ants in the kitchen, but that is to be expected. There was ant spray available. Proximity to the King’s and Queen’s markets was fantastic. Great pool. We will definitely book this unit the next time we visit The Big Island. Thanks for making our vacation amazing! Note: we did not use any of the concierge services, so we cannot speak to that experience, but it is nice that it was available.

We were at this location for 3 weeks and we absolutely loved it. Beautifully decorated and our favorite part of the day was having dinner out on the lanai and watching the sunset. The view was amazing. We were hoping to rent it for next year, but I’m thinking next years price might be a little out of our range. Thank you for sharing this beautiful place v

The condo was very nice and recently remodeled. We had a great time here and would come back. If the unit came with reserved parking it would be better as the visitor parking spots were limited and always full. Other than that our stay was great.

We loved our short, 3-night stay here, it was perfect for kicking off our Big Island adventures. The lanai was amazing. And we loved the shower. Had a few problems upon arrival as the email didn’t include all necessary information & I couldn’t reach the front office. However, the 24 hour emergency service guy was very nice, helpful & helped us figure everything out. He noted this is a newer property for them, so I imagine these details will be ironed out soon! Kitchen was stocked with great cookware, coffee, etc...just missing olive oil! I’d also give a heads up that the shampoo/conditioner is a single product combined...so ladies with long hair (like myself!) who look for conditioner to help with post-beach hair...heads up!! All in all, this is great. Would have loved to visit the pool, looked lovely, we just didn’t have time.
