I didn't like going through a third party all the time. If we needed soap or shampoo it would have been nice to have it available. Extra towels would have been nice. A locking sliding door would have been awesome.Bathroom floor was dirty when we got there.

Great location, clean room and very smooth check in. The only down side was the loud air conditioner. Ear plugs are definitely a must. Otherwise, it was an awesome stay!

The view was amazing, but that was diminished when I had to deep clean the bathroom due to bodily fluid buildup still being under toilet seat and area light switch. The bathroom was also only stocked with one roll of toilet paper. My family members stayed in similar rooms on different floors and had at least 3 rolls stored in the cabinet near the reach in cooler, but that cooler in my room was locked.

The condo is in a perfectly positioned place to enjoy all of what Oahu has to offer. Most everything that is needed for the stay is within walking distance, groceries, restaurants, shopping, beach, etc. We especially enjoyed was that most of the tour buses make a stop there. The condo was perfect for 2, and had a very comfortable, safe feel the entire stay. We live in a vacation/resort community that relies on tourism and it was refreshing to feel welcomed and appreciated by all the locals we encountered in our visit, we truly felt the spirit of “ohana” while in Honolulu. Thank you for the great stay, we will gladly stay here again!

We had a decent stay in the Ala Moana Hotel through booking with Lei Realty! Just be aware though that because they are a private owner, all services (including cleaning) are done separately by them and not by the Ala Moana Hotel. Otherwise, we had a great time here! Thank you!

There was a roach on the counter surface upon entering the room. Our hotel keys stopped working mid trip and it was a lengthy process to get them restarted. Parking is expensive and the lot is full most of the time. It takes about 5-10 minutes to get up/down the elevators. The location is convenient since it is right next to the mall, but aside from that, it was just an okay hotel. i would not stay here again.

The room was clean and close to amenities. There was a Starbucks and convenience store located in the hotel lobby and a walkway that connected the hotel to the Ala Moana Mall. There was a nice view of the city and ocean from the balcony. Overall we had a great experience staying here.

Convenient, fun, clean, close to large mall that has everything you might have forgotten. Convenience of having a hotel lobby with bell desk and a Starbucks. The Signature Steak House on the top floor was a bonus. The DADA cafe wasn’t so good. Pool was awesome.

This was the worst experience ever. First the hotel charged us the taxes and fees the realty company owed the hotel (they said the credit card for the owner was declined). Then the realty company never returned our deposit. We ended up losing an extra $700 because of those two items.

Room is small, no view of ocean and has dingy furnishings and carpet. The bed was large but just ok. The microwave was barley usable with no directions on how to use it. The kitchen was minimal, very minimal so we ate out every meal.

The location was perfect as it was easy access to leave anywhere! The room itself was clean and the perfect size for a couple. Rules were very easy to follow and had no issues checking in or checking out. I would recommend this place if you are visiting as well as if you are doing a staycation. I hope to come back soon!

I loved the hotel and everything around the area being walking distance. My last day here I had issues with room service. I called the number I found on a folder with guidelines and they said they couldn’t help me and transferred me to the “correct number”. Once I was transferred I was told they couldn’t help me and said would transfer me back. So my question was never answered. Also my last day there was a power outage and I had to do the cleaning late at night, I didn’t know where to throw out the trash.

The property of the hotel was a nice place. They were renovating at the time of my stay but a very nice setup and the hotel has an attached walkway over to the mall which was super nice and convenient. Booking the room through a realty company that said they rent out "condominiums" was a mistake though. I booked through Lei Hawaii Realty and they advertused condomium rentals which turned out to be just a regular hotel room with the title condominium on it. After paying for the room upfront with the realty company, i arrived at the hotel and had to pay seperate fees, for instance, i had to pay a 50 dollar plastic key card issuance fee which i have never had to pay for ever staying anywhere. On top of that you have to pay seperate daily hotel fees from the daily fees you already paid to the realty company. When staying or booking with this realty group also you have to contact the realty company with any concerns or needs, whether it be something major like a tpilet leak or even as simple as i need more towels or linens we
