We offer our Hale to you to enjoy the benefits of staying in one of the largest Apts. in our surrounding location, right in the Heart of Waikiki.

Our large open floor plan is fabulous featuring a living/dining room combo. Apt. #601 has a private lanai for your enjoyment.

Enjoy a fully furnished kitchen for cooking including refrigerator, oven and gas range, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. Also provided are pots/pans, plates, dishes, utensils, and glassware.

The Apt. has A/C, floor to ceiling windows and ceiling fans. Apt. is outfitted with a flat-screen TV, DVD Player and remotes.

On-Site Coin-operated Laundry facilities are located on every other floor of our building for your convenience.

Parking is based on availability, and we offer the best daily rate in town at $12 p/night. Please let us know in advance if you are in need of parking.

Check-In and Check-Out times are Better than a Hotel! Check-in at 3:00 pm and Check Out at 12:00 Noon.
No Worries, we will have instructions for checking into your Apt. using our convenient Lockbox system.

Any booking over 180 nights may incur additional charges.

My stay in the apartment was 4 1/2 months, I lived in the apartment during my studies. The apartment was very clean. The size of the apartment was perfect for me alone. The apartment is very well equipped, from dishes to towels, to vacuum cleaner, everything is available. The building itself offers a washing machine and dryer on each floor, these need coins. Parking spaces are also available. The location of the property is more than central, within a short walk to the beach, the bus stop can be reached within a minute. There are plenty of shopping facilities. I really enjoyed my stay here, I would be happy to stay again!

Clean property, excellent on site manager however building is showing its age. Refurbishing of apartments would make the stay more comfortabe.

There was a leak in the unit before I moved in, so they temporarily moved me into a studio. They did refund me the difference and did everything they could to make it up to me. After one week in the studio, they moved me to the one bedroom unit. Cleanliness of the bathroom could have been improved and there were some issues with the elevator during my time there. There was only one toilet paper during my time there, but I’m sure I could have gotten more. Good internet and TV stations, but unit is a little older. Overall not bad!
