So hard to put into words how incredible our stay was at the Dolphin Penthouse. The place was immaculate when we arrived, the amenities and decor of the condo were beautiful. Jason is by far one of the best hosts we have ever had at a VRBO. Very communicative before and during our stay. I can't say enough how wonderful our family vacation was by staying at this location. Loved watching the boats in the harbor, and our grandson loved the gentle beach at the base of the condo beyond the grassy yard. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would!

Just as described. Perfect location. We watched whales and sea turtles every morning from the balcony. In walking distance to stores and restaurants. Highly recommend.

This condo was wonderful for our holiday on Maui! The location was great for our family of six! It was exactly as it looked in the photos, very clean and well maintained, and had everything we needed and more (especially for beach trips)! The view is beautiful and the beach area was great even for our teens and preteens. There’s a general store and restaurants within a short walking distance and it was a quick drive to many popular areas of the island. We would definitely stay at Dolphin Penthouse again!

I wish I could give more then 5 ⭐️! Can’t say enough about how perfect this property is.
Communication with Jason was fantastic. He helped with recommendations, provided crib and toys for baby, everything we asked for.
Property was clean, just as described and the views-wow! Central location for all our excursions. Beach in the harbor was great for baby and 6 mile beach within walking distance was always quiet.
Beds were very comfortable, having AC for each bedroom was great as everyone could sleep comfortably. Unit was well stocked with everything we needed-beach towels, chairs, condiments, cookware, etc.
We will definitely look for this unit again should we be fortunate to return to Maui!
Don’t hesitate to rent this unit-you will not be disappointed.

Upscale 3b 2ba condo in Maalaea Harbor, centrally located between Wailea and Lahaina and where many/most of the tour boats are based. Has its own elevator. Manager had everything ready and written down - very helpful! Highly recommended. Hope to return.

This property was exactly like the listing and we enjoyed having large beds and bathrooms in each bedroom. The location was great and we felt central to getting around the island to various sightseeing locations. The view was gorgeous and we loved watching the boats in the marina. The host was very helpful and provided a welcome basket to get our stay started in great style. He also provided a binder with helpful tourist notes for the guests to use.

Spent a week at Dolphin Penthouse and only have superlatives to describe the unit, the property, the location, views and most of all working with Jason. Everything is as advertised or nicer and vacation was wonderful for all. Jason answered every question before our trip and made check in and our stay as easy as possible. He even gave an emergency ride to the airport to my daughter and grandchildren when lyft kept cancelling !!

This condo was beautiful, the property and location were lovely and if you plan to cook for at least a few days when you are there, you will appreciate the well-appointed kitchen and outside gas grills. Overall great stay and the hosts couldn't be nicer.

This place had everything we wanted and needed to thoroughly enjoy our stay. Great location with easy access to all parts of the island. Loved that we could sit on the lanai and watch whales and sea turtles or head downstairs and play in the water in the harbor. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and we made use of all of the beach gear (chairs, towels, shade umbrellas, toys etc.). Can’t think of a single thing we needed that wasn’t in the unit. Really appreciated the fresh fruit and bag of coffee that was waiting for us when we arrived. Jason was a great host, he was responsive to all inquiries and had some great recommendations for things to do etc. Would definitely stay here again should the opportunity come up.

What we liked: The view, the accommodations, the helpful yet unobtrusive owner, the well-equipped kitchen, the convenient location... did I mention the view? What a perfect place to relax and from which to launch each day's adventure. This would be our first choice for any future trips to Maui.

This condo is amazing. We were traveling with family and friends, 6 of us in total. The condo was clean, spacious and beautiful. It was well stocked with oils, spices, and little incidental things (such as sunscreens). Facing the ocean, we felt like we always had the best view of the ocean. We watched turtles and whales right from the balcony. Jason and Kim were both amazing and accommodating, would highly recommend this property.

The property & Jason are great! The condo is as described, clean, beautiful and located perfectly. The views are stunning and the great breeze is refreshing. Jason was very responsive if we had any concerns, and we didn't have any. Having a private elevator is a huge plus. Would stay here again!

Jason was an awesome host. Super responsive and helpful. The condo is well decked out, has a beautiful view over the harbor, and we loved the personal touches - coffee, chocolate, refreshments. He went above and beyond when we encountered a minor issue that did not take away from our enjoyment at all. We will be back!

We were a party of 6 adults. Jason was very helpful in the chek in process. The towels, Beds and linen were well cleaned and smelled good. Parking spot was easy to access. Private elevator was a bonus. Neighbourhood is safe for walks. Jason did go out of his way to make our stay comfortable. We will definitely be coming back to stay at Dolphin penthouse again

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely penthouse. The view is spectacular and the accommodations are extra special. Especially loved the deck for watching for turtles and the comings and going’s of the boats at the marina.

Condo is appointed nicely. Jason and Kim had some Maui treats for us when we arrived. We had four adults and two kids and plenty spacious for our group. First time to Maui so didn’t understand the lay of the land very well. Condo is located in convenient spot to drive to most of island -15-20 minute drive to Lihue or Kihei. But not much close by to walk to. Also very windy in this area of Maui. Hosts were attentive during our stay and very helpful prior. Would definitely recommend.

The property is lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Maui. When we needed to communicate with the owners, they were responsive and helpful. Location of the condo is convenient to getting to any side of the island, whether to Wailea or to Ka’annapali or to Hana.
The view from the 4th floor balcony was beautiful, providing a relaxing setting to drink morning tea or enjoy an evening cocktail.
Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and well-supplied. Kitchen was functional and had all of the essential appliances.
Overall, we would consider coming back to this property for sure.
