I traveled to Oahu with my oldest daughter to watch my youngest daughter march in the Waikiki holiday parade the day after Thanksgiving. We chose to stay in KoOlina, because we had been there before, and loved the property. To say I hit the jackpot with this property would be an under statement. The lanai views are to die for, the amenities are amazing, and this condo had everything we needed during our 10 day stay. I can’t say enough good things about the hosts, they were amazing and responsive to our every need from offering suggestions for places to eat to making sure our Wi-Fi was up and running so we could work while on vacation. The hostess that welcomed us was amazing and she even received our shopping order for us, so we did not have to worry about going shopping the first day we arrived. I highly recommend this condo as well as any other condos that these hosts offer. It really was a trip to Paradise and one of the most memorable trips I will never remember! Thank you so much for your hospitality and allowing us to reside in your beautiful condo.

Our experience staying at this property was absolutely amazing. It was clean, very well kept, and was perfect for our family of 6. The property manager was always very helpful and responsive, and helped to make sure we had a wonderful experience. This property was the perfect home base for our family vacation, and we would happily stay here again if/when we come back.

We had a great stay with easy check-in process and all the amenities we needed for our family. The property had easy access to the pools and beach and we could easily walk to restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay here on a future visit to Oahu.

The resort was a beautiful place - we enjoyed the pools, the hot tubs, the beach, and the bar! The location of the resort was wonderful - the weather, nearby restaurants, and other resorts. The rental we stayed in was perfect! The double lanais with views of the pool area and the beach/sunset were tremendous and this is the unit I would want to stay in when visiting Hawaii again! The rental was clean and exactly as described. The kitchen was well stocked and spacious for cooking and eating. It was nice to have the beach chairs, snorkeling gear, and boards for taking to the beach. The owners were great to work with and we appreciated their support with our questions! They left some treats at check-in which we enjoyed! I would highly recommend this unit and this resort for anyone vacationing on Oahu with family.

Being able to open both sides of the living area to the trade winds was so wonderful. The unit is well equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your trip. Be aware the new washer/dryer combo takes a long time to complete a load and the stove top and oven takes a longer to heat up then usual. We would certainly stay here again and I highly recommend it. Thanks to the host for making this place so special.

Our family came to celebrate our 30th anniversary & visit the islands for the 1st time. The resort was beautiful! And the condo looked just like the pics!! Location was great. Close enough to all the things we wanted to do & yet it was peaceful & quiet at the resort area. Somone met us to take us to the room & show us around. Beds were comfy & many extras were added for a nice touch. Loved the lagoon areas & the pools were nice too. The baby pool was a nice touch for our 1 1/2 yr grand baby. We helped feed the fish in the koi ponds & walked to the other resorts along the walking path. The wi-fi did not seem very strong while we were there at times. We heard others complain about this too so I think there may have been a problem wirh the supplier? When we checked out we only had 3 of our 4 keys with us ( not sure if it was left in the room or something?). We were charged $10 for a lost key. Really??? It was a plain white key card that seemed used-had scratch marks on it from previous uses. All they do is reprogram the card to use again. So be aware. Make sure you bring ALL your cards to check out! The lady made us feel like we were trying to steal something from the resort. Not the way I wanted our vacation to to end. But all in all we loved the condo & the views from the balconies!!! Enjoyed renting beach lounges, umbrellas & paddleboard from Royal Hawaiian Beach Services by lagoon #2. Tell Rob we recommended him!! We would definitely stay here again if we come back again!

Our stay at the Ko Olina Beach Villas was the perfect vacation. The setting is so beautiful right on the ocean. I didn’t know there was such a beautiful spot on Oahu. The villa itself was a beautiful and roomy with a wonderful view off the lanai. We rented two villas, and while both were wonderful, this one really had a wow factor with its roominess, double lanais, and bedrooms in separate wings of the villa for added privacy. The kitchen was awesome and it was nice to have the option to eat some meals in if we wanted to. It was nice to have some spices available in the cabinet for that. It was also nice to have beach chairs, snorkel equipment, and boogie boards available in the chest on the lanai and cooler and wagon for toting things to the beach. The pools and beach were not crowded. May is a great month to go!
We loved everything about the Ko Olina Beach Villas. Our family said it was their best vacation ever. It’s fun that it’s next to three beautiful hotels all connected by a scenic walkway so we could explore those as well. As great as the other hotels looked, we all felt like our beach villas were the best place to stay because they are roomier and less crowded, had all the amenities and in the same great location. Would love to come here again!

The location is perfect for beach activities. The condo is spacious. The unit has three lanais and beautiful views of the beach, ocean, and other resorts in the area. Gorgeous sunset views from one of the lanais. Many dining options nearby within walking distance. Communication with the host was excellent throughout the process of booking, checkin, and the entire stay.

Highly recommend! One of our best vacation rentals.The condo is spacious and exactly as depicted in the photos. We ate every meal out on the lanai, and the views are spectacular. Helpful information shared ahead of time so we could plan out what to bring, and great communication with the owners, before and during our stay. The Ko-Olina area is quiet and away from the chaos of Waikiki, so we loved that. But very convenient 10-minute drive to Costco and Target. Great paved walking along the lagoons. The check-in process was super easy and convenient. Underground parking was right near the elevator. We didn't use the beach toys and chairs, but there were a lot of them available! We definitely plan to return here, and will rent this unit again.

The property was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. It had plenty of room for 2 couples with a large open kitchen/living room. The unit was also fully stocked with everything you would need from kitchen supplies to ocean gear and just about everything in between. The views from the 3 lanai's were also stunning, especially watching the sun set and rise. The location was perfect and Ko Olina is our new favorite Hawaiian destination. The lagoon in front of the resort was rarely busy and the snorkeling was fantastic! Overall, the unit and location were absolutely spectacular and we will certainly be returning!

The unit looked exactly as shown in website’s pictures. Tasteful furnishings and decor. Its two lanais looked out on the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Bathrooms are updated and attractive. King size bed was comfortable. An overall soothing unit to come back to after a day of touring or being at the lagoon. We would definitely rent this unit again.

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts (Joan and Ron) were outstanding. The check in with Nicole was seamless. Everything was so easy! Was particularly nice to have the beach essentials like chairs, and toys, boogie boards etc, available for use. Kitchen was perfectly stocked. We loved staying here! The condo was exactly as advertised plus it came with tons of great amenities - including cooking/kitchen needs like an array of spices, olive oil, foil, paper towels, etc. It had a bunch of great stuff to help with kids- wagon, beach toys, etc. It was very clean, well decorated- laundry worked well.
The double lanai was fantastic. having a dinner table on the lanai was a huge bonus (most condos just have seating)- we ate most of our meals outside.
I'm still giving this place 5 stars because it was truly amazing but here are some ways to improve- the king bed was uncomfortably firm- we found a topper that was meant to put on top of the twin beds if pushed together so we put it on the king and it was much more comfy (but the topper was too small to fit all the way across- so a king-size topper would be perfect). And maybe one more amenity to add is a soft-sided cooler to bring down to the beach.
again- loved everything about this place. The condo is located in the back building but we still had beautiful views of a lagoon / ocean

After we checked in, someone (can’t remember his name) showed us where to park our car and then brought us up to the condo and showed us around. We had everything we needed and more. We used all three balconies depending on the time of day. Views were stunning! We enjoyed watch the Koi being fed. Thank you for sharing your property!

We’ve been to KoOlina 3 times before. It’s a beautiful Condo area. If you don’t care for the abundance of people.. this is the place. If you want more Action.. just take a walk on the boardwalk. Quiet, the Lagoons are fabulous. People are very friendly. Their little bar area is lovely. We just can’t say enough about the 2 managers we’ve had for our trips there. Both very accommodating. Love the Beach Tower Condos the best. Great views. Both nice places.

This unit was beyond beautiful. The parking was easy, check in was smooth, and the unit and property were so perfect. Great pools for young kids and even an on-site bar for parents. Also the Ko Olina area is spotless. So clean and lots of cute shops and def stop at monkeypod for a meal! We hope to stay here again.

This was our second visit to the Ko Olina Beach Villas but the first to this condo. We absolutely LOVED it! This condo has the best views!! And having the double lanai with the breezes able to flow through the property and then an amazing owner...everything was fantastic! Joan was so great to deal with that we've already booked again for next year. We can't wait to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Joan’s condo. The space is beautiful, with stunning views of the ocean, especially at sunset. The kitchen is well equipped, and we were glad to have the use of the washer and dryer. We slept very comfortably in the comfortable beds. When we ran into issues with the lanais as they were being painted, Joan was immediately responsive. She contacted the management right away to resolve the problem. We highly recommend this condo to anyone who wants a relaxing spot on the west side of Oahu!

We had a great stay at this property. It included all amenities we needed for our 10-day visit. It felt roomy and spacious especially when we had lanai doors open on both sides, giving us beautiful views and warm breezes. Luckily, even in December, this was daily. There isn't alot to do in Ko'olina, which is why we enjoy staying there. It feels more remote than busy hotels and waikiki. There were plenty of shops/places to eat within a few miles and walking distance to a few as well. We also enjoyed sunset cocktails at the tiki bar, with some of the most beautiful sunsets I've seen. Thank you to our host Joan and manager Nicole, who were easy to reach and quick to respond. It was the perfect break we needed after a long year of no travel.

We have stayed at this property before and because we had such a great experience the first time, we decided to book it again. We love the location. The views are beautiful. We love the option of multiple balconies. We come for peace and quiet and this place offers that. The beach is a short walk away and you can hear the ocean if you open the balcony doors. The two bedrooms are perfect. We used the grills twice during our stay and had no issues. We hope to be able to stay here again. It is perfect.

The dual lanai's for the win! One of the best features of this property! While it is a lovely layout and decorated nicely, I do have some concerns:
1) Our greeter did not "greet" us, therefore did not get a lay of the land and had to call on instructions to simply turn the TV on!
2) ALL Beds/Bedding/Pillows/Sheets/Blankets/Comforters Need To Be Replaced! The pillows smelled like sweat! Please invest in NEW pillows as that is quite disgusting to lay your head on and smell throughout the night!
3) Although, I can understand where the sweat comes from because the A/C can only go down to 73! I'm sorry; it's HI, it gets hot ... indulge me!
Other than some occasional loud voices & rough housing in the pools (which clearly are marked against but no one does anything about) it was fine.

We couldn’t have been more happy with our stay. The condo is absolutely beautiful. It comes equipped with everything you need. And the bonus was the sand toys, beach chairs, cooler and wagon! We went grocery shopping when we arrived, had breakfast in the condo every morning, and packed a lunch in the cooler for the afternoons. It worked out great! Loved the lanai’s that open up to let the breeze through. And the property was very well maintained. Joan and Nicole were very helpful and receptive. All questions were answered and they offered great advice about the area. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! We will definitely be back!

This place has everything you need + more. If you are looking for a relaxing getaway, I highly recommend staying here.
