Beautiful home with plenty of room in a great location! The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you might need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
A couple of notes for those of you considering a visit:
1) The beach is a 15-20 min walk. Coming back is all up hill. Not a big deal, but it did discourage us from making the trip as often as we would have liked.
2) The pool and hot tubs were amazing, just remember to bring a towel. They are not supplied at the pool as all the paperwork indicates.
3) Beds are very comfortable, although the upstairs bed needs a stepping stool to get in. We are tall people and it was still a bit of a challenge.
4) The welcome paperwork specifically noted we would have enough coffee to get started. There was none.
5) We were on the fence about renting this location because of the stairs(One of the guests traveling with us was handicapped). We read there is an elevator and we simply needed to let the host know in advance that we will need use of the elevator, which we did. We checked in and the elevator wasn't working. It took several calls to get hold of someone. When we finally got through, maintenance was quick to arrive but unable to address the issue. It was 2 days before it could be fixed. Unfortunately, our guest was forced to remain on the ground floor for the first part of our vacation.
In the end, we would rent again but only if we travel with friends and family who can manage stairs unassisted.

GREAT place for family(ies). The place is huge and the complex has a pool with a very shallow area for infants and toddlers can sit and play in. The place is walkable to numerous shops, restaurants, coffee, etc, and across the street from the Grand Wailea and the Four Seasons Maui. Would stay again.

We have stayed in several Ho’olei villas and the kitchen here is so well stocked with equipment. There were spices and other things that just made cooking easy. The Villa was close to everything, the beds were very comfortable and the linens were very good. Loved everything! There was a friendly feral cat that seemed to live on the main level lanai and we all loved him. So it was a little cat bonus.

This was our third year staying at a Hoolei Circle property and once again we were not disappointed. From the self-contained, fully functional villa to the satisfying pool to the privacy (and convenience) that comes with your own rental, we were able to nestle in and quickly develop a vacation routine. The unit was also well appointed and perfect for our family of four.

Luxurious condo that is very well equipped. Several small maintenance issues dealt with quickly. Wonderful pool and view. Downside is that it is located directly across street from complex maintenance yard. While most days it was a bit of noise with garbage and leaf blowing, but on on Friday the crews were removing large branches and debris throughout the complex and running the chipper most of the day. If the crews had taken the chipper to were they harvested the trimmings and chipped there we would not have had to endure the noise all day.

While our stay at our condo was not cheap, it was well worth the cost. Beautiful home with beautiful art and a nice view. Just minutes from shops and restaurants, and it had a nice swimming pool area and gym. We felt very spoiled.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at villa 21-6 Hoolei. We are a family of 6 with 4 kids ranging in age from 14-21. The development is in a great location walking distance to shops, beach, restaurants and resorts. Check in and communications were great. We appreciated the villa location within the Hoolei complex, very close to main gate and pool which also meant not too hilly when walking home from shopping, beach, dinner etc. The Villa had everything we needed really-plenty of towels, kitchenware, space, nice ocean view - the beach gear was a bit rough with broken straps, cooler handle etc but we managed and it was better than nothing. We were able to get check out extended by one hour -thank you Revie! The gym was fine and had a decent amount of machines, free weights etc. Only went to the pool 2 times but it's wasn't crowded and was clean with water and iced tea provided. We received a wonderful recommendation for a private Road to Hana Tour with Charlie Blue Soul Maui thanks to Tracy Dill concierge with IPM. We had groceries delivered through Maui Grocery Service which I would also do again, so nice to have the fridge stocked upon arrival. Quite a few things were substituted unfortunately but that is just a risk you take (and one I wasn't completely prepared for) but it worked out. I would definitely recommend staying here and hope that we can too if we come back to Maui. It was a great experience and truly made our family vacation so much better, more comfortable and enjoyable.

The online photos matched the house to a "T." We were not disappointed at all and everything I saw and read in the listing is what I got. We book through VRBO to save costs on food so we don't eat out every single time and this house had everything you needed, including a blender, lettuce spinner to drain excess water, toaster, big fridge, etc. There was also a smaller fridge outside on the lanai along with a grill. Bonus-there is a closet in the garage with beach stuff, including chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, coolers, etc, so you don't need to buy any of that stuff just to throw away or leave at the residence. My only complaint was that the night before we checked out, I received a text from the cleaner in a round about way asking me to leave before the 11a.m. checkout time because the cleaners were overbooked. Needless to say, we didn't leave early because we spent time cleaning up the house and our flight to the next island didn't leave until 3p.m. You won't be disappointed in this house; public beaches are anywhere from 5 minutes away to 15-30 minutes, depending on what you want to explore. Enjoy, we will consider staying here again when/if we visit Maui!

So I booked this property with 2 other couples in mind to share our AMAZING MAUI vacation with. Due to Covid the decided to back out last minute... So I was a little upset... However, having this amazing place to come back to was nothing short of amazing. The kitchen was great for those who can cook... The view from the top Lanai was breathe taking. You could look off in the near distance and what the Humpback Whales breach the water... We actually canceled a day at the beach to stay and hangout at the property....

The unit could have been a little cleaner. Found a mask and price tags in our bedroom on the floor behind the night table. Stay was wonderful and we enjoyed the view of the ocean and walking distance to various sites.

My family of 4 had such a relaxing and wonderful time on our vacation in this beautiful place. The villa was very spacious, clean and had everything you need. Every evening we enjoyed beautiful views and dinner on the lanai. The beaches are close by, and the pools were delightful with plenty of space with no crowds. The management company was very responsive in answering any questions. Definitely recommend this place and we can't wait to return.
