Very comfortable, ground floor condo, close to one of our favorite beaches.
We had an issue with the air conditioning unit, and the owner responded quickly to our concerns. He was out within a couple of hours to assess the issue and had the unit replaced the next day. He was very personable and genuinely concerned about our comfort, which we greatly appreciated!

We had a great visit! The condo was very clean and communication with the host was very easy.
We appreciated having all the beach accessories that we needed (towels, cooler, chairs, umbrella, wagon) to have a worry free day, enjoying all the beaches. We spent the week exploring all the island has to offer, and loved having a clean, comfortable condo to come back to each night!

We really enjoyed our stay. It is very well located in a beautiful, quiet & well maintained area just a few minutes from the beautiful Charley Beach.
The condo was very clean and well equipped.
We ended up not using air conditioning has my son has severe mold allergies and we were not sure it had been recently cleaned but never once the apartment was too hot. There is a beautiful breeze when windows are opened.

Nice clean condo stocked with everything you need for a quick get away. We are from Oahu and island hopped to Maui - it was great to have some of our standard beach gear ready to go for us to enjoy Maui. The kitchen was clean and functional, and let our allergy family enjoy worry free food. I took the bedroom and my teen son took the foldaway bed in the couch and we were perfectly comfortable. Communication with the owner was great and easy. We will definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay! Super happy with the location being right across from Charley Young beach and within walking distance to shops and places to eat. We also cooked a few meals and had everything we needed to do so. It was so helpful to have beach towels/umbrella/chairs/cooler available too. Would definitely stay again.

I love that the host communicated with me prior to my stay regarding timing of check-in and a minor delay. The unit had everything we needed for our trips to the beach. The patio was right next to the pool which we loved for our kids.

Unit was exactly as advertised and as shown in the photos. Really didn't need anything. The Lanai is perfect for happy hour with other guest staying on the property in other suites. Even though this place is a bit dated like most suites in Kihei, this owner takes pride in cleanliness and looking after it. Appreciated the pool being so close, the new BBQ in the common area and the direct access to the beach. Would definitely stay again. Well stocked. Thanks Michael. Mahalo.

This is the second time that we have stayed at Maui Vista but the first at this condo unit. The location is within easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants and bars. Our unit was as described and met all of our needs. We would stay there again.

The condo was perfectly accommodating for two of us, and the location was central to everything on the island. The local beaches were ideal, and we loved the ambience of Kihei and the fun places to eat. From Kihei, we did travel to the far reaches of Maui, but the trips were all more than worth it.

Despite the challenges the previous tenants left behind, Michael tried to ensure we would enjoy our stay being responsive and helpful. The location is amazing, walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. And with all the amenities, we could venture off and explore the island prepared or just stay in and enjoy the pool and tennis courts.

The communication between the property manager and me was great. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach and a little longer of a walk to coffee shops and food shops. But not far at all. AC worked great. Plenty of fans to keep the back rooms cool. Anything you would need for the beach day was provided. The shower water pressure was great. We really enjoyed making our own meals in the kitchen. Everything was great! Would come back to this place in a heartbeat.

We’ve stayed in other units at Maui Vista and this was our favorite. The unit was clean and well had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was super convenient. We didn’t even need to rent a car as pretty much everything we needed was walkable and the bus was convenient for longer trips. Thanks for a wonderful stay and thank you also for accommodating a later check-out. We had a wonderful trip and can’t wait to go again.

We loved the unit as it was quiet and faced on to the nicely kept grounds. We enjoyed being on the ground level to have the patio to stretch out on. The Unit has all the amenities you would want. We made use of the tennis courts and pool. The quick walk to the best beach in Kihei was a treat.

The property was lovely. Very close to everything (including the beach). The owners were terrific. The only downside is that the bedroom window faced the common walkway getting to the other units. It could get quite noisy especially in the late evening and early mornings.

It’s so nice to stay somewhere that has every little thing and Michael’s place definitely has all the amenities and little extras we needed for our stay. Fully stocked kitchen, laundry detergent, extra sunscreen, boogie boards, bug spray, literally anything you need.
Also so nice that it cooled down nicely and quickly at night that we slept comfortably!
