What a great property. Our Family of 4 had a wonderful time over Christmas!! The place couldn't have been in a better location.. Super close to Poipu beach and the place was well stocked with kitchen supplies and linens. Even had boogie boards, chairs and a cooler that could be used for the beach. It had everything we needed for our 1st 4 nights in Poipu. John and Connie were super quick with questions and the best hosts!!

This condo is in a great location with easy walk to the beach and a quick drive to hikes, shopping and dining.
The layout is spacious and comfortable and stocked with everything you need. The kitchen was better stocked than most any rental I’ve stayed in!
The lack of air conditioning should be noted, but the owners are very up front about it and have fans to accommodate. We enjoyed the front and back lanais and peaceful grounds.

The unit was very nice but starting to age. The kitchen faucet was/is loose and has been for months. The shower mixing valve really doesn’t work so cold to Luke warm showers at best. The location is great so I would give the property a B grade. If the shower and the kitchen faucet were in good working order I would give it an A for a week or two stay but not a weekend visit.

We enjoyed this spacious one bedroom condo located less than a 10 minute walk from Poipu Beach and lots of restaurants and activities. The condo was very clean with slightly older furnishings (the sleeper couch was an old school type with a thinner mattress). Instructions from the host were very clear, thus making additional communications unnecessary. As described, there is no a/c, but we were more than comfortable with just the fans in the unit in the September heat because of the breeze outside. Parking was right next to the condo, and the two pools were a decent size and not too crowded. We will definitely return to this unit.

This condo was a great place for our small family get together. We had an enjoyable time. There is a nice pool and hot tub we were able to use. We also played tennis a few times as well. This is our 2nd time staying here and we hope to stay again some time.

The first time my sister and I stayed in your home was prior to COVID. We loved it so much we tried to book it in advance in subsequent years but we’re beat out! This stay was booked 2 years in advance, and honestly, we wondered if it would be as wonderful as we remembered…IT WAS!!! We love the walk to the beach, the casual comfort and the deck is beyond compare! We call the deck “the treehouse “ as it is so beautifully lined on the side with palm trees that provide shade and privacy. We have been making our annual sister trip to various islands for 15 years-we are both nurses and work hard…relaxing in your home is the very best treat of all! Thank you so much!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo.
The unit was spacious; the vaulted ceilings opened up the front room area, we never felt cramped.
The king bed was very nice, we slept well; the bathroom shower was perfect as was the double vanity.
Our favorite area was the West facing balcony where we spent many hours reading, eating, napping and watching sunsets. The palm trees protected the deck keeping the sun at bay and the area cool.
In the kitchen, everything was provided, the large ice box was a plus, with all appliances.
The owners are easy to get a hold of and communication was good.
This unit was the most comfortable of all previous ones that we stayed at in Poipu and is highly recommended.

Ample sized condo with all necessary conveniences. Owner was easy to communicate with and helpful. Excellent Wi-Fi. Easy walk to Poipu beach and we were fortunate to seen numerous Green Sea Turtles. Several 2–4-mile walks in the area. We brought a laptop for streaming movies. I'd recommend bringing a shower mat for safety. Several shopping areas within a few miles. We recommend getting a copy of "The Ultimate Kauai Guidebook" by Andrew Dougherty which was excellent. (Check your Public Library).

This was a perfect VRBO for me and my wife while visiting the southern part of Kauai. The unit is very spacious with a large bathroom, two outdoor patios, and plenty of beach supplies in the front closet. About an hour’s drive from Waimea Canyon if you’re into hiking. We preferred the beaches on the northern / eastern part of the island, but every night brought an opportunity to see wild sea turtles resting on the shores of the beach about a five minute walk from the unit. Would certainly consider staying here if we visit Kauai again!

Rental process was great. Very nice property and a nice complex. Didn’t realize it was a second floor condo—not a big problem. A few areas in the condo weren’t quite as clean as we expected (cups in the cupboard, fan in the bathroom)—but overall not a big issue. Kind of near the road and a long walk to the beach.
Overall pleased with our visit. Near the rest of the family at the Grand—and Kauai is always gorgeous! Had a nice time—and enjoyed our stay.

The location was great with easy walking access to the beach and pools on site. The condo was incredibly clean and well stocked with kitchen and beach supplies. This was the perfect location for my husband and I to spend our 1 year anniversary. You are within walking distance to Poipu beach which was amazing. As well the back porch is a perfect place to relax and read a book. The only thing to note is there is no AC so it does get quite hot inside!! It cools off some at night so we didn’t have issues sleeping, however that is something to note!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The house was gorgeous and had anything we needed. We were very appreciative of the beach gear. We were so close to the beach, and easily walked down there. We ate lunch on the lanai, and watched the stars in the evening. The pool and hot tub area were very close and clean. Condo is exactly as described, and very clean.
Check in/check out was easy and instruction were clear.
Walkable distance to Poipu beach where we saw lots of turtles. We also enjoy the pool and the BBQ, and close by restaurants after a full day of visiting around. Owners provided extra fans, so we didn’t feel the heat at night.

This is a beautifully decorated upper-floor home, perfect for a small family or couple to stay in. The kitchen had all the necessities for cooking at home; the two lanais/patios provided great places to sip coffee or evening drinks; the bed was comfortable. With jalousie windows on 3 sides, we enjoyed the fresh breeze and did not at all miss the air-conditioning. The walk downhill to Poipu Beach was even shorter and nicer than it seemed on the map. Wonderful place to stay!

This is the 2nd time my husband and I stayed here for a month. Great location close to beaches and hiking trails. The only thing I would change is the plastic dishware. The 1st time we stayed the condo had ceramic dishes. We went out to Target and bought 2 dinner plates and 2 coffee cups. We are not into eating or drinking coffee out of cheap plasticware. Other than that, great all around.

In this online world of reviews, we normally give five stars for anything that generally meets expectations but that standard does not leave room to highlight excellence. This place deserves six stars. Every little detail is perfect, from the soap in the shower to the little signs about the electricity to the labels on everything. Plus of course the place is fantastic as described and pictured. If you are reading this then you should book it.

We loved staying here. The condo had all the necessities. We cooked breakfast every morning. The walk to the beach was so easy . Less than 9 minutes from the front door with a walking path leading directly to it. We will absolutely book again on future trips if available. Thanks to our hosts for helping have such a great trip. The owner was very accommodating with our checkin process. The unit is spacious and cool through out the day. Kitchen is well equipped with toaster, blender and plenty of cooking utensil, pots and pans. Our son loves the beach toys provided by the owner. The unit also have several bodyboards, beach chairs, umbrella, tennis racket, tennis balls! We highly recommend this rental!

Most things were great and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in the Poipu area, but we couldn’t get ahold of the property manager or owners even though we tried several times via email or phone calls. Half way thru our stay another couple came with all the entrance info for our condo - it had been double booked. Luckily the grounds keeper was around and helped them get a hold of the owner. They had given them the wrong condo info. We were glad we happened to be there when the other couple arrived. We appreciated that they had beach equipment for us to use, however the snorkel equipment was broken. We enjoyed the beautiful decks and property hot tub. Thank you for allowing us to call your place our home for a couple days.

Overall our stay was excellent. Accommodations were great and the location is Very central to everything we wanted to do. Furniture and bed are very comfortable. Kitchen supplied with all the necessities. I would recommend to my friends.
Just a couple of notes on cleanliness. We had to re-wash the pans as they were very greasy from previous use. Toilet room floor was full of long black hair from a previous guest we presume. Did not look like it had been cleaned at all. And the last little thing would be that all of the fans, especially in the bathroom, including the exhaust fan vent cover need to be cleaned. They are full of grease and dirt and it just feels like that dirt blows on you when you turn the fans on.
And as you probably already know, there’s a cigarette burn hole in your bed cover. It took us until Wednesday to get into the closer pool. Didn’t notice the pool key on the condo keychain. Might have been better if it had been on the same chain as the tennis court pool fob. So we couldn’t find a way to get in, but once another guest told us what the key looked like, we did enjoy the pool. Mahalo, Bill and Judy

The place is nice and really close to the beaches and shopping areas in Poipu. The place has its own parking spot. The condo has everything you need. It has all the beach gear, washer and dryer to include detergent. Really no complaints, except it was a tad uncomfortable with no AC. But that’s expected as was stated in previous reviews. It’s not too bad though. Just turn on the fans and open the vents like true island living.
