Nicole is very responsive as a host. The condo is situated near restaurants and the main highway. Close to Kanapali and downtown Lahaina. It is modern, bright and clean.
Unfortunately, the only drawback the week we stayed was major construction was happening on the property, right outside our door. I wish I had known this an advance . Nicole accommodated us by offering another unit in the same building. While noise was still an issue, we didn’t have to worry about crews and equipment right outside our lanai.

As you can see this location has a beautiful porch over looking the ocean (which is why I booked it) we arrived to see that the porch was out of action. It was being dug up by construction workers and we couldn’t access it. Not the view you want to see on your trip. The host did not even let us know about this issue and when I messaged her about it she basically was like meh whatever. She said she didn’t know about it. It’s honestly not good enough. If she had have told me prior arriving I would have cancelled the booking. It was a mega downer to our holiday.

Nicole was super communicative through out the booking and during our stay. Property was clean, well furnished and as advertised. We enjoyed the morning breeze watching the ocean from the Lanai.
Would highly recommend this place and the host!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. It was nice to be able to prepare home cooked meal with the convenience of cooking ware. Place was well equipped with swim gear for the kids to enjoy!

This was our first time in Hawaii, and it was the perfect place! The ground floor is great for walking out to the pool and quick access to the garage. We walked to Maui Brewing and the general store. The beach was a 5 min walk as well.
Nicole was quick to respond to our minor requests. We will be back! It's a great place to stay, book it.

This condo was very clean and comfortable. We appreciated the extras like the beach chairs, snacks and well stocked kitchen. The area is beautiful with lots of beaches, shopping and places to eat near by.

My husband and I took my parents to Maui and this condo was the perfect fit for us. The rooms were spacious and the views amazing. The beach access and many restaurants were within walking distance.

Our family came down for our family Christmas vacation. The location is prime, it’s off a little from the main areas but close enough to drive and enjoy. The room is super spacious, bedrooms had plenty of space, my 17 year old slept on the pull out sofa which was nice and big, it’s like having 3 full bedrooms , everything is updated and clean and nice. We used all of the kitchen items which was fully stocked for our family and it has an ice maker in the fridge that I love because I cannot live without ice. The washer and dryer worked amazing . All and all this was a great spot and I would book this same place over and over again each time we come

Everything was perfect. All the supplies you'd expect for a beach vacation (chairs, boogie boards, towels) and comfortable beds and linens. Nice large TVs. Easy walk to coffee and mini-marts. Short walk to local beach. Not a complaint, but wished we had brought a bag for beach towels (provided).

We booked this condo last minute for 8 days. This condo was in a great location within walking distance to a couple beaches and only a few minutes drive to some bigger beaches. The condo itself was exactly as listed and was perfect size for 4 adults, 2 couples. The condo offered beach towels, a cooler and beach chairs which was a great amenity. We did cook a lot while there so it would have been nice to have some more kitchen items such as baking sheets, pot holders and items like that. There is no air conditioning in the unit but the November weather was perfect while we were there and there were additional fans in the condo that helped during the warmer more humid days.
Over all this was a great rental and we will consider when we return.
