Seascape Villa is a large detached 2-level 4 bedroom home that is exquisitely furnished with 3 baths. The first Master Bedroom is furnished with a King and a spa-like ensuite complete with a soaker tub. The second bedroom is on the main floor with a Queen bed. The third main floor bedroom features has two Full/Double beds. The 4th bedroom has two queen beds.

The airy open concept main floor includes kitchen, dining area, great room, and large covered lanai with Wolf grill. he large dining room table will comfortably accommodate 8 people with additional seating on the Lanai and the kitchen island.

The upstairs living room features a large Ultra HD 4K TV.

One of the greatest features of this home is the sliding glass wall of windows that open and slide away to hide into wall pockets. The glass wall opens up to a large lanai overlooking the Mauna Lani golf course. The large high end grill is perfect for bringing home the fresh catch of the day or veggies from one of the many farmers markets.

The private pool and spa are great places for families or couples by day and for the adults to enjoy a glass of wine at night under the stars in the crystal clear Hawaiian skies. What a way to conclude a day of beaches, exploring Hawaiian volcanoes and the many other activities.

County Law requires alarms on all ground-level sliding doors that lead to pool area, in order to prevent doors from being left open indefinitely.

Enjoy our collection of bikes (adult, youth and kids with helmets and locks) allowing you to explore the Mauna Lani resort. They are great for going to the Private Beach Club (access included), exploring the Black Sand Beach, historical grounds, Fairmont resort hotel or the many other wonderful places that Mauna Lani has to offer. Things to do

Staying in KaMilo gives you full access to its Recreation Center with fitness equipment and multiple hot tubs and lap pool, free form pool and kiddie pool.

You can also take advantage of the clean private beach club staffed with lifeguards and the Napua Restaurant just two miles away. Excellent snorkeling in calm waters!

A short drive away are the six (6) of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breath-taking Mauna Kea beach.

The Kohala coast is a golfer's paradise with seven (7) challenging courses all within 7 miles of our villa.

Minutes down the street is the Shops at Mauna Lani where you can find super-market, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house with comfortable beds, linens, excellent pool and gardens. The view of the sunset each night from the lanai was an added bonus. Paradise in Hawaii property management was very attentive and sent someone within 10 minutes when we needed help with a fallen branch following strong winds.

We had a difficult and frustrating stay this rental. The house was clean when we arrived however there was an ugly stain on the master bed room carpet. We were disappointed that the hot tub never got hot during our entire stay and only went from cool to tepid, and also that the hot water in the kitchen sink never got hot. Added to this the TVs in the house didn't seem to connect to any major cable services or major networks.The Apple device didn't connect as stated in the house instruction binder in the living room. One TV didn't seem to connect to anything. Added to this the snazzy convection stove had no instructions and was a mystery to figure out. Instructions for the stove top would have helped. One piece of furniture showed active evidence of termites. On top of this the next door neighbor began doing noisy heavy construction with jack hammering at 8:15, so much so that we had to leave, but they were still at it when we came back at 3:15. Based on all this we justly feel that we should be compensated for at least one day of our rental fee. As yet after four days the management has not given us any response to our complaints. We planned on this trip over six difficult months ago and were really looking forward to it. It is a shame that our vacation has been somewhat ruined by the poor state of he house we rented.

This property has a great location and with some maintenance and cleaning could be a luxury rental. Upon arrival we immediately called and notified mgmnt if per on toilet, toothpaste in sink, horribly dirty carpet and dirty walls. We asked if they had another property we could stay in we were simply told “no” and that we could leave but there would be no money returned. I then asked if someone could come clean the house and was again simply told “the house was cleaned and inspected”. The lack of consideration or willingness to at least try to show they cared about our vacation was surprising and very disappointing. We cleaned up on our first night there and moved on enjoying our vacation. As mentioned in other reviews the downstairs A/C had problems but the fixed it quickly. With a little attention to detail and some average customer service we would of had a great stay. I would not recommend renting from this company hoping upon arrival you will happy with the home. Sad since it is a nice home in a great area.

Our family has stayed in KaMilo many times. This community is great. It has two pools and is close to beaches and shops. We loved how well this home was equipped. The kitchen had everything we could want for cooking at home. The main floor is actually the upper level which gave us nice sunset views in a big open space. We loved all the beach and snorkel gear. We found the snorkeling at 49 Black Sand beach to be really nice with the contrast of the bright colorful fish and the lava formations. We also loved boogie boarding at Hapuna Beach. The biggest challenge was getting the kids out of the water to come home after as they were having so much fun. The home has bikes for the grownups and kids. We liked taking them and exploring the various beaches and looking for sea turtles at the park down the street. There is a grocery store just down the street called Foodland Farms which was open at 6am and late until 11pm which was really handy. We highly recommend going to do the sunset horseback ride at Paniolo. The scenery is stunning. The home feels vey large and accommodated our group with no issues. The beds were comfortable and there were lots of supplies (way more than we have seen in previous rentals). The Paradise in Hawaii team provided excellent directions and advice on things to do. We enjoyed meeting their staff when they came over to help us out with a question. Kawika was extremely helpful and patient with us as we tried to figure out the TV. We hope to come back next spring. This home is not to be missed.

The Paradise in Hawaii team were incredibly responsive to any questions and arrangements in planning our vacation to the Big Island. We received replies to all enquiries in one day and they were very accommodating. The property is more than advertised. A very spacious, clean, very well equipped home in a beautiful, peaceful quiet resort. There was essentially nothing we were not able to find to meet our needs. The bicycles, beach equipment were so helpful to allow worry free enjoyment. The 5-6 mile drive to the spectacular Hapuna Beach was a short 5-7 minute drive away. This beach is unbelievable with the most beautiful sand extending as far out as you can go into the water. A short walk from the home is the Fairmont Orchid hotel and Pauoa Beach. . The nearby (walk, bike, car) Foodland store has essentially all you need. Jeff and Suzanne have paid attention to all detail and were so helpful for any needs. I love this property and KaMiloi is a beautiful, peaceful resort. If you want a worry free, relaxing vacation is an incredibly comfortable accommodation this property is highly recommended and I will absolutely be back to the Big Island and hopefully to this property or others managed by Jeff and Suzanne.
