Just a quick drive to town, and the beach area across the road is nice for exploring and viewing sea turtles (no swimming though).

Nice place , no washer, dryer or dishwasher in the unit and one window was not covered with blinds , so the cable guy watched me in my undies

This condo is just the ticket for us. Balcony shaded until noon, view of the rolling waves, very clean, nicely appointed, breezy, a few minutes to town, a few minutes to snorkeling, a few minutes to shopping, corner grocery a stone's throw, beach across the street with lounge chairs, surfers to watch. sunsets out the window. We have plumeria trees off our balcony, perfuming the air. The grounds are very prettily landscaped so coming and going to the car right outside our door is also a treat. Management has been very approachable and helpful. I enjoyed walking to Magic Sands in the mornings with a nicely shaded roadside path. We look forward to our return visit.
