The condo was exactly as advertised - very comfortable, clean, well stocked, and easy to access, with Brittany being a gracious and very communicative host. The location is just a few minutes of a lovely walk through the Banyan complex's gardens away from Kamaole II beach as well as restaurants/shopping in Kihei and one of the two pools is very close to the unit. We had a great time and hope to be back!

We really enjoyed the condo itself - really attractive, very comfy beds and all the amenities. The air conditioning was a fabulous addition, as we had spent a week near Keahou on the Big Island without air! That said, this is a high rise complex in a busy area, and we very much preferred the calm, peaceful spacious low level building we were in on Keahou. If you want beaches close, great food (we loved Moose McGillicuddy's and Fred's Mexican) this is the place for you. If you prefer a quiet getaway, look for something with more space between units and a calmer vibe.

We absolutely loved our stay. The condo is spacious and very well equipped to meet your every need. It has a beautiful view, and proximity to beaches is a plus. Be sure to catch the awesome sunsets. Restaurants and shops are close by, some within walking distance. Hopefully we’ll be back soon!! Special thanks to our host, Brittany. She is quick to respond to messages/requests. Thank you!!!

Amazing property. Very clean and comfortable. The amenities in the kitchen are very good if you enjoy cooking. Usually we eat one meal a day out so it’s nice to have the option. Great location if you enjoy walking and visiting the local area. Lots to do. This is my sixth time to Hawaii. Will be back. Our host was very approachable and attentive to any questions that we had. People on site in the office were also helpful as we had a package delivered. Everything went so smoothly.

My daughters and I loved this condo. It's in a great location South Kihei and walking distance to the beach and some great restaurants. The pool is well-maintained, and we cooked at the communal grills several times. The condo itself is updated, well-stocked, and has incredible views of the mountains and ocean - we could see whales from the lanai!!!
Check in/out was easy as was communicating with the owner. We hope to return soon!

We had an amazing trip to Maui! This condo at the Maui Banyan was a perfect place to be able to explore the island and was a centrally located home base. The owner, Brittany, was very easy to communicate with, especially when we had concerns about a deleted flight and later arrival. The condo is exactly as it is pictured and is in immaculate condition . We spent a lot of time by the pools and on the Lanai, watching the whales splash just out from Kamaole 2 beach. We are already planning our stay for next year. Would highly recommend this rental to anyone who wants a beautiful rental in Maui!

This property exceeded our expectations! The condo was very comfortable and roomy enough for two couples. It had two true bedrooms with king beds and full bathrooms. The kitchen was very well stocked and well equipped for outdoor fun (snorkeling gear, umbrella, beach chairs...). The location was great as well - right across from lovely Kam II beach and easy walking to a number of restaurants in town. Access to Wailea and Makena beaches to the south is easy as well. The complex is also very nice, with two pools/spas available to guests as well as BBQ's, tennis and onsite parking. The complex is large, but quiet. There are many condos in the area, but this one overlooks a forested lot (i.e. not another building) as well as Haleakala in one direction and the ocean in the other. I was a bit worried about feeling crowded in, but definitely not the case here. Brittany was very responsive to our questions both before our arrival and while there. All in all, great hosts and a great stay!

This has become our absolute best VBRO condo to date! Great location, beautifully appointed condo, super clean and great location! The owner addressed every question in a super timely manner and is very kind and gracious! Beach chairs, umbrella, and even toys if you’re traveling with kids. This was a wonderful place to stay in Maui! Right across from the beach too. The condo was clean, well maintained, well stocked with everything you need for the beach and barbecues by the pool. It was really a trip of a lifetime. Brittany (the host) responded to any questions I had in a friendly manner. I highly recommend staying here.

My sister and I went to Maui to get away and celebrate her 40th! We picked this property because it was a good value with great reviews. We had such a great time. Kihei is in a convenient spot for traveling the whole island without spending too much time in the car (IMO). Brittany was great with communication. We loved being able to use the beach items and having a washer/dryer and our own separate spaces was awesome. This could easily sleep several more people but it was also perfect for just the two of us. Great experience! Thank you!!

This is our 2nd time visiting this rental property and 4th time in Maui. My family had an absolute blast enjoying our little vacation before school starts next week. The property accommodates our family nicely with the teens having their own separate bedroom and bathroom. Very spacious and has all the creature comforts of home. Big plus is the triple A/C units, one for each room. Slept like a champ in the king size bed and a/c on. Wife and family loves the convenience of location and can’t wait to go back next year.

This property is a well-stocked jewel. Could not ask for anything more. We used it as a base to explore all of Maui and I could not have picked a better place to come home to. The location is by the beach, easy walk to stores and restaurants. The complex is very well maintained. The apartment is quiet with gorgeous views and comfortable furniture. I don't want to keave!

We loved our time in Maui and this property did not disappoint. We were proximate to everywhere we wanted to visit, had easy and close access to the beach, enjoyed the pools on the property, and took full advantage of the well-stocked condo. With two queen (king?) beds, this place works great for two couples or a family of four or less with children under 13. It's clear that the owners use the property too because it's so well stocked. Would definitely stay again!

The unit is well furnished and equipped with all the amenities you need. It was clean and ready for us at check in time. As rented it was two adjoining units, but truly a penthouse. Great location if you want convenience to services and beaches.

Location for this unit is perfect, easy access to shops and the beach and also not to far of a drive from the airport. The condo it stocked with everything you could need on your trip, including all items for a beach day. Brittany was an excellent host, she provided us with ideas for activities to do with our 2 young kids as this was our first visit to Maui. Would definitely love to stay again!

Ideal location, very nice condition. We cooked almost every night yet still only used less than half of the cookwares provided. The second bedroom has a kitchenette which we barely used. The owner Brittney is easy to access and responds very fast. This unit is managed directly by the owner. Less additional charges compare to the units run by managing company. Now we start missing our vacation home in Maui.

We enjoyed our stay at this vrbo. This was the perfect amount of space for a group of 4, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The apartment was clean, and had a nice view of the ocean from the lanai. There are beach chairs, boogie boards, coolers, and an umbrella for use during the stay.

This was the perfect spot for our stay in South Kihei. The condo was beautiful, peaceful, and had everything we needed! It also had gorgeous views of the ocean from the outdoor patio. This property is absolutely outstanding. Situated right across the street from Kamaole Park 2. Newly renovated and has a modern kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Perfect for family of Four, 2 adults, 2 kids. The kids are teenagers and love their own little privacy. Slept like a champ with the King Size bed with dual zone a/c. This place has 3 separate a/c units for each room…huge plus. Has everything you need for a getaway, definitely a home away from home. Cooking utensils, pots, pans, silverware, bathroom amenities, soap, shampoo, towels, everything was thought of. Also, has beach chairs, boggle boards, beach towels and sun umbrellas. Simply amazing. My kids enjoyed it so much, we are already looking to book next year with this property. Mahalo from my Ohana to yours.
