First off, add $40 a night for parking, that’s a fun surprise! Also we wanted to do laundry because they have a laundromat there, but we were told by the person at the front desk that we need to contact the property manager to get a key. We did, and they never got back with us. Add the creepy mirror that could be a two way mirror at the head of the bed. Made it a horrible stay.

This studio is in Waikiki and is walking distance to everything in the neighborhood. Eating, shopping, and the beach. Parking was $40 per day

I stayed here with my family of 2 teenage boys. We cooked bfast the entire stay (5 days). The kitchen is too small to cook. There is no table to eat. But we made it work. We used the chairs in the balcony.
The location was great. It's walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We parked 4 blocks away at Waikiki Banyan ($30/day).
Mark was easy to communicate with. He replies right away.
I wanted to give this place 5 stars but the customer service at the reception was so bad. As a courtesy, we wanted to check in with the reception and just tell them we're staying at the place. But they were soooo rude, esp Vinh. He would smirk and roll his eyes on us. He made sure that we were not his priority. We inquired about parking and he said that his priority is the owner not the renter. All he needed to say was there was no available parking. He did not have to be rude.
Overall, our stay was great. Just ignore the people at the reception area. DO NOT APPROACH them at any time because they will not help.

Great location - easy walk to downtown Waikiki & beaches and near public transport. Only minus: fold-out couch bed is not comfortable at all. Main bed was great. Well-suited for two people, but not three or four.

It was fun, clean & comfortable lodging. The hotel people were polite & helpful. The instructions for the door & locks very easy to follow. We hope to return. Two suggestions, replace the old ironing board & fix the shower that runs hot & cold waterl on while showering!!

From first glances the place seems clean. I did notice a lollipop behind the futon. I decided to leave that there. The restroom sliding door didn’t have a lock. I had a great trip and I didn’t spend much time in the room other than to sleep so no big deal.

I liked how private everything was. Check in was contactless, and all the stores are so close!! Plus the beach is a 5 min walk from the hotel.

One of the criteria we wanted to meet was a gym at the facility. According to the host pictures there is an exercise area, but when we got to the property the front desk said there is no such thing.
There were no coffee supplies, as shown in the host pictures.
Communication with the host was poor. They were not present for any duration of our stay including check-in. The front desk was not at all involved with check-in or check-out. It was also cumbersome since they preferred only VRBO messages, and I didn't get timely email notifications.
We were three guests, and we were only provided 2 beach towels. When I asked for a third, the host went back and forth with providing the towel. Eventually the host messaged that they could drop off a towel, but I did not receive an email notification until the day of check out.
The night before check out, I asked the host for an extension, but they didn't reply to the message until it was too late.
All in all, many peeves in addition to the size of the room - not being sufficient for 3 adults.

I was happy with the price and for the price I got what I paid for. Run down, not the cleanest, the staff were not very friendly but for $150 a night it was a steal and the view from the balcony was beautiful and we would stay there again because that is the type of hotel we usually stay in so we are used to it but dont think you are getting top quality for $150 a night

The property doesn’t have the parking to support a 17 floor facility. We were sent to a parking structure 5blocks away. Yes turned out to be cheaper to park there ,just was inconvenient .

Mark contacted us promptly with directions and key exchange prior to our arrival via web based mail which was perfect.
Nice, clean cosy and a bug-free place that slept 3 adults comfortably. Great shower and beach towels. Kitchen was adequate for simple breakfasts or light lunches (mini fridge did tend to freeze everything). Superb location within walking distance to Waikiki beach for surfing and body boarding (and shopping and bar scene if that is your thing).
Free street parking nearby on the canal was convenient but they do tow your vehicle if parked there between 8:30-11:30AM daily. For a steep fee can park under the building.
Lobby and staff were informative, helpful and the area was clean & bright however stacks of matteresses and garbage on the curb beside the underground parking driveway was extremely surprising...?city refuge disposal strike perhaps??
Would stay at this apartment again if we returned to Honolulu and would recommend it to friends for a simple but all you need clean place to stay at a resonable price.

I love the location and the room was super organized. It had everything I needed. Bed was so comfortable. The guest host met me on time and carried my luggage. He went over everything with me. Check in was quick and efficient.
