Excellent location. 2 blocks from Waikiki
Beach. Walked to the beach every morning before breakfast for a swim in the ocean. Clean and comfortable. Check in and out was a breeze. We had an issue with our door lock afterhours. Lei Reality was able to take care of it quickly. We would stay here again.

Just what we needed, close to everything in Wikiki, great location, noise issue I read in other comments was a non-factor. Hope to come back some day!

Even though it was bit loud and noisy from the street, the location was great to walk/ drive to anywhere. And the parking was easy to use. However, there are no hand soap either bathroom and kitchen sink.

Everything was great except the street noise at night. Bands just below play till late and then trash collection trucks beeping in early AM. We bought earplugs and left a fan there to help drown out the noise.

The clock was noisy so I took out the battery while I was there. The water buckets are frail and sun damaged and need to be upgraded or replaced periodically. Internet and TV were good. Please tell residents that there is a rubbish shute in the laundry room on each floor.

Great location to shops and dining. AC was not as strong and we kept having to empty containers. Just like others have stated it is noisy but you are in the city nothing I couldn't sleep through.

Within walking distance to anything you could want. It was easy to get around. There was more happening in the neighborhood than we planned on but it didn't interfere with our stay. We were avle to eat some meals in and some out. If you stay here, check out Kelly O'Neil's for 5 star service in a great bar atmosphere. We would definitely consider staying here again!

I had a great time in this rental. The location is super close to great food and shops and near the beach. The free parking couldNot be beat. The only this that we’re not great was the bed gave meBack problems and the cover smelled like dog. I suggest they throw those out and start fresh with new ones. Overall had a great stay at a great price.

Location is very convenient. The condo comes with a parking space for your rental car which is fantastic. However, it is extremely noisy all night long and having to empty the mini split cooling system water is a pain. As I said in the title you get what you pay for lol.

Location was so awesome!! It was literally walking distance from anything in Waikiki. I really loved where it was located. Parking was so clutch! I didn't realize how hard it was to park in Waikiki so thankfully we had a FREE parking spot. The check in process was a bit longer than expected.to figure out how to get into the building/parking but after we got the keys it was easy. We did not get the 2nd key which made it a bit of a challenge for me and my friend since we had to share one key. I did reach out to the property owner but they took a while to respond. They allegedly dropped off the key with front desk but it was the night before check out so at that point there was no point. I would recommend this stay to friends and family if they are looking for the location and parking, other than that it was an ok stay.

Main improvement would be to patio door/wall.
Very old making the noise from nearby clubs very loud. If you plan to be out at clubs til late this would be ok place. Location is central to night life. Bathroom and lights need some updating.

Good place to stay in the heart of waikiki. Parking spot is a huge benefit. Easy in and out. The room is big, nice bed, and pretty much full kitchen. Ac works well, good views, very enjoyable. Close to biking, beach, shopping , restaurants, waikiki trolley ect. It needs a little work on the sliding door, other than that the space worked well and we enjoyed are stay here.

It was in the middle of Waikiki, with many great foods around, and the waikiki beach within 5-10min walk. It has two chairs, a beach umbrella, a beach mat, plenty of extra towels, sheets, AC.My only 2 “complaints” are that it felt a bit old — the ac unit was connected to the outside patio wall but left some space between the outside and inside the room. Secondly, wish there was a vent in the shower. However, I don’t feel these really affected my experience all too much since I was out most of the day.

The location and free parking was great, however having to empy the buckets from the a/c was not ideal during vacation. We had to do it about 3 times a day, and usually by the time morning came the bucket would be too full and heavy. Otherwise it was an affordable place to stay for 2 weeks. Did appreciate that the host allowed us to check out late by 12pm instead of 10am.

This unit was just OK. Thank you for our stay in this unit, nevertheless we still enjoyed our time on the island. My expectations were higher after reading pretty good reviews but here is my feedback on this property.
The pros: the property managers were quick to respond to my inquiry of early check in prior to my trip (we were catching a luau as soon as we arrived in Oahu and transportation was to pick us up at 315p). They allowed for me to check in 30 minutes prior, at 2:30p. It wasn't much earlier but anything helped and was appreciated. The location of the condo was very, very convenient - it was a short walk away from the beach, other hotels, shops and eateries. Nice lobby area. Free parking is a plus and the cost of our stay was more than half cheaper of what we typically pay when staying at a hotel on the Kalakaua strip.
The cons: the door to the unit was dirty and the door lock looked like it was picked at a few times. There was no key to lock the deadbolt from outside, although when you are in the unit you can lock the deadbolt inside. For safety reasons, I would recommend assessing that lock and replace if possible. Owners prohibit the use of shoes in the unit and while we abided house rules, we had dirty socks and bottom of feet from walking around shoe-less. Upon entry we also couldn't help notice the hole in the wall where the AC unit may have been at one point, It was boarded up but not completely, so there was a hole in the wall. My 9 year old was scared that creepy crawlers would make its way into the unit at night. While the AC worked great there was one smaller bucket inside the unit and 2 larger buckets outside that collected water from the AC. Throughout our stay, we had to do some work by checking on and dumping those buckets out. The unit overall was a little run down, could definitely use a makeover. The bathroom walls, door, around the tub and showerhead could use some TLC and updating as well. There was a bidet but I personally can't comment on that as it was not something I used (I get weirded out with the thought of others using it).
While the unit wasn't stellar, for the value and location, I would still recommend if you are looking for a budget friendly alternative to staying in a hotel as it has great location.

I had a short trip to the island for work and this was a great alternative to the chains. Close to the hustle and bustle, but far enough to be out of the thick of it. getting to the freeway and other neighborhoods was easy and made my trip enjoyable.
Onsite parking was a big plus as my business is on another part of the island.

Using the code to enter the building was a bit difficult when arriving for the first time. Luckily someone was able to open the door for us so we can get our keys.
The room had some sand on the floors, and there were stains on the sheets (as another person mentioned). The blankets were also very thin. The shower leaked frequently, even with the knobs tightened all the way. And the bath towels were pretty small and the quality was not great (should bring your own).
There was also a large hole in the wall for the AC, so it was very loud at night and in the morning. The karaoke at night did go on for hours and continued pretty late. In the mornings, loud trucks or cars accelerating could be heard easily as well.
Other than those, the price was attractive especially with the free parking. The location was very convenient to everything in Waikiki. The AC worked really well and could get very cold.

The location was super convenient! We typically would go for breakfast at the McDonald’s next door, grab drinks and fruits at ABC store nearby, and frequented Marukame Udon, which was really close. Plus all the shopping is footsteps away!
As for the accommodations itself, we were a bit disappointed with the stains on our bedding and towels, and some blood stains on our pillows. This stay was definitely budget friendly, but these little things should be looked after. Other than that, it was nice to have cutlery and plates, fridge and microwave. Would recommend offering antibacterial hand soap (rather than bar soap). We just bought some from Wal-mart.
AC was great and nice to have a smart TV. We didn’t get to use the pool, but it’s available if you like!
It does get pretty loud at night - you can hear the music playing from one of the restaurants nearby. Might be tough if you’re a light sleeper.
We also really appreciated having the free parking as it’s pretty hard to find parking, let alone free parking in the area.
Overall would recommend if you’re looking for something more affordable / budget friendly.

Unfortunately, due to travel complications, we only got to spend one night there.
Check in was fairly easy.
The place was clean, sparse, but had what we needed.
It’s located in downtown Waikiki. It’s a bit loud, as there is a club right below.
There are many shops and restaurants right out the door.
My favorite part was the heated toilet seat and bidet. A touch of luxury.

We chose this VRBO to be able to quickly get to all the beaches and shopping/nightlife that Waikiki has to offer. We were quite happy with it, as it's a quick two block walk to the main strip. The unit itself was clean and simple, but everything we needed, including very convenient free parking that we could get in and out of whenever we wanted.
