Centrally located just a short 30 minute drive from Keahole-Kona International Airport in Waikoloa Village about 6 miles from the world famous white sand beaches of the Kohala Coast, Hale O Sol Seeker is conveniently located no matter what interests you: beaches, hiking, surfing, fishing, SCUBA diving/snorkeling, golf, tennis, relaxing by the pool, strolling the beautifully maintained grounds, or even just watching the sunset from the lanai.
Hale O Sol Seeker is located at about 800 feet elevation for a beautiful distant ocean view and tropical breezes which keep the space comfortable year-round. Waikoloa Village is located north of Kailua-Kona between the Waikoloa Beach Resorts and Waimea. Waimea is home to the world-famous Parker Ranch and surrounded by an assortment of wonderful restaurants. This also starts your drive to the Big Island’s incredible water falls, botanical gardens, the town of Hilo, Volcanoes National Park, and much more.
As you enter the Sol Seeker condo, you will be welcomed by warm, waterproof white oak floors that lead through the entry way into the well-appointed kitchen on your left, and beyond to the spacious great room with its vaulted ceilings and stellar view.
The kitchen has new cabinets, a large and expansive waterfall countertop with seating for four to keep the chef of the group company. All major appliances include a large refrigerator with ice maker, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and kitchen sink with a garbage disposer have been updated.
Each bedroom has private access to a separate bathroom. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, vaulted ceiling, an expansive bathroom with a large walk in shower, high volume ceiling fan, and personal access to lanai. The front bedroom has a queen bed, large sliding mirror closet doors, vaulted ceiling, high volume ceiling fan, and private access to a separate bathroom. The loft bedroom has two twin beds (which can be converted to a king size bed with provided "King Maker" kit for added comfort), vaulted ceiling, high volume ceiling fan, and its own updated personal bathroom and large closet.
The dining room has a hanging opaque glass light over a round glass dining table where you can dine, play cards or games, or just use it for puzzles as you will most likely be eating outside on the lanai. The living room has a vaulted ceiling, high volume ceiling fan, floor to ceiling windows to view the great outdoors, and large sliding glass door to the lanai.
Relax on the spacious lanai with glass table, chairs, lounge, and newly updated wet bar. View the rolling green lawn, tropical plants, swaying palms, the Pacific Ocean coastline, and Maui in the distance. Have your dinners on the lanai during the spectacular Hawaiian sunsets as the sun descends behind swaying palm branches to the blue ocean below.
The condo has its own large washer and dryer, high-speed internet / WiFi, streaming television, and a local telephone line. Everything you need is provided from a fully accessorized kitchen, to the bath towels, linens, beach towels, and Tommy Bahama folding beach chairs.
The condo complex features 2 heated swimming pools with cabanas, each with it's own jacuzi and Bar-B-Q grills. There are also shaded areas to BBQ, eat, and rest pool side or enjoy the sun's relaxing rays on a chez lounge.
The Waikoloa Village Golf Course, designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr., driving range, and clubhouse are located a short 5-minute walk away. Near the golf course club house is an additional Olympic size swimming pool and 2 tennis courts that are also available to our guests.
The Waikoloa Village shopping center located less than a mile away contains a wonderful supermarket where you can buy groceriers, exotic tropical fruits and vegetables, as well as traditional foods. It also has restaurants (including the award winning Pueos Osteria), snack bars, health food store, bank, gas station, post office, print shop, wine shop, beauty salon, and more. Take the car or enjoy a leisurely 10-minute early morning or evening stroll.

My husband and I have been to HI several times. We try to stay on a different part of the island each time. I found this condo that was a great price and big enough for our first family vacation. Everyone just keeps saying “wow!” upon our arrival. It fit our family perfectly. It had all we needed and was very comfortable. The lanai was large and we could watch the gorgeous sunsets. The grounds were impeccable. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and even had a couple of BBQ’s in the area. There is a grocery store close by.
This is about a 30 min drive from Kona. If you want to be away from the hustle of the tourist section this place is perfect. We found great beaches just down the road on the resorts.

My family of six just finished a six night stay. Great condo. Clean, large, very quiet. Nice amenities. Large and comfortable deck area. Does get warm without AC but there are multiple overhead fans and there are screen doors to the deck that let the cooler night air circulate in. Management called a day in advance of check-in to make sure I had no questions and there was a large fruit basket with a nice note upon our arrival. Supermarket, gas station and casual dining all minutes away. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.

This is a home away from home! Everything you could possibly need from the kitchen, to the laundry room, lounge patio area, coffee bar, and even beach chairs in storage. The appliances looked brand new. Very comfortable feeling as soon as you walk in the door. Got that nice breeze through the house with the windows open. Very quiet community. We spent every morning on the patio watching the sunrise. We enjoyed every bit of our stay and highly recommend.

The only thing this place didn't have was air conditioning, but we surprisingly didn't need it. We used all the fans and opened all the windows and doors and that was enough. (And we are from a place that uses air conditioning almost all year long) But this place was one of the best places we have stayed at. We were sad to leave and move on to our next place and wished we would've stayed longer. Everything is new and the house is well stocked with everything you need. There was lots of space for our family of 5 and we even played some of the boardgames provided. Wouldn't definitely stay here again if given the opportunity.

This property was amazing. The community this condo is at is very quiet. HOA requires quiet hours which was great. The grounds were kept immaculate. My father and mother in law fell in love and want this condo. They have since viewed some others that n the community. Was the perfect spot for a family gathering. Not only is this a great location ( views, golf course, proximity to Hapuna Beach) but the kitchen is extremely well stocked with utensils, spices, sundries, etc.

This was a trip of a lifetime for us, a family of 5, with two 21 year olds and a 14 year old. The place was recently redone and it is stunning. It was beautiful inside, with every detail attended to. The kitchen was so well stocked, including a full spice rack for guests, plenty of pots and pans and cooking utensils, etc. The bedrooms each had their own bathrooms which was perfect for our family, and the living room was so comfortable with a gorgeous view of the sunset each night. We ate on the porch almost every night to watch the sunset. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub nearby! We couldn't have asked for better living arrangements. And it felt so personal too...a fruit basket and cookies were there upon our arrival! The location was wonderful--very close to grocery shopping and restaurants, beaches were within 15-20 minute drive, Kona only 30 minutes away, and we were able to access the north and east of the Big Island very easily as well. Couldn't have asked for a better place!

We booked this place to stay at while my brother participated in the Ironman. We had most of my family come with and we got a few units in this complex (from various renters). The place was super clean and everything was as described. We didn’t actually stay in this unit listed because construction wasn’t complete by the time of our stay. We didn’t find this out until a few weeks before our stay. However, Jane from the management found us another identical unit for our 11 day stay and was extremely helpful. 10/10 for Jane’s communication and ability to find us another unit to stay in and not canceling our booking last minute! Property was nice, there were fruit trees, the pool and hot tub was wonderful. The entire area felt very safe. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Really nice property with beautiful views of the grounds and ocean in the distance. The best location for sunsets. The condo is a 15 minute drive to a beach so don't expect to do a morning beach walk from your door. However the property is an excellent value for the money. The home is also very well stocked, in fact better than anywhere I have stayed. Kitchen has everything you need and more, they provide lots of high quality beach towels, and loads of chairs and toys for the beach. Excellent quality, comfortable beds and the place was nice and clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at Ewan's condo for 17 days in March. The condo was very spacious, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. I am an avid cook and I had all the kitchen items and found it was very convenient to prepare all of our meals. We really enjoyed sitting out on the lanai during the evenings and watching the sunsets.
There were beach chairs and coolers available so there was no need to rent.
The management company was quick in responding to our requests. We would definitely stay at this condo again!

We loved the view from our Lanai where we enjoyed all of our meals. The sunsets over the ocean were spectacular from there.
The house was nicely furnished. It had everything we needed from a completely stocked kitchen to boogie boards, snorkels, beach towels, and coolers. We were very close to three great beaches and others that we love were only 20 minutes away.
There are two great pools and hot tubs to enjoy in the evenings or for morning workouts. And a great barbecue area at each one.
We will definitely be back!

We had a great time staying at this VRBO. We spent most days outside on the deck. Be forewarned it can get pretty warm as there isn’t an air conditioner (which you are told upfront), but by the morning it cools off and you might even get to see a group of wild turkeys in the parking lot 😊. We found it very close to perfect as far as location. Easy drive to most of the places you will want to see.

A nice launching point from which to head north, east, and south. Our family enjoyed beach gear incl comfy chairs/umbrella, ice chests, snorkeling gear. Boogie boards much appreciated, as well three wonderful guidebooks. My husband and 20 yr old son summited Mauna Kea, leaving very early for the ascent. Guidebooks helped and ease of Waikoloa access along Saddle Road.
Tk you for making our family vacation so very special. Post COVID, it was meaningful to spend much needed quality time together. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful and welcoming locale near the western shore.

We've been to the Waikoloa Villas many times over the years but this is the first time we've stayed in an upstairs unit. And the view was incredible - we spent time every morning and every evening on the lanai just to take in the sunrise and sunset.
The condo itself was perfect for us. We had 5 of us (3 young children) and had plenty of room. The upstairs loft worked out great.
We can't wait to come back!
