Your 3rd floor one-bedroom condo is easily accessed via elevator. Stay cool on warm days with central air conditioned comfort. You have a California King-size bed, a queen fold-out living room couch, newly remodeled bathroom with walk-in shower, a remodeled well-stocked kitchen with washer/dryer, towels/linens, everything necessary to prepare your own meals and eat them on the rooftop deck or your spacious lanai with outstanding ocean views.

Kamaole Beach Royale is a concrete structure, has lovely landscaping and offers a relaxing environment. Your building has a heated swimming pool, shuffle board and a magnificent Rooftop Garden on the 7th floor, where panoramic ocean and mountain views and 2 new gas BBQ grills await you. Come up at sunset, meet other guests and send off another day in paradise. Parking is a breeze - plenty of free, unassigned parking stalls. Maui’s offerings are diverse. There is the Pacific Ocean, great beaches, mountains and a variety of locales that will entice your adventuresome spirit. Many activities are available here such as ocean sports, golfing, zip lining or shopping to mention a few. The restaurants here are first class with most offering an abundance of local seafood prepared with Hawaiian flair.

We would be pleased to offer recommendations on sights, activities and restaurants. We can also put you in touch with a local discount car rental agency. If you plan to see some of the wonderful sights; there also is an inexpensive public transit system. Ask and we will share with you where we find the most reasonable prices for the freshest seafood on the island.

We enjoyed our stay. This location is so close to restaurants and all the shopping you need being on the 3rd floor still let you view the whales every day. Availability of the pool is bonus as the ocean is sometimes too rough the only thing I miss is single recliners for the living room.

Our family vacations to Kihei are always to KBR. We have stayed at several different units depending on availability. This by far is one of my favorites! When I walked in I noticed the cleanliness. The appliances were well kept. Great dishes to use. The bedroom and living room each have their own AC unit which I thought was wonderful. Although we didn’t use either honestly. We enjoyed the open lanai door and the ceiling fans. Bed was comfortable. Great bathroom space. Harvey was so easy to reach and he replied promptly. He noticed we didn’t have a car rental (we opted out of it this trip) and he reached out with public transportation options for us. Which I thought was so thoughtful! I honestly can’t say much more. We loved this unit. This is definitely in our “YES” list for units we would stay in again if available on our dates.

Very nice abode for 1-2 people. It was great having an ocean view since I was planning days on the water. I really liked the balcony / alcove setup. It was small but had nice tables and chairs, plus fans and shutters...a livable space as opposed to the usual condo dirty broken seats with no room. Parking is very tight with narrow spaces but at least convenient and relatively safe, although unsecured. Kihei can be a noisy crowded place, but the view and height (3rd story) mitigates these issues. Woke up to bird calls each morning. The location is very central, near Wailea, and also the beach (1block), as well as the restaurants and activities in Kihei. It is 1 block away from a super-easy cross street to the Pi'ilani highway, which is the main route to the rest of the island. The neighbors and guests I met were all very nice. The condo is near the elevator but I never heard any noise from there. It helps that there are only a few units on each floor. Very relaxing, well located property. The host(s) were very nice and easy to deal with as well!. Small but private pool on premises.

Wonderful property! One of the best stocked units we have stayed in. Well stocked kitchen with very new utensils, dishes etc. Harvey & Rusty were great at staying in touch and ensuring we had everything we needed. Will definitely stay there again!!
