Excellent location with nice, quick walk to the beach and to food and shopping, excellent views. They thought of everything you may need during your stay such as plenty of towels, in unit laundry, and beach things like chairs and mats; it’s exactly what’s in the description and the pictures are so real. The patio was huge and was really nice for sunbathing or eating. You get access to the hotel pool and gym which were great too. I would stay there again and again. Great communication if you have a question or need anything.

Our two bedroom suite was was just perfect. Our check in was was so smooth and easy. I expected it to be nice but it was so much more comfy and spacious. The beds were so nice and the upgraded bathrooms were wonderful. This suite has the biggest lanai ever! You could see the city lights and the fireworks on Waikiki beach!! I would recommend this suite highly and would stay here again.

The apartment suited us well. Well equipped in general but salt and pepper would have been greatly appreciated, as well as some oil and in my opinion more necessary than the provided shampoo. Would have used the lanai more if it hadn't been so windy during our stay, which was a shame as the lanai is really the highlight of this apartment. Loved the view. Would have been nice if we had been able to have our meals out there as the limited inside dining space is really the only downside of the apartment. Also, better lighting on the lanai would do wonders as well as an umbrella/parasol. The quality of the mattress of the sleeping sofa is not so great, only suitable for a young person, but the beds were good. Very pricey but that seems to be the case with everything in Hawaii.
Would have greatly appreciated the possibility of early check in at a reasonable rate (not full night rate), also because there is no possibility of on site luggage storage, and manager didn't respond to our enquiry about nearby luggage storage. Luckily we were able to find one, as we didn't have a rental car at the beginning of our stay.

This place was great. It’s located in the middle of Waikiki and walking distance to the beach.

My husband and I recently stayed here with another couple. It was the perfect size for the four of us. They had an issue with the cleaning service so it was 5:30 before we could check in but they refunded us the cleaning fee so it worked out and was very clean when we did check in. The unit has two bedrooms that are very good sized and the main bedroom has a king size bed and it's own huge attached bathroom. The main attraction of this condo is the HUGE patio that has amazing views of the city and the ocean. We spent most of our time out there. There are large TV's in the living room and both bedrooms that get lots of channels too. The location is great with many restaurants and bars within walking distance. In the closet there was a beach umbrella and chairs for the beach, which were handy. We were also able to walk to the beach in about 20 minutes. The only negatives I have about this property are the sheets and the kitchen utensils. The sheets were very rough (I'm picky about my sheets) and the kitchen could use more upgraded preparation tools. In the pictures it shows an umbrella over the table on the patio but there was no umbrella. Be aware you have none of the hotel services as this is a privately owned condo in the hotel. They wouldn't even let us borrow an umbrella or leave our luggage the day we had to check out. All in all, this place was perfect and I would definitely stay there again! We had a great vacation!!

One of a kind property with huge outdoor living area that we very much enjoy. Light, bright and breezy. Free parking spot is a big plus since we have a rental SUV. Very thoughtful to include additional beach chairs and bodyboard in the storage closet which we were able to take to the beach to enjoy.

It’s positioned on a busy street so there is a fair amount of traffic noise, this wasn’t really a problem for us but might bother some. It was a perfect “city break” for us, we stayed 4 days before heading to Maui and enjoyed our time very much!

This was my husband and I’s first trip to Hawaii. We searched and searched for a two bedroom two bathroom condo that had a view of the ocean. The photos do not do the condo enough justice. All of the views from the bedrooms to the living room were amazing! From the ocean to the city to the mountains! We were within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. The walk through the park to the ocean was my favorite!
The Lanai had views of all of Waikiki! My daughter and I both fell asleep out there on different nights. She chose a chase lounge and I chose the hammock! It was so peaceful out there!
It is very true from all of the other reviews, if you get a car make sure it is a smaller vehicle. We had a Ford Ecosport and anything bigger would not have fit. To have a parking spot was perfect though!
I would recommend this rental to anyone and would stay here again!

This place was perfect for our trip to Waikiki. We had two couples who traveled together for this trip and it was perfect. The location is great and within walking distance of so many restaurants, shops, and the beach. Parking is included which was so nice. The large private patio was great. The only negative I would say is that they charged us $50 for a misplaced room key (which is a hotel key), which seemed a bit steep. Other than that it was great.

This place is great - LOVED the lanai. It's giant and perfect for hanging out and having meals. The main bedroom has a comfortable and huge bed, and it was so nice to have a patio outside each of the bedrooms. It was also great that the couch was a pull out because my sister stayed with us. The full kitchen was also handy, wish we cooked but we mostly ordered out.

We loved the location and so happy we rented a car to explore North Side of Island. The condo is specifically the patio was amazing! Kitchen had the minimal dishes which wasn’t a problem for us as we ate out everyday but was able to refrigerate and warm up left overs. Our grandson has his own room and so did we! Plenty of privacy for all three of us. We could walk to beach, park, shopping, restaurants and could hop in rental and head out to explore. Just a perfect location!!!

For the price this was a great value. Perfect for a small family but still good for 2 adult couples. The unit and building were very clean. The huge outdoor balcony deck is fantastic for lounging, entertaining and very private sunbathing with a view over the city. Two small decks are great for an evening cocktail or morning coffee with a view of the ocean and nearby park. There is walking access to a beach, about 15 minutes. Shopping and dining is within walking distance. Overall a very good place to stay.

This is more like a 2* or 3* unit. Location is good, patio size is super. The kitchen is outdated, the sofa is disgusting, some patio furniture is very dated, one bedroom has no closet or dresser. This should not be considered a bedroom. We had one coffee mug per person. Kitchen cupboards very dirty and in poor condition. A little TLC and furniture replacement would make this condo much better. Definitely not a five star unit as per the reviews in our opinion. I would not stay there again.

The amount of space in this unit, with all of the 2bedroom patios and enormous Lanai, was amazing. We couldn't find this amount of space and amenities so centrally located, with views for the price. We enjoyed our stay. It could be updated a little but enjoyed the vintage Hawaii feel. We would stay here again for sure! Again the enormous Lanai made it everything, we ate outside on the patio, hammock to sunbathe in, really was incredible!

Two couples shared this unit, plenty of room. We enjoyed the pool area and used the grills several times. You are walking distance to everything you would need if just visiting Waikiki. There is a car-share next door if you need a car for the day. Parking space is available but parking garage is a bit tight, so do not rent a large vehicle. Overall, great place!

The unit was clean and inviting. It was close to the action of Waikiki but far enough away to avoid the crowds and enjoy peace and quiet. The outdoor space both the large lanai and the decks off of each bedroom and living room were an added luxury. Perfect views!

We originally booked this condo back in March of 2020, but needed to cancel two weeks prior to our arrival when the governor shutdown Hawaii. We were outside the refund window, and while other VRBO customers struggled to receive refunds, Lei Hawaii Realty refunded our money; no hassle or questions asked. We booked again for July 2020 assuming the shutdown would be over... I bet you see where this is going... again we were refunded our money.
We specifically wanted this space based off the ratings, reviews, location, outdoor patio, and how accommodating Lei Hawaii Realty was with our previous bookings. We tried again in December 2020 (Christmas break) and March 2021 (Spring break), but the condo was booked. So, we decided to wait until June 2021 when the kids were out of school and the condo was available. We were not disappointed! The 5-star ratings and positive reviews left by previous guests are spot on. The check-in/check-out process was super easy. When we arrived the condo was air-conditioned, clean, quiet, and well equipped. All we needed to stock was our food and drinks. This space was perfect for our family of four. The outdoor space is AMAZING; we spent hours out there! The location worked out well. We had easy access to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. A parking space was included, but we did not rent a car based off some reviews stating the space was small. After looking at the space we would have been very comfortable parking any mid-size SUV or smaller vehicle.
We believe we found the perfect condo in the Waikiki area for our family. We would stay here again. We recommend this place to anyone looking to be in walking distance to the beach, shopping, and restaurants; especially if you are looking for an AMAZING outdoor space with great views. If you are viewing this place, and it is available, book it before someone else does! You won’t be sorry.

Great location! Condo was clean , comfortable and tastefully decorated. There is a lot of space, including 3 Lanais. There is a washer and dryer as well. Parking is included and the pool is really nice. Restaurant on site has take out only currently but has excellent Poke. I would stay again and recommend this property to my friends.

This is one of the nicest units we have ever stayed in Oahu. It is large, comfortable, well equipped and the view from the three balconies is amazing. The management company is extremely responsive to requests. The parking is very nice but it is a bit challenging. This unit is part of a hotel but it is the only unit with a huge outside patio. It does have 2 full bedrooms and a convertible couch. I would stay here again and can freely recommend it to everyone.
