Guest must register with front office to receive parking permit. If you arrive after 4 pm or on the weekend, the office will be closed. Please go to the Maui Vista office located on ground floor of building 1. There is a phone outside the office, to contact security. Security can issue a temporary parking pass.
This is a 3rd floor unit, accessible by elevator or stairs, located in building #2.
This complex is a conveniently located to explore Kihei. Charley Young Beach is just across the street, The Cove is a short walk and you can stroll down Kamaole Beach I,II & III, they are all connected. You can walk along the beach all the way to Wailea. There are several shops and restaurants within walking distance.
Kihei is very relaxed, diverse community. Many local residents live here. Condos offer the majority of vacation accommodations here. Large resorts and hotels are located in nearby Wailea and to the west in Lahaina and Ka'anapali.
If guests are content to stay in Kihei area, there's no need to rent a car. There are shuttles available from the airport. Once here, Kihei has moped, bike rentals and some local shuttle services as well as the Maui bus for $1-2.

My fiancé and I had a great experience here in Kihei. The check in process was seamless, and the owners were very informative leading up to and during our stay. We were greeted with personalized touches that we will never forget, and the location was absolutely perfect. You could see the beach from the lanai, and it was walking distance from a lot of places. It was clean, included amenities and equipment perfect for our stay, and the perfect size for my fiancé and i. The room does get hot and humid, but nothing the fan couldn’t fix. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting Maui!

We had an amazing time at Maui Vista!! Great views and close to the beach! We highly recommend it and look forward to staying there again. Everything was so clean and organized. Great communication with the manager. Easy parking and customer service. Nice amenities including pools and tennis courts.

My daughter and I stayed in Condo 3210 and it was a nice, comfortable, homey place to enjoy are Maui stay. The location was in the perfect spot. Easy place to walk to the beach, walk to places to eat, and near walking parks. We were greeted with a bouquet of flowers for my daughter's graduation from Nursing School. The Condo is everything pictured in the description. You can see the ocean nearby. The condo was well kept and everything was functioning properly. We never had to call for any concerns or problems. The property is well equipped with everything you would need to make you feel at home. The area was quiet during our stay. There was beach towels, beach chairs and a beach umbrella, beach cooler to use. The inside of the condo is beautifully decorated with nice framed Hawaiian artwork and nice owner touches. I think the only thing that was hard for my daughter and I was the queen bed sleeping arrangements. We thought we could handle sharing a queen bed together. Maybe because we are both light sleepers and not use to sleeping so close to another person. Hopefully others can sleep on a queen with no problems like we experienced. I guess we are spoiled! I really can't say any thing bad about our stay other than the bed would of been best to be a King. I think that would give it 5 beautiful Stars*****We do appreciate our staying in condo 3210 and would recommend it to others on the whole.
