We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It had everything we needed for a week stay in Maui. It was close to activities, food, groceries, and right on the beach. The lanai was the perfect place to hang out while at the condo. Mahalo!

Condo was great location. Perfect for 2 adults & 2 teens. Condo was well supplied with cooler bags, kitchen had pots/pans, utensils to make all our meals & containers for leftovers or snacks to take to the beach. Beach chairs, beach towels. Washer/dryer. Temps were in the low 90s, but opening windows & rooms all had ceiling fans to keep the condo cool. Condo had perfect sunset view from the lanai & easy to get to the beach. We saw lots of sea turtles in the water & even 1 on the beach. Rooftop access made for a good sunset view as well.

Nice top floor end unit with great views from condo and roof.Ample room for 4 adults,plenty of amenities,beach chairs and towels.Right on the water next to a small public beachWalking or short drive to restaurants.Looking forward to returning in the future.

This condo was great for my family of four. We have teenagers and everyone had plenty of room. Kitchen was well stocked with essentials. Our host was available and easy to communicate with. I think the best part was the location with easy beach access and a great pool. The views were amazing. It is fun to watch the sea turtles just steps away! The beds and pillows were very comfortable too and there were plenty of extra cozy blankets.

A great location in Kihei!! Wonderful views both from the balcony and the rooftop along with giant sea turtles on the beach. Very clean and amenities were excellent!! We would definitely stay here again!

Nice unit but noisy from street noise. There were no small spoons. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was equipped except for spoons. The humpback whale museum next door was nice. We enjoyed watching the sunset off the balcony and the whales. The roof was great for watching whales. Great unit.

Very nice condo. Comfortable for our 2 couples staying here. Would be nice if there was one more living room chair so we didn’t have to sit 3 across on the sofa. There is some street noise but that quiets down by bedtime. Great walled off swimming area,especially for children. We’d be happy to stay here again. Convenient to Kihei and great restaurant downstairs. Building elevator was a nice plus.

We really enjoyed our stay. Beds and couch were comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed. Location was great. Amenities on site were nice- kids enjoyed the pool and the lagoon. Indian restaurant onsite was very tasty. We enjoyed star gazing from the rooftop as well. Would definitely stay here again.

This fourth floor corner condo has beautiful views. Quiet with the windows closed and AC on, so that is how we slept. (Great cross breeze with windows open but then you can hear the street noise.) Well equipped kitchen. Twenty-ish minute drive to Wailea beach; 50 min drive to Lahaina. We enjoyed our stay.

This beautiful condo was exactly as described. The ocean views were incredible from the living room, master bedroom, and lanai. We loved the Kihei location and it’s central location on the island. The property manager was efficient and very easy to communicate with. We were very happy with our stay in this unit and would undoubtedly book here again.

This condo was absolutely gorgeous and the views of Maui are stunning! The lanai looks over Menehune’s fishing pond and the Pacific Ocean. The sunset was breathtaking every evening. The kitchen was stocked with all your basic needs. There were plenty of linens and the beds were comfortable. There is even a pull out couch and play pen for your kiddos! The AC was refreshing to step into to escape the humidity. This condo was perfect for our 5 year anniversary trip. We got to return to the place we were married and soak up the Maui culture. I would highly recommend staying here! We will definitely be back. Aloha and Mahalo for your hospitality!

This condo is exactly what we were looking for in Maui, specifically in Kihei. It's about 20 minutes or less from everything in South and Central Maui, but it's not a giant resort, so it felt more like home. Just big enough to have everything we wanted, but without the massive crowds. Parking is very easy. The pool was perfect. We used the shuffleboard a lot, and really enjoyed the two BBQ grill locations, three near the pool/beach and three on the top floor (amazing views!). We also really enjoyed the beach. This stretch of beach benefits from an old fishing wall which prevents waves from coming in, leaving perfect conditions for smaller kids but also perfect for stand up paddle board. The condo itself is perfect for a family of four or so. Just the right size, bedrooms were great. Nice AC, well stocked kitchen, everything you need for the beach, and the views from the master bedroom and balcony are stunning. Those views are why we picked this spot. We had minor issues with an appliance, but the management team was extremely responseful. We would LOVE to stay here again.

The complex is very nice well kept. We had a great time! nice views from unit of the ocean/bay. The unit is a bit outdated but had most everything we needed and had comfortable couch. Wish it had been stocked for our entire stay with the basics such as bath soap, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towel and tissue. Nice there was some beach chairs and towels but some beach items were broken. Road noise from Kihei drive was quite loud, and with no AC had to leave windows open to sleep. The noise machines in the bedrooms did help some. Overall was a good property and centrally located.

The condo was spotless when we arrived, and so well appointed in the kitchen. There is no A/C but we knew that ahead of time, and there's plenty of fans to keep comfortable and if you open up at night the ocean breeze is delightful. Property owner/contact was immediately available when we had an issue with our key, so professional and kind. We would definitely stay here again!

We were fortunate to rent three two bedroom condos in this building. This condo was by far the best, except for the lack of air conditioning. Best view, best overall feel (high ceilings and nice furnishings). Highly recommend to anyone who doesn’t mind street (traffic) noise due to proximity to main road through Kihei and lack of ac requiring open windows and fans to keep air circulating.

We arrived at our condo just after that big flood that caused all the mud to pile up on the roads and parking lot. This created a lot of dust in the condo (no fault of the owner) but the facility crew was quick start the cleanup process. The condo met our needs nicely. When I called the owner telling her that the large pot was burnt on the bottom, she was very accommodating and had a new set of pots and pans for us very next day! It was such a big bonus to have beach towels and beach chairs there for us to use. Also, it was also so nice to have shade on our lanai so that the condo didn't heat up through the day. We enjoyed every breakfast sitting out there and the view of the pool, palm trees and ocean were exquisite! Thank you and God Bless!

The condo was wonderful. We had one hiccup and it was taken care of immediately. Malinee was wonderful to work with. I've read other reviews and I'll say this. If you look for imperfection you will succeed in finding it. Even in your own home.
My sister and I were very pleased with this unit. It was CLEAN, COMFORTABLE and very NICE! I drank my coffee in the morning on the balcony where it seemed to always have a cool breeze and the wonderful sound of the ocean.
Would I choose this unit again? YOU BET!!!

Excellent property location with pool and beach access right downstairs. It was very clean and ready when we checked in. Well stocked and roof top view of ocean was awesome for sunset views as well as turtle sightings in fishpond beach directly on property.

Location is good, although not walking distance to main town, shops, restaurants. Need to drive. The end unit is nice for windows and cross breeze (no AC) although it's very noisy due to street traffic. If this is your first time in Kihei, take a drive south past Wailea to Makena beach - beautiful beach, excellent snorkeling!
