Our unit was exceptionally clean. We had a wonderful and close view of the ocean. We look forward to renting the space again.

We enjoyed our stay but would have been more enjoyable if unit had AC. Unit got warm by 9-10 AM and stayed warmish till midnite while we were there in Oct. (Temp in the 80s) Had plenty of fans which helped. We had 5 in our party and maybe a bit small for that many since one had to sleep on pullout in living area which wasn't private/ when other in party accessing Lanai, kitchen, etc.. Would stay there again when weather cooler and had only 2-4 people in party.

This place has no air conditioning and even with mulltiple fans, it could get a little uncomfortable.
That said, it had a great view across the bay to Kona. Even with heavy traffic getting to the center of town was really quick and easy. Could be walked if you have the energy.
The kitchen was very nice and well equipped with nice appliances. Making your own meals here would be easy. The whole unit was clean and it was great having a washer/dryer in the unit.
Good entertainment area. The couch and recliner are just beginning to get a little worn.
Parking is limited to one vehicle.
The management company was good to deal with.

We had asked for an early check-in or late check-out and were denied for both, but of course that' not guaranteed in the listing so no points taken for that.
It was a bit hot with no AC, but the booking agent warned me of the heat prior to booking.
The first night we were there, a police chase ended with a man being tackled at gun point at the pool while we were there.
If you are sensitive to sound, this is not the condo for you-You can hear every single step from within the house, nextdoor, and from above.
With all that said, We loved our stay. the location was perfect. The neighbors that live there full time were great. We got to watch a group of spinner dolphins for several hours from our balcony. The sunsets were amazing. The condo contained an adequate amount of dishes, cooking supplies, etc.
Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would stay again.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Nicely equipped but would have appreciated a couple of folding chairs for the beach. Deck chairs too tall and uncomfortable. Pillows had cases that were too loose. Overall nice and comfortable.

We loved waking up to the ocean view and sounds every morning.
The condo was comfortable, beds were very nice. Kitchen was great and it was easy access to many places. We had a lovely vacation.

We had a late flight, but getting into the condo was super easy. The view is a great shot at Kona over the water....amazing! The condo is supplied with everything that one could want/need. The beds are very comfortable. The pool / barbecue area is a very nice feature, and a great place to take in a sunset. And,,, you cannot beat the location. Couldn't have been better! Thank you very much!

Decor and furnishings were nice. View of course was gorgeous as usual but floors in unit were filthy. All of our feet were black from dirty floors and of course you could feel it. Looked under the bed checking out and found a hat someone had left. Under the couch was trash and filth. First time in 12 years at SV we had to supply our own paper towels and toilet paper. Felt nickel and dimmed after paying premium prices. Overall grounds are incredible. Called customer service with no answer nor a return call in 3 days and counting.

What a great property this was, convenient location to downtown yet far enough away that you could enjoy quiet nights. Perfect size for two couples, great to have the double bathrooms. Close to water with a nice balcony to sit out on. Kitchen was fully stocked though you do need to bring your own oil or butter for cooking, but the convenience of a full kitchen was awesome and you have access to bbq grills as well. The hot tub is nice but a little small for the size of the property and the pool area is ocean side. Would stay here again in the future for sure.

Great oceanfront property that was super clean and comfortable. In room laundry and excellent amenities with fully stocked kitchen.
Linens could have been newer/softer and pillows were OK but not very comfortable. We were unaware there would be no air conditioning. Pool and hot tub were out of commission from Tues to Sat, five days, rather than three days that we were initially told.

This is a lovely condo with everything we needed for our stay for our family of 5. Location is convenient to DT Kona about 15-20 min walk. You cannot beat the view from the lanai, so beautiful. Not having a/c was a struggle for us. Not much ocean breeze to help cool down the condo so nights were hard to sleep despite the fans provided and the ceiling fans. We managed though, went to the pool a lot and enjoyed our stay overall. The grounds are well kept, the pool area is nice and fun. Condo had towels, some snorkeling equipment, beach umbrella. Unit is in the second floor, stairs only to go up. The w/d in the unit was a huge help too. Mahalo!

Excellent property-The property was just as described - it was immaculate, furnished with everything you need in the kitchen, nice furniture, great lanai overlooking the ocean and easy parking. I highly recommend this property and will definitely try to stay here again.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at this relaxing, lovely condo. It was comfortable, well furnished with amazing views from the deck. We even saw dolphins playing in the bay one morning!

Perfect place for a girls trip. We had two friends sleep in the master, two in the guest bedroom and I slept on the pullout bed in the living room. I preferred that since I can hear the waves from the living room. The only thing I’d recommend is having the check in process emailed a day before. I had to figure out the check in process when we landed in Kona which made it a lil stressful since I had to email everyone’s vaccine cards and QR codes. No biggie but would have been nice to have known this in advanced. But it was a perfect place for a girls trip. Thanks!

The condo was centrally located and easy to get to everywhere. Lots of space for our family of four. Easy parking and great pool. We very much enjoyed our stay.
