The condo was very clean and had most everything that we needed. We wanted a peaceful, serene setting, and we were happy to discover that it was just that! We hardly knew people were around! Our favorite thing was sitting in the large, covered lanai. We did this most mornings and evenings- very private, with lush green plants surrounding it. Also, having A/C was so nice, if we needed it in the evenings.
Jenny was a great host- she is quick to respond to any questions/issues. We really appreciated her helpfulness!
There is a nice coffee shop within walking distance. Also enjoyed our daily walks to the path that runs along the Grand Hyatt- no need to drive there- very close to condo. GH has lovely setting, and a beach- just breath taking!

Everything was great. Easy check-in easy check-out, perfect location, everything you need is there. We used the beach towels and cooler daily, beach chairs were great to have, and the kitchen was fully stocked for the nights we decided to stay and eat in. We had an issue with the shower head one morning, and it was fixed by the time we got back in the afternoon. Only gripe is the upstairs bathroom could use a couple more towels but of course that is just a minor thing.

This beautiful property is located just a few minutes walk from poipu beach. Every morning I enjoyed listening to an enthralling orchestra daily from a variety of birds sitting in the cozy patio. The kitchen is well equipped although I found that there were no coffee pods or creamer to get started. The furniture, beds and all amenities are top notch. Thx

Lovely, peaceful condo in tropical setting, close to Poipu Beach, surrounded by lush greenery. Perfect layout with master suite upstairs and second bedroom on the ground floor for the teenager who needs his own space. Beach chairs, beach towels and blender available for our tropical smoothies. Any amenities we needed were there. Easy communication with owner. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed staying at this clean and comfortable home. The location is great being close to restaurants, shopping, and beaches. It was a nice spot to return to after spending the day exploring the island. We didn’t take advantage of the well-equipped kitchen, but did enjoy a glass of wine or two on the lovely lanai. My wife relied on the AC in the master bedroom for a comfortable nights sleep. It was also great to have beach chairs available for use. Checking in and communicating with the owner was quick and easy. You can’t go wrong staying here.

Few vacation properties have hit all the buttons so well: great location close to beach and attractions; tradition Hawaiian comfort with wonderful lanai, kitchen, LR, BRs; nice touches such as new beach chairs, umbrella, and towels; and comfort -- a good coffeemaker, programmable a/c, and even a cooler with ice packs! Nothing was missed...we enjoyed our stay.

The location of the property was great, right between Poipu beach (where there we're turtles every day) and a great walking path along landscaped hotels. It was a quick drive to wonderful icecream and other restaurants. We really enjoyed the living room for our afternoon break from the sun and the lanai for breakfast. We were thankful for the AC in the bedroom upstairs and showers both upstairs and down. Beach equipment and snorkeling equipment in the vrbo was much appreciated and used daily. Jenny was great and proactive to work with after an initial issue (through no fault of her own) with the locks at checkin, and went above and beyond to help us with it. We already miss the beauty of the trees and flowers, smell of the air, sounds of the tropical birds from Jenny's property and can't wait to experience it again.

We loved our vacation on Kauai and our stay at Poipu Crater was perfect. The condo provided everything we needed. The grounds of the property were gorgeous; including the fruit trees, courtyard and birds . This property was very convenient for day trips to the North Shore and Waimea Canyon. Our family would definitely stay here in the future!

We had a lovely time here. The condo was spotlessly clean, and contained everything we needed for our 6-night stay. Beach towels, chairs and cooler were provided. The master bed was very comfortable- we brought ear plugs to block out the noise from the roosters after reading the reviews but we didn’t need them! The air conditioning was lovely to have, as well as the washer/dryer- especially after coming back covered in dust from an off-road ranch ride! We didn’t use the kitchen as we wanted to experience all the local restaurants, but it is fully stocked. Definitely a 5- star experience, and we’re looking forward to returning in the future!

We chose this condo because of the location, amenities and price range. It worked perfectly for our group (two couples). We each had our own bedroom and bath, and shared the rest. The kitchen was perfect for us, especially the large fridge. Sitting on the deck was so relaxing!!! We never got to the pool, or used any of the beach chairs or towels, but they were all there for us. One comment: we felt it was too far for us to walk to the beach, but someone who is younger and/or in good physical condition could probably do it.
We drove to a lot of sights and felt the location worked well. We would love to stay here again!!!!

It was great to wake up in this condo to the sound of birds (not just the rooster in the distance!). It was quiet and peaceful, a great place to come back to after lots of exploring. We used the beach towel, chairs and the beach bags for all our beach days. The air conditioners in each bedroom and kitchen were very efficient. We enjoyed a couple of avocados off the tree in the garden, as well as a lemon. We enjoyed seeing the papayas and bananas too. It was great to have the pool and the ping pong. We used the wonderful lanai every day - eating meals out there or just drinking drinks and relaxing.

The townhouse is awesome, has all the necessities and met all ours needs (Beach towels, chairs, umbrella, pots/pans, utensils, washer dryer) on a 5 day trip to Kauai. Me, wife and 17 and 11 year old enjoyed our stay. 10 minute walk to Poipu Beach. Highly recommend, settings are serene and beautiful!

We had everything we needed at this lovely property. It was very clean, comfortable with a relaxing getaway from it all feel nestled inside a crater in Poipu with beautiful gardens. It was quiet except for the sounds of birds which added to the relaxing environment. Although you felt like you were away from it all you were still just a 12 minute walk away from beautiful beaches and stores were just a quick 5 minute drive.

We stayed in this VRBO for a week in May. We had a wonderful time and our stay in the condo was quite nice. It's close enough to the beaches to walk. If you have a bike, then going to Poipu and Koloa is easy. We had bad luck with Ubers and Lyfts (they would send confirmations then not show up) but this isn't the fault of the VRBO. Fortunately, we had a rental car most of the time. The condo area is quiet, private, clean, and nice. Everything you could need was in the condo: beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella, carry bags for beach stuff, washer/dryer, hair dryer, clothes iron, etc. The refrigerator was extremely clean, as was the entire condo. The wifi was great. There's a pool and a tennis court and there were tennis ra ckets in the condo. We were for want of not. I would definitely stay here again. It was no fuss, no muss. Enjoy!

My sister and I absolutely loved our stay at Poipu Crater. The condo is spotlessly clean with everything you need and more. We experienced a relaxing Hawaiian stay, surrounded by lush gardens, bird song, and ocean breezes. Leaving 21 degree weather in a northern state, we loved the condo's lanai for morning coffee and louvered windows to enjoy the warm ocean breeze. We didn't use the air-conditioning, though units are in every room if you need it. The condo is perfectly situated within walking distance to two sandy beaches where we saw sea turtles come on the beach at sunset. Should you drive to the beach, we always found easy parking. My first trip to Kauai, and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The property is clean , simple and layback, just as described in the Ad. The best part is its location- 10-15 min enjoyable short walk to poipu beach where you can see turtles, seals. Rent a snorkel set, you can lots of fish simply stepping into the water and put your head down. Great fun for kids.
As a mom, what makes me happy is it is located in a quiet and secluded community. Morning coffee on the beautiful lanai surrounded by tropical plants and listening birds singing instantly reset my mind.
