Very disappointed with condo. Master bedroom had according doors. (Not good for privacy) There was “dust bunny’s” in the rooms. Not sure floors were vacuumed. Bathroom off hallway was very small. This condo really needs a facelift. Views from porch were amazing. Never got a call to tell us it was ready early.

Great view from the surrounding balcony. Very audible ocean tides brings a peaceful environment. Great circulation, breezes from the ocean and fans from within the VRBO.
Bathrooms need to be updated a bit. There is no laundry facilities on the 4th floor and was not aware it was coin operated and difficult to obtain quarters for the use of washer and dryers. A coin change machine should be seriously considered as well as making sure clients know this is not free or inclusive in the costs to stay.
The location is close to a lot of things which makes it nice.

The place was beautiful and we could look down from the balcony and see turtles. The people I worked with on the phone were lovely. I loved that you take anything we leave behind and donate it!

Honestly, this was the best view and condo on the island. You couldn't get any closer to the water unless you were on a boat. Accommodations were exactly as described. We spent a lot of time sitting on the deck and watching the sea turtles drift by. We hadn't even checked into our room 10 minutes and we were out snorkeling with the turtles. Great location for snorkeling as there is a reef right off the shore with tons of sealife. Besides the turtles, saw a large eel, octopus, and too many other fish species to mention. No air conditioning was not a problem as there is a cross breeze and fans. I loved this condo and am looking forward to returning again soon.

Notes on Hawaii rental
Very clean 4th (top) floor beachfront rental with superb views of ocean, giant sea turtles and whales (in February). Elevator available but outside steps easy to navigate. Staff at headquarters were helpful when contacted. Plenty of bathroom towels and wash cloths and separate towels for the beach. You pay for laundry facilities available on the floor, but nice if you need them. Updated kitchen with dishwasher, stovetop, large refrigerator, oven, toaster oven, toaster, blender and full set of dishes, all pots and pans you could use including a pancake griddle. Large living room with nice furniture seats 5 easily and has great views of the water. Balcony seats 10 (one table for 6, 2 tables for 2) with amazing views of nearby islands. (No table inside.) The balcony wraps around 2 sides and is right over the water. One bedroom off the living room with very comfortable king bed has folding louvre doors. Second bedroom in back has 2 twin beds and en suite bathroom with an updated walk in shower. There is a second bathroom with a spa bathtub off a hallway. The bedroom closets have loads of hangers - what a joy to discover! Quiet time 10 pm to 8 am. Nice pool. In all, a gorgeous place worth the high price if the arrangement of the beds suits your needs.

The location is amazing however it is impossible to use the beach in front of the rental. We had a lot of issues with broken items in the rental and black mold in our shower. There is no AC and the sliding glass door lock broke so it was over 100° for a whole day/night because we couldn't get ahold of anyone to help us with after hours support. So we had to find things do away from the rental while they took all day to fix and couldn't enjoy our balcony on our anniversary at sunset. Feel it was over priced for the rental but the view is beautiful.

Stayed 8 nights. Needed to call for more towels as there are no services and management was reluctant to give us any and recommended we wash our own. However, the laundry is community and there was no soap provided and the machines are coin operated. No change machine and no detergent to purchase. This should be added to the description. The fact that laundry was outside of the unit was mentioned but not the other details. No extra sheets either. Unit has no a/c but weather was great so not an issue for our trip. However, if it were any hotter, it may have been tough to sleep. Fans are provided. Make sure you are ok with white noise of wind and the ocean.
There is no inside seating in the unit. This made it difficult to eat at times as it rained every day and can be very windy due to its location.

The property is beautiful. The pool is relaxing and well maintained. Beach supplies available in property[towels/chairs/boogie boards/snorkeling supplies]. Access to laudry room. Fully equipped kitchen. Eating outside on the lanai was a wonderful way to start the day. Saw sea turtles in the daytime from the property. Simply stunning! No A/C but was not an issue with fans.
