I cancelled Disney Aulani just in time to book this for my family. Plenty of space, not one bad night of sleep, immaculately clean, easy check in and check out. It has shops just down the street if you need anything g for your stay. It has a full gym, less than a few minutes to the beach from the room, perfect place for family. My wife and kids loved it. The location and grounds were amazing. The unit was nice but the couch/living seating set up was not for lounging or getting comfortable, so keep that in mind depending on how long you plan to stay (we were there for two weeks). The lagoon the property is on was my favorite of all of them because there were hardly any people - the other lagoons were crowded. We did not have AC for the first 5 days due to a technical issue. Starts Int’l was on it to get it rectified but the building maintenance struggled with getting it fixed in a timely manner. I think the AC also has a hard time keeping up with the size of units so plan to keep your blinds closed. My family, with a 4 month old, was stuck in an elevator for almost an hour with no cell service! Again, lack of maintenance by the building but the property management company was really awesome to work with

It was our second stay at this unit, last time about 4 years ago before the pandemic. It was just as good. The unit is still in good condition with the only caveat that you can’t lean against the railings as the structural engineers are working on fortifying all the units balconies. Used the kitchen and washer and dryer regularly. Didn’t get a chance to grill at the community barbecues this time but saw a lot of families doing so. Kids loved feeding the koi’s twice daily. We can’t wait to come back.

This was the first time we have used Vrbo to locate a vacation property and we were very pleased. We had three adults in our party and needed two bedrooms and two bathrooms and this unit filled the bill. The online information was thorough and very helpful. The location was wonderful, with several shops and restaurants within walking distance. Virtually all the amenities you would need are in this unit, and the building was quiet and peaceful. Everyone we dealt with was pleasant and responsive. We aslo had no trouble getting taxis and Ubers when we needed them. Without a doubt, we will use Vrbo for future trips.

My family and I had a wonderful experience! The property is beautiful, well-maintained with great amenities, and in an ideal location, within walking distance to the lagoons. The unit was perfect- spacious, comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with amenities. The only challenge was the very small (compact)) parking spaces.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s our second time on this property and we will continue to book here for future visits. The room offered boogie boards, other beach items, a small cooler (that came in handy when exploring the different beaches on the island), plenty of lounging spots, and more than enough dining for the 5 of us. Having a washer and dryer was a plus since we try not to over pack and clean towels, clothes and swim suits are a must! Check-in and check-out process was quick and seamless.
On the down side, the master TV was quite small to watch during my evening wind-downs . Also, the parking spot was quite far. During our stay, the pipes above the parking spot were leaking and a huge puddle formed in the slot which was inconvenient when getting out of the car- in slippers. We reported it and the font desk did their best to accommodate us by relocating our parking for the remainder of our stay. Kudos for amazing customer service at this property! All in all, it’s a great place and we definitely recommend it!

Amazing location and facility, communication with the management company were great they took care of all our needs. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The umbrellas and lounge chairs on the beach was a great addition to the beach.

The condo was absolutely perfect for our family vacation! It had everything we wanted, and Diana was extremely responsive when needed. The location was ideal and the resort was quiet and low key, which is what we were looking for. The adjacent resorts offered walking distance restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to all our friends and family. We are already dreaming of our next visit!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The property was clean and well stocked with everything we needed throughout the week. The spare bedroom does tend to run warmer than other rooms, but with the use of the fans in the property already, we kept it cool for our teens. The location is perfect! Lagoon 2 was our favorite place to be on property. Beautiful views and never crowded. The property itself is close in proximity to some of the most beautiful areas on the island, and just a quick commute to Honolulu if that’s more your speed. We would highly recommend it for any family.

Very comfortable villa for wife and I and two grandkids. Well thought out and homey. Very well decorated. The lighting options added to the enjoyment of our stay. I could actually sleep in the king size bed. Grandkids were comfortable too. Also liked the fact that you didn't have to walk far from the elevator. OT 0410. Staff was helpful and polite Shane was great! Everything we needed to cook our meals too.. Only inconvenience was the parking space BP2-125. Had to walk to beach tower to take the elevator to P2.. Not a big deal though. Everything is just down the road. Would stay there again.

This condo was perfect for our family of five. Spacious, well-equipped and comfortable all around. Sitting on the lanai in the mornings was a great way to start the day, and sunsets at the beach were beautiful as expected. The resort property is easy to navigate, well-maintained and hosted by a very friendly staff. The private beach harbor was calm and beautiful, fun to snorkel and swim. Communication with Lynn was quick and easy, and check-in was a breeze. We highly recommend this property. It worked out great for us.

Or group was a party of 6 and we were quite comfortable in this unit. Pools and lagoon were close and kids had a lot of fun using these amenities each day. There was some construction going on (as stated in the listing) but we didn't find it bothersome. Having beach chairs, towels, and boogie boards provided by the unit was a huge bonus as we couldn't travel/pack those types of items. Would highly recommend. Loved our trip!

Property and this specific unit are well maintained and very clean. This unit is very comfortable and well stocked. All staff members throughout the property were friendly and helpful. With the exception of a large painting and facade repair project that was not disclosed when we booked, the property is as described online.. I suggest getting a project update before booking to better understand any impact to this unit or the complex during your stay..
The reason this unit was not ideal for us is it’s location within the complex. The lanai is large and comfortable but it overlooks the parking lot and the entrance gate to the parking lot that is used for trash removal and deliveries. It is also close to a public parking area that is heavily used and there is a golf course diagonally across the street that mows or does other landscaping every morning starting at 5:00am. In short, its a nice lanai if you don’t mind a lot of noise between 5am and 10pm.
The other item that made this not ideal for us is the proximity of the unit to the beach and its assigned parking spot in the garage. Going in and out of the garage and to/from your unit adds 8-10 minutes (each way) to any car trip you make. I recommend that the owner add a wagon to the unit that can be used to haul beach chairs, cooler, etc to/from the beach and the car.
I’m summary, it’s a nice complex but it’s a big complex among other big complexes and the location of this unit made it seem even bigger. It’s just not our style but may be fine for you.

Amazing beach, safe swimming for all ages in a crescent shape protected lagoon. Especially loved feeding the koi fish. The room and property is exquisite, so many fine details. Really enjoyed listening to Moon sing on December 23. Enjoyed the three different hot tubs and varying temperatures. Hope to come back soon!

The unit itself was lovely, but could use some refreshing. It would be perfect for a family. The downside is the location within the complex and the ongoing construction work on both the Beach and Ocean Towers, which was not represented in the listing., and was not disclosed unit after our deposit became non-refundable. The unit faces a busy street, and is overlooking an entrance to the garage, the employee smoking area, and the location where all the garbage and recycling for both towers is collected every day at 8:00 am. Currently construction activity of the facade is underway on the Beach Tower which is noisy itself. However, a staging area which was used for grinding scaffolding and repair work was placed outside in the parking lot beside the unit. Additionally, the construction workers were told to park there as well. Every day at 8:00 am they show up and gathered in the parking lot for 45 minutes - playing music, loud conversation, smoking, etc, and at the end of the day from 4:00 to 5:00 pm, the same, plus beer drinking. We complained several times to the front desk and the manager, but nothing was done. An offer of compensation was raised by one of the guest service representatives, but nothing was offered. The main compliant though is, the misrepresentation in the transaction and lack of follow up to our cpmplaints.

Gorgeous area, beautiful lagoon, pools and hot tubs; a “quiet” lap pool with hot tub and expansive seating and tables for restful times. Family friendly pools and hot tubs, seating and tables for playing time. Beverage hut, convenient restrooms, private entrance to the lagoons. The two villas we got were outstanding for our group of eight. Definitely would stay here again.

Upon arrival we had a easy and welcoming check in. Shane was there to assist with check in and overview of the condo. The condo was beautiful. We are a family of 5 and the accommodations were perfect. The 2 twin beds for our older boys (8 and 6) and the master room for my husband, toddler and myself. It was great having some starter items (paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent). It was great having a washer and dryer. It was a small appliance but it did the job. It was wonderful having a large and beautiful pool right next to the lagoons. Location was great for us. Close to the local restaurants and small market. Our family will definitely be back! Thank you.
