Waikoloa Beach Resort Gold Membership Golf benefits (discounted tee fees at the Waikoloa Beach Resort Courses).
Fees are $85.00 per person, per round. There are three 9-hole courses (Kings Nine, Lakes Nine and Beach Nine). Guests can combine two courses for a total of 18 holes.
Two sets of golf clubs included with rental of this unit O32. They are stored at the Golf Club House. Additional sets can be rented for $25.00 each.

Amenities:
Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in front of the garage. One car max allowed for this property. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Two community swimming pools.
Hot Tub: Two community hot tubs.
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.
BBQ: BBQ Grill on the lanai
Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit.
Cable TV: Basic Cable. TV located in Living Room, Master Bedroom WIFI: WIFI included.
Linens: All bed, bath linens and beach towels provided.
Kitchen: Cookware, Drinkware, Utensils, Dishware, Drip Style Coffee Maker, Blender, Rice Cooker.
Waikoloa Beach Villas O32 is located on the third floor of the O Building. There is an elevator and stairs to the third floor. Beautiful views of the golf course. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!
The Waikoloa Beach Villas are a gated condominium community in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Centrally located across from the Waikoloa Queens Marketplace, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops for great shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a short 15 minute walk or a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Beach Villas.
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

This was one of the best days we have ever had. The master bedroom, and the bed (I am a stickler for good beds) was absolutely perfect. The air conditioner worked perfectly, the grill on the patio was fantastic. We loved the patio and ate breakfast there every morning. The single beds worked very well for the kids. Everything was clean, and everything worked.
The only gripe I had was that the Workout area did not open until 8 AM. I’d like to work out in the morning, so to wait that long was inconvenient.

My family and I had a really enjoyed staying here. There was plenty of room for my family of 5. Resort quality feel. The pool was right across the way and grocery was a 5 min walk. Our host responded very quickly. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip. Would highly recommend.

Perfect place to getaway & relax. The condo is walking distance to everything around Waikaloa, so it's easy to go shopping, the beach, explore the hotels, walk to a restaurant, etc. The condo itself was lovely & perfect for our needs. Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, great lanai overlooking the golf course for morning coffee. The owners even give access to the beach toys in the garage. So incredibly nice!

Condo was super clean and had everything you need, plus extra. The pool is directly across from the condo was great for the kids. Convenient shopping and market (with hot food) within walking distance (we drove because it was hot). Walmart, Target, and Costco is about 40 min (Kona). I would definitely stay at this location again!

Overall a great place to stay! Location was wonderful. Loved being on the top floor, layout great for family of 4. Beach supplies for everyone. The condo does need some minor work (toilet in master needs leveling drain in master shower needs to be checked out as it’s incredibly slow to drain, dishwasher barely cleans the dishes we hand washed most, BBQ light is burnt out). Nothing that impeded our stay.

The screen door broke after hours locking us in the condo and the property manager was able to get someone to open the door quickly. It is unknown when it will be repaired. Management company very responsive to problems that encountered.

This is the third year in a row we stayed in this unit and completely love it! Convenient to the Queen’s Shops, King’s Shops and Anaihoomalu bay. Plus, beach chairs and other items to use in the garage for your stay.

The service from the property management company was excellent. We came in early and while I did not arrange for early arrival, they were very accommodating when I called to see if I can check in early. And for late check-out, they were wonderful again, allowing us to stay to 5:00pm instead of the usual 1:00 for late check out. It was perfect as we had a 8:30pm flight so the timing worked out well. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice place, great location and very secure. Grounds were professionally maintained. Pool area open until 10 was a nice touch. We had an issue with our air conditioning, team was very prompt and professional in addressing our issue. Great customer service.
