The place was very nice and the scenery. It’s a condo in Hawaii and far from “hang loose”. Kona Vacations did fine but the complex property managers micro manage the complex. It’s over done. Multiple signs on the push button complex gate about no smoking, no fire works, no parking on others spots. One day me and my son were at the beach and my wife and daughter were at the condo. The assistant property manager accused them of smoking and wet rude. I then called the lead complex manager (Jim) he said it was his aassistant named Tim that talked to my wife. I let him know his assistant was rude and accusatory and where is the proof they smoked since they both don’t smoke. He said it may have been the other unit then and he had no proof and said there is nothing to worry about if they didn’t smoke.
Our checkout day was a few days later and a half hour before someone came through our outside front gate for some reason. He then looked in the window me and my son were getting dressed and packing. He was an older skinny guy with grey and and a mustache. I think it was the assistant property manager since he and another slightly younger taller husky guy with short hair was with him downstairs in the parking lot. The skinny guy had a painters plastic bucket. The cleaning crew saw them but didn’t know who they were. They knew the checkout time and that our car was parked in our spot so why he would creep around who knows since nothing was on the door. Beware!

This VRBO was one of the best we've stayed in. It had everything you could need to cook, including nice cookware, plates and utensils, and all sorts of spices. It also had really nice beach equipment with chairs, fins, snorkels, and boogies boards. The also have books and games and cards. The location is nice as it's just adjacent to the Queen's and King's shops so lots of shops and restaurants within a 1/2 mile walk. You can also drive across the street and park fairly close to the beach to snorkel at A-Bay. We would highly recommend this unit!

The condo was well equipped with useful and usable/good condition kitchen items. There were beach chairs and an umbrella, as well as many other items left by previous guests. The only issue we had was with the haunted light in the ceiling fan that turned on all by itself...hahah!

This host was so amazing. The place was very clean and they provided additional towels for the beach, boogie boards, and other fun gear. Beds were very comfortable. Directions were clear and communicated well. I would 100% stay here again!

First of all, Kona Coast Vacations is very professional and on point at communicating check in & out, and all possible questions answered by the binders in the unit. The unit itself is spotless, tastefully decorated, well stocked, and the balcony overlooks the golf course. We used the espresso machine and cooked eggs everyday. The location is in a huge resort zone with restaurants and a grocery store near by. We think the only thing to possibly be improved is to change out the pillows in the primary room as they are pretty much worn. All in all a great place to stay.

We really enjoyed the time spent in our Fairway Villas in Waikoloa, everything was spot on, our only disappointment was no closet space. There was none in the master bedroom only wall hooks and the second bedroom closet is full of all the goodies one needs for the beach that space for any personal belongings was very limited. The kitchen cookware was better then in some places we've stayed. We would stay here again. Mahalo

My wife and I stayed at the Fairway Villas and we loved it. All the condos in Waikoloa are in an excellent location, all within walking distance of the king and queen shops for shopping for groceries or for souvenirs or gifts. The condo was clean and well maintained, fully stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler and boogie boards for your beach getaways. The lanai was beautiful in the mornings for breakfast with a view overlooking the golf course. We really couldn’t have asked for more.
