Indulge yourself with two large nearly identical master bedrooms suites with King-sized comfy beds and en-suites, one on each floor of our two-story town-home.

The upper level master bedroom suite has a westward and northward facing private lanai, with a beverage cart, and a pub style table & chairs. From here you can view Haleakalā on the island of Maui’, the North Kohala Mountain range, plus beautiful morning sunrises/evening sunsets, and can hear big ocean waves crashing on the shore. A magnificent bath awaits you with a large, tiled walk-in shower with a teak bench, a jetted tub, dual vanities, as well as a walk-in closet.

The main level master bedroom suite has its own AC unit, and a shaded ground level private lanai with comfy lounge furniture leading out to the lush lawn. The bath for this suite includes dual vanities, a large tiled walk-in shower with a teak bench, a jetted tub, a walk-in closet, and a view of the privacy garden.

On the main floor, the Great Room features soaring 20-foot ceilings, with a wall of large windows that view the tropical landscaping outside, and a 65” high-def OLED TV. Throughout the unit you’ll discover many paintings and artwork from well-known local artists. Slide open the doors to the private lanais to bring in the crosswind sea breezes. The main floor also has a convenient half bath, and a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer. The gourmet kitchen is high-end equipped with a full complement of cookware and small appliances for the in-home dining. The dining room lanai features an outdoor kitchen including cabinets, a sink, a Viking BBQ, a teak table that seats 4, and an overhead fan.

We also have a two-car garage with shelving that conveniently holds many desired take to the beach amenities including Tommy Bahama folding lounge chairs, lots ofsnorkel gear, boogie boards, noodles, beach toys, and towels.

Our town-home is only a “stone’s throw” from the incredible Kulalani/KaMilo 2 ½ acre recreation area that includes 2 swimming pools (1 family and 1 lap pool), 2 hot tubs, a bath-house, a large pavilion for group gatherings with a very big outdoor kitchen and seating for 40. The recreation area also has a very well-appointed workout facility with private men's and women's locker rooms, showers, and outdoor showers.

There is an upscale Foodland grocery store less than a mile away in the highly-rated Shops at Mauna Lani, where there are also exceptional restaurants including Ruth’s Chris Steak House, Tommy Bahama, and Sushi Shiono, just to name a few.

Guests will enjoy access to the Mauna Lani Homeowners private Beach Club with a protected sandy cove beach. Enjoy swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, SUP, or just soaking up the sun in the provided lounge chairs and shade cabanas. You can grab cool beverages or take-out food, or dine-in the beachy newly-remodeled Napua at Mauna Lani Beach Club restaurant. This private Beach Club has it all and is located just a 5-minute drive from our town-home.

Condo was exceptionally clean and beautifully furnished. It is well stocked with high-end appliances and utensils. The condo complex is well maintained and the grounds are lush and welcoming. The pool(s) are quite nice. Dealing with the proprty manager was very professional and timely. This is a beautiful condo in a beautiful complex in a beautiful resort. We would stay here again without hesitation we loved it..

Very satisfied with the property's location and condition. Attention is given to every small detail, just to make your stay perfect. Close to the best beaches on the island. Very unsatisfied with the property's contact person. Not very nice on the phone and denied our request for 1 additional day, regardless that the house was available. The owners should consider that.

We enjoyed staying in this unit that had everything needed to go to the beach or cook a meal at home. The property is perfectly located close to the beautiful pools and fitness centre, and within walking distance to the beach and restaurants.

This property was fantastic and better than described…very clean, wonderful furnishings, fully equipped kitchen, and close proximity to the pool area. We thoroughly enjoyed our ten days here, and will definitely be back! Communication with property manager, Anne, was fantastic, and she was great to deal with and very responsive.

It was very well appointed with furnishings, decor, even dishes, pots& pand & gadgets, and even very. Ice quitu of toulet paper & paper towels, and well maintained & inviting outdoor spaces, inuding bbq & sink & storage. In fact had a dinner party for a few friends & all were bery impressed. It was a lovely stay.

We travel a lot and this is hands down one of the best properties we ever stayed at It’s perfectly located, 10 mins from the best beach of big island, 2 mins from a great supermarket and with many restaurant options that you can walk to. We are exactly one week from having stayed at Jim and Jules wonderful home in Mauna Lani and we wished we never left! The location in the suncoast side of the island was just brilliant - we joked waking every morning that it was unfortunately another beautiful sunny warm day! I swear we never saw a bad weather day. The house was perfectly sized for our family of 5. It is nicely appointed with two master suites, oversized baths and opposite end placement of the rooms for quiet and privacy. The house itself was modern, clean and well designed with Hawaiian decor. It was so well stocked with supplies we only needed to purchase our own food! The organization of the beach equipment within the garage was something from a Marie Kando book and made it so easy to pack up our Jeep. The location within the Mauna Lani community was ideal - a short walk to a lovely oceanside park with a petroglyph trail and a quick ride to the beautiful, sandy private beach. We also spent time in the fish pond park next to the beach where we found many tropical fish and even eels! The big island is absolutely stunning but staying at Jim and Jules property was the real MVP.

Well appointed and comfortable home with a high level of cleanliness. This townhome has all the amenities required for a perfect vacation! Great location in a quiet neighborhood with access to pools within walking distance and a few minute drive to access a private beach club with a terrific restaurant, Napua. Communication with the property manager was easy and she was always helpful and responsive. Location is great! Close to resorts, shops and restaurants. We will return for another relaxing stay.

This is the best property we have ever stayed at when looking at everything. Location is amazing, very quiet and private! The home itself was spotless and provided everything you could possibly image you need. They even provided fresh fruit upon arrival, reached out to ensure everything was going well, and asked if we needed late checkout. I could not say enough amazing things about this property! My daughters and I loved it! When we returned to the big island, we will be staying here!

Beautiful and comfortable! Best stocked Mauna Lani property we have stayed at. Beds were comfortable and 2 master suite configuration is excellent for two couples. Garage has coolers, shopping bags, wagon, snorkel gear and a drying rack. The Mauna Lani area is the best on the Kohala coast and this unit did not disappoint.

This condo has it all and was perfect for two couples. Both Master Suites were spacious and private with large attached baths. The kitchen was well stocked with many assorted dishes, stemware and appliances. We prepared every meal during our 14 day stay and had everything we needed. The Mauna Lani properties are very desirable for their access to the private Beach Club, which we enjoyed almost daily. Having access to a garage was also a benefit. We highly recommend this property and hope to return again.
