Step into this topically furnished 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit in Waikoloa Colony Villas building #7 located midpoint in the complex. Our end unit provides ample green space around the building providing privacy, as well eliminates neighbours adjacent to or above you.

This is an upscale and sophisticated villa that has been remodelled with a contemporary expression and tropical flair. New washer, dryer, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, stove, and furniture will make your stay easy and comfortable . The 2 story townhouse with vaulted ceilings is Airy, Spacious and Comfortable. You will find everything you need to have a wonderful vacation.

Park in our designated outdoor space adjacent to the unit. We furnish free WIFI, 3 TV's with lots of channels, games, snorkel, boogie boards, beach gear and sand toys.

On balmy 76 degree days let ceiling fans and ocean breezes stir the air or use our air-conditioning.

Privacy is ensured with a bedroom and bath on each level. The spacious upper-level master suite enters through a Koa louvered door and boasts a handsome wood carved bed with New king memory foam mattress, quality linens, ceiling fan and a walk-in closet.

A charming second ground-floor bedroom features a New king size bed with a memory foam mattress.

Colony Villas is a quite well cared for property. Play tennis, pickle ball or enjoy the air-conditioned gyms. Relax at the tropical pools featuring gas BBQs, a unique lava rock waterfall and spa or an 18”deep toddlers' area. A third grilling station is just steps from our villa.

We are located on Hawaii's Kohala Coast with the Big Island's sunniest beaches and weather, 18 mi from Kona Airport. You will find pristine palm-studded Anaeho’omalu Beach (A Bay), two terrific golf courses, Kings' Shops & Queens' Marketplace with many restaurants. A 10-minute walk to 49 Black Sand Beach and a lanai with mountain views. Popular points of interest near the villa include Mauna Lani Beach and Hapuna Beach State Park.

We’ve been going to Hawai’i almost every year for the past 20 years and the Big Island for the past eight years with the exception of 2020. We always stay in Waikoloa and of all the condos or townhomes we’ve rented, this has to be the best one. It’s immaculate, well decorated, smells amazing and is fully stocked with everything you need for the perfect stay. This unit is moving to the top of my Waikoloa list! We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Beautifully decorated home with great detail. Thank you so much for the welcome coffee and it was nice to have a great kitchen to cook in with some small staple items there to use such as spices. The beds were super comfortable. The location was great!

We come to the island once a year and this is BY FAR the cleanest rental we have stayed at. All the beach stuff in the garage was great for a day at the beach. We will definitely rent this place next time. We've stayed in the colony villas before and it's super quiet and chill. Again super clean!

This was our 4th time staying at the Colony Villas development, and 1st time in this particular townhome. We could tell right away that this is not just a short-term rental, but someone’s vacation home - the finishes are high-quality and the home is tastefully decorated. The unit is very well stocked, from all the beach gear (including beach towels) to every kitchen appliance imaginable. This will sound weird, but it has the best, most functional kitchen sink ever! I am absolutely stealing that idea. Communication with the owner, as well as the property manager (Bennett), was easy. We had a question about AC system and Bennett addressed it very quickly. This development is very conveniently located within a 15 minute drive of some of the best beaches on the island (Hapuna, Mauna Kea, etc.). Queens Marketplace (grocery shopping) in numerous restaurants can be found nearby. We will definitely be back and hope to stay at this property again.

This condo had a fabulous interior designer. All of the features are top quality. I am a VERY PICKY person when it comes to choosing the right condo and this one was perfect. It was also immaculately clean. We loved talking with Nancy! She was very friendly and helpful! We will definitely be coming back.

There are so many great things about this condo. The communication with the owners was on point. The concierge service they have with Bennett and Nancy is something we haven’t had before renting from VRBO. It was nice having people local to ask questions and to get ideas of things to do and places to eat. The house is very neat and clean and well stocked. There are coolers and beach chairs and umbrellas and towels to use which makes it really nice when you’re coming over from the mainland and can’t bring those things with you. The gated community is well-maintained and you feel secure staying here. My husband two sons would really like to come back to the Big Island and stay at this unit again. Mahalo!

My family enjoyed our stay at Tim and Sharon’s property. It’s so beautiful and clean in a gated community. We felt like home away from home as the unit has everything we needed for our trip. The owners were very thoughtful and welcomed us with a bag of Kona coffee. The concierge manager Bennett was wonderful and recommended a few restaurants and my family enjoyed the meet and greet with Bennett. We definitely will recommend Sharon and Tim’s place to our family.

Terrible host! OK place and good location. Waikoloa Beach tends to be windy (trade winds) so plan accordingly. On our first day as soon as I sat on one of the reclining chairs it broke. I reported the issue and requested the replacement. Next day a guy came and only removed the broken chair and moved the patio chair into the family room. We were family of 4 (2 children) so for 2 weeks we had to live with uncomfortable chair in the family room. Next day the owner called and threatened to evacuate us saying that he we were not taking care of his place. He made up the excuse that he thinks there are 8 people living in the house. He was very unprofessional and impolite. I seriously considered moving to other place and reporting to VRBO but then I didn't want to ruin our vacation so moved on with vacation activities. We are frequent VRBO users and have never had such a bad experience with any other host. I would not recommend this place. I am also planning to report the host's behavior to VRBO.

Spent a short week here within the Colony Villas (first time) and was very pleased with the property. Well maintained, comfortable and the CV development has a nice pool / spa and several BBQ's for communal purposes. Personal visit by the Property Manager was a welcome and enjoyable added touch. The condo is situated in a quiet gate community in Waikoloa Village, with nearby restaurants, shopping, beaches and lots of outdoor activities. The unit has been beautifully remodeled with a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, TVs, games, and lots of beach gear and other sporting equipment The unit had everything! Check in and out was made easy by the concierge, Bennett. He provided us with a list of his favorite local spots to grab breakfast, lunch and dinner and where to get the best coffee on the island. The hosts were an absolute pleasure, and even had a graduation gift on the counter for our daughter at the time of our arrival. A very special, personal touch. We highly recommend this property and look forward to our next visit to the Big Island. Mahalo Sharon and Tim!
