Well-designed condominiums that create breezeways through the units for natural AC. In units close to the water, like this one, you can also hear the waves hitting the shore outside, great way to fall asleep. This ground floor unit had a partial view from the lanai. Really nice place to have coffee or breakfast in the morning. We saw dolphins playing in the water from the lanai one morning. Unit was clean and in a great location.

We had a great 8 days staying at this property. The pictures were very accurate of the condo. Nice pool, great BBQ area, nice sunset viewing out the front door…

Very comfortable stay with everything needed for time on the Big Island! Gorgeous views of the ocean from the lanai, loved the sounds of the waves at night, pool was delightful after activities. Location is perfect, shops/restaurants/beaches very accessible in walking/driving distance to the north or a short drive to the south. Would love to return sometime!

This is a great place. Everything you'd need. Only a couple of issues... The washer is seriously moldy and needs attention. The MBR ceiling fan didn't work. I reported that, but no one ever can to repair it. The condo looked clean, but it appeared floors had not been mopped, so our feet got very dirty in the condo. We ended up mopping it. That was likely just an oversight.
Really, the condo was quite nice and we would like to stay there again.

This place was perfect for our group (2 couples). It was beautiful, spotless, comfortable, easy designated parking right at our front door, everything we needed. We loved the lanai and watching the sunsets over the ocean. We’d definitely stay here again. Thank you for a lovely time.

Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. The location is excellent, very close to all of the shopping in Kona and the ocean. One small drawback is that the bathroom floor was just a little bit gritty when we arrived and it left some black on our feet, but overall cleanliness was still ok.

Clean, very close to ocean so close that you can hear the waves during the night. You can watch the sunset each just by stepping out the front door.

The place was great! But the above tenant Jack hammered there bathroom out for 2days then cut tile for 2days.Our trip was 6 days so that was incredibly annoying .The place was excellent but the no respect neighbor was an enormous A-hole..So the trip could of been a 10 ---instead it went to a 1.Very sad

The condo was spotless. Loved eating on the porch and going to bed with the sound of the waves.
Only bummer was we were hoping there were beach chairs. They were not listed but would be a great addition!

Everything was awesome except not having hot water until day 4 of our stay. The 10% refund helped but this seems like a recurring issue others have experienced also with this property. The master bathroom fan did not work either. This is a beautiful condo next to the ocean that we totally loved staying in for our 8 day getaway!! I would happily stay here again! 😊

We had a wonderful stay. The unit was clean and spacious. We loved sunset at night right out front and enjoyed having a nice kitchen to prepare meals. Thank you we hope to return.

We arrived on a Wednesday and then on Thursday there was no hot water for the rest of our stay. We were unable to wash our dishes nor take any showers. There are tags in the shower saying to wait for the hot water so there must be a problem with the system. Unfortunately this put a damper on the trip.
