Nice first floor accommodations. Love the green out the back patio and enjoyed the breeze that flows through the unit. Complex was pretty full but very quiet at night....this unit is very close to the pool ...very nice.
Furnishing were nice and all the items we needed to make meals were available. Would certainly look at the unit for our next visit to Princeville.

We really enjoyed our 20th anniversary stay at the property. It was just what we needed for our tropical vacation. My only complaint would be it gets a little warm with no a/c, but most times it felt ok with only fans circulating.

We had the most wonderful stay The Cliffs. Check in was easy, great communication from rental agency, and the grounds are beautiful. The condo had everything we needed and a well stocked kitchen. The amenities at The Cliffs made for an amazing vacation with beautiful, warm pool facility, free bikes to use for a ride around Princeville, and free equipment to borrow for the putting green, pickle ball, shuffle board, tennis, basketball, playground, and bbqs. The sunsets are gorgeous to watch from the cliffs. We can’t wait to stay again. Mahalo!

Not walkable to the beach but great views from the bluff. Bbq areas were clean and convenient, pool was incredible. Sports equipment and playground were great assets. Kitchen was well-equipped and there were beach chairs/umbrella, sand toys and boogie boards in the closet. Awesome!! Short drive to Foodland (load up on poke at the deli!!), 15 mins to great beaches and Hanalei. Beautiful botanical garden on-site. Overall a great stay.

The Cliff's is a great place to stay! The property amenities are wonderful! The pool is wonderful and the waterfalls in them and the hot tubs. The ground are well kept. The grills are nice to use. We didn't use the fitness center or the tennis or pickleball courts or kids playground or bike rentals but they have all that is you want.
This condo is great! Very clean! Newer TVs in the condo as well. The bathrooms are a little dated but it didn't bother us and I think you get a better price for that, and of course they work just great. It's so great to have two full bathrooms too and a full kitchen!! They had great beach gear and coolers and umbrellas and beach towels to use which was great. And the beach towels were not just flimsy little towels but big and thick. It was nice to have a washer and dryer too, just be aware they are small.
The view off the back patio is just beautiful. It's a great place to sit and eat. You don't see ocean but it's still just beautiful.
Princeville Vacation Rentals were great to work with! They were so quick to answer all my questions before the trip and during the trip and worked with us quickly when we had a hiccup with a TV remote.
I wouldn't hesitate to book this condo. It's a great price for all that's included and the North shore is a beautiful place to stay!

This was a great place to stay, it was very spacious, the pool was beautiful (a little cold but great for cooling off), the dishwasher, washer and dryer were an awesome plus to this place. Lots of nene and chickens right out the back door if you like animals.

Perfect location and size for our group. The ceiling fans were very nice to have and the kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. The pull out couch was comfy and the second bathroom was a plus! We would definitely stay here again.

The listing states that the condo is within short walking distance of restaurants and that was not the case. Due to the rental car shortage we booked the accommodation thinking that we would be able to walk to get food, etc. It was a minimum of 30 minutes of walking distance. It was also in dire need of updates, the walls were pretty filthy, there was black mold on the walls in the kitchen. We were on our honeymoon and this wasn’t a an ideal place to begin our trip so we would not recommend this location.

We were traveling with our 2 young children and wanted to spend a few days on the north shore. This unit was in a great location close to Hanalei Bay, and near a grocery store, along with being close to the complex pool. The only reason that we didn't provide 5 stars is that the unit is a bit dated. Otherwise, the space and location is wonderful. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

Great location and price. However the unit was worn and tired seriously needing a facelift. The layout was great and worked well for the two of us. The washer and dryer came in real handy as did the two bathrooms. The place needed painting real bad. The blinds were broken in many spots. There’s no tv in the bedroom as shown in the pictures. And kitchen supplies were lacking. Very dull knives. No cutting board. No baking sheets. The toilet leaked water onto the floor in the bedroom. The ceiling fans were rattling and questionable. They’re were two box fans but one didn’t work. Since there’s no air conditioning, fans are crucial. Overall though, the place was functional, very close to the pool, and very reasonably priced.
