This is a very tasteful and comfortable place to stay at when visiting. The location is great and the complex is quiet and strictly ran thus avoiding any unnecessary unwanted behaviors. The beach close to the unit is small but nice (has a beautiful sunset to watch). Close to downtown Kihei and rest of family members. Safeway and shopping center only one mile away. Thank you so much for hosting us it was an amazing experience

This condo was a wonderful place for our family. It was spacious and the double lanai was a great gathering spot. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well supplied and the resort was beautiful. We had a great week in Kihei.

This apartment was very clean and tidy and provided all we needed. It was in an excellent location in the resort and very quiet.
Well thought out with all the little extras and beach equipment. Felt like there was plenty of room for the whole family. It is Maui so you do have to drive as the roads are not the best for walking. But everything is so close and handy, lots of great restaurants, coffee places and food markets. The beach walks are great and with lots to see. Everything felt very safe and we would happily recommend.

Very nice condo. Well appointed. Very large balcony that overlooked nicely kept landscaping and putting green. An "older" condominium complex, but well maintained. This unit could use a kitchen update, but it was still fine. We only used the fridge and coffee maker, but it looked like it had all the kitchen gadgets you could ever need. We enjoyed our stay, and would happily stay here again.

Luana Kai was a great location for us! The 2 br condo size was perfect for our small family, and while this isn't a luxury property it was clean, well-maintained, and had absolutely everything we needed. We loved having breakfast on the porch and appreciated the multiple fans in addition to the a/c units. Check-in and out were simple and straightforward, and the keyless entry was convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our week long stay here. The condo was exactly as advertised, the beds were so comfortable! It was well stocked, check in and parking were great. It was very easy to get ahold of the property manager each time we had questions and the guest book leaves enough instruction you rarely need help.
The beach is nice and we used the chairs, cooler and towels on that beach but also took them each day on our beach escapades.
We loved the location because it's close to food, shopping, food trucks and all the good beaches. It's even close to several medical facilities if you need them!
We had a minor incident with a water line breaking (completely out of the control of condo manager) and we got an answer right away and since we were leaving that day and had no water they accommodated us by giving us access to another building - it saved what could have been a very challenging situation - which leads me to say... rent from them!

This was a well kept, quiet complex. That made it great for a family. Because there is no AC in the unit the windows need to be open at night. The complex was plenty quiet for our kids to sleep, so it made the whole trip more enjoyable!

This condo has everything our family of 4 needed. The king sized beds were great so there was lots of room to sleep stretched out. Two bathrooms was fantastic - we didn’t have to share with our teenaged daughters. No a/c but ceiling fans plus extra fans kept air moving. We wished the pool hours were longer than 9 to 9, especially when the ocean was essentially closed due to dangerous waves. Location was perfect for jumping in the car and getting anywhere on the island quickly.

This unit was great for my family of 4. The pool and grills worked wonderful to meet other family members that stayed in other units in the community. The short walk to the beach and we found some turtles to watch.
I was a little scared not having A/C in June. But once you open all windows and turn on fans. The cross breeze at night kept the unit cool. Just keep all the windows and sliding doors open and the unit is perfect temp. The unit has everything you need for the beach.

Malinee was very responsive to my lack of attention to detail during the check in process. We had a great stay with our toddler— place had everything we needed. Beach supplies and all. Close acccess to the beach and a great pool. The bed was very comfy. Thanks fir a great stay!

Staying in Kihei offered a good central location on the island that put most locations within a reasonable drive. Having two king size beds in the unit was a plus, also ample parking was available. Do remember that in Hawaii, if the unit doesn't explicitly state it has A/C, then it doesn't, like this unit. Most of the year is fine, but we went in July and it stays hot, even with all the fans on and windows open.
Having the beach just past the park was great, and there were plenty of beach towels in the unit to use along with chairs, noodles, sand toys, and boogie boards. The immediate location is a bit rocky, but a short walk along the shore gave a good beach, especially for kids.
Also, loved Nalu's a few blocks down the street for lunch.

Very old property and the condo has not been upgraded. All appliances, furnitures/mattress were of poor quality. Doors of Patio were not secure. Property Manager was rude and asked us to do their work for a request for one hour extension which we respectfully declined! Will never book this place again.

Loved the property, spacious and clean. We cooked every meal and loved the kitchen. It was well stocked with everything we needed. The beach is only a 5 minute walk to the beach. We loved the lanai. We would definitely stay there again!

Condo was clean. Older style condo and darker colors than were used to but it was nice. Nice lanai over looking the courtyard. There was plenty of room. Overall a great place to stay on Maui.

We liked location. Definitely needs kitchen and bathrooms to be updated. Good if you’re on a budget, don’t spend much time in there anyways. But i would pay extra for something better if you have the money.

We had a great time staying at this property. Enjoyed a view of the ocean from our patio. We spent a lot of time on the patio (no AC) with the beautiful garden with flowering trees and shrubs. The pool/hot tub (swimming/grilling) and walking the beach (turtles) were a daily event. Great location, quiet (except for the waves and birds:)) and easy access to the road. Beach towels, wake boards provided, washer and dryer, dishwasher, frig ...all worked well. Give it a try
