In town for a holiday wedding and wanted a place near the beach and restaurants within walking distance. We his condo fit the bill. We loved the price and location. Very clean, safe and communication with the manager was al aye spot on. Two small drawbacks; the living room/dining room furniture needs updated. It’s not comfortable for four people to sit at the same time. There are two separate bathrooms but only one toilet. The second bathroom is a large oversized shower and vanity. This was only an issue in the mornings when everyone was trying to get ready. Overall, we were very satisfied.

The rental was exactly as advertised. Nice and close to everything including the beach. Some things that were not advertised were the backpack beach chairs and beach accessories, which was awesome. Very easy transaction.

Fantastic condo with all the amenities and I mean all! Loved the location and the view with a very bright and cheery atmosphere. It is extremely well equipped including enough beach chairs for a large family, beach toys, umbrellas, snorkelling equipment, etc. Well stocked with beach towels, bath towels and linens. We have stayed in many VRBO's and this condo is absolutely awesome. Jane was excellent and answered all of our questions. An absolutely fantastic host. We would definitely stay here again!!

The apartment was exactly as advertised. The owners provided everything, including beach equipment and towels. They dealt promptly with one problem we encountered, bringing us dragon fruit from their own garden as well. The kitchen was well stocked which allowed us to cook and relax after a day at Waikiki beach, a short 3 blocks away. We would recommend this 3 bedroom apartment to our closest friends and family. Our stay was really wonderful! Jane’s place has everything you could need from beach towels and chairs to snorkels, umbrellas and sand toys. She even had a stroller, high chair, and pack and play available which was perfect as we were traveling with our 1.5 year old. The views and location were great and we enjoyed the easy access to restaurants and the beach while not being directly in the heart of Waikiki. Communication with Jane was easy and fast and she was more than accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

The Condo was excellent. It is larger then it looks in the pictures. We had 6 adults stay and there was lots of room. We had an issue with the primary bedroom patio door and Jane and her husband responded quickly and fixed it for us. The view is excellent. I would highly recommend this condo.

Location, location, location! Central to everything you want to see and do in Waikiki. Major bus line on Kuhio and bus stop steps away from front door. We enjoyed all the food/meal outlets trucks, etc located within a one block radius and 3 minute walk to the beach. Perfect weather helped. Thank you, Jane, for sharing your home with us.

Place was great for location to ocean that has waves, lifeguard, surf rental and snorkeling. The condo has all the beach gear, chairs, snorkeling, a boogyboard, umbrellas, mats, cooler, freezer bar, blow ups, towels, beach toys, football. Parking was great and easy after u pass the valet guys that think u are going to steak house. Two balconies to see surfers and fireworks. Three bedrooms with 4 beds and a couch futon bed. King bed was comfortable if you like soft. If use dryer don’t do at night since a bit squeaky. Has a reg coffee machine, toaster, hair dryer, cups and plates for those planners out there. Yes the shower is a separate room as toilet so there is only one shower and one toilet but it worked for us fine. Totally worth the sacrifice for free parking, beach toys and location. Two tvs with cable, Wi-Fi. Hand soap by sinks and dish soap.

Our stay in Waikiki was fantastic! Close to everything - beach, restaurants, shops, convenience stores. Safe neighborhood, secure building, easy for Taxi/Uber to pick-up/drop off.
Condo was clean, comfortable, very well apportioned! We had exactly what we needed for the time we were there. Would absolutely recommend and would stay there again. Jane was super responsive to questions during the entire process, from booking to departure.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time here!! The unit was clean, comfortable, and had lots of extras to make our time there feel like a home away from home. Jane is very nice, her responses were quick and she is very easy to communicate with!
The building is secure with a security guard on duty and no access without a fob. The elevators were quick to the 20th floor.
The included parking was a huge perk, very convenient access to the room and close to the pool!
The pool for the building is smaller, but adequate and clean with an outdoor shower for cleaning off after the beach.
The unit is well maintained and spacious, outfitted with all the essentials! We had plenty of room to spread out with two couples and kids.
The kitchen was set up with everything you could need to cook a meal and then some. It is updated and clean.
There are two sinks and mirrors which gives you plenty of room to get ready with a larger party. The one toilet was a non issue because it is separate from the shower.
Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a big perk and we found it essential with kids.
The views are amazing, with the canal/mountains on one side, and beautiful Waikiki beach on the other! We loved getting up early to watch the surfers make their way to the water before the sun was fully up from either one of the beach facing balconies!
The location is fantastic, a short walk to the perfect spot on the beach right where they put on a hula show on friday nights. The street below is filled with lots of shops and food options. We loved Blue Ocean seafood and steak that is right across the street!
The beach gear was plentiful, to include: sand toys, floats, umbrellas, chairs, even an ice chest so you can pack a lunch!
We will definitely be back for a stay if we find ourselves in Waikiki again!

The only problem we had with this property is with their description of 1 full bath & a 1/2 bath. The full bath doesn’t have a toilet in it. So that was misleading to me. I thought there are 2 toilet for the 6 people but it was only 1. Disappointing!!!

We were very happy with this choice of lodging for our long weekend near Waikiki Beach. The location is extremely convenient to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and the zoo. The condo has been excellent views of the beach and the Waikiki area and is a corner unit which is nice. The amenities in the condo were good and there is a lot of room for a family of 4-5. Jane is a responsive owner and is helpful for her guests.

Cannot beat the location of this property, only a few blocks to the beach, mall, etc. and with plenty of eateries right outside. Elevators were quick and the garage parking made coming and going easy in our rental car. Loved the location and appreciated the beach accessories.
The cons: the decor is somewhat dated, AC wasn't strong in all bedrooms, there was some sand left from the last occupants, and we saw a few roaches in the kitchen even before we even brought groceries in. Cannot always control for that with an apartment building but it does detract from the rental experience. Recommend leaving a small vacuum for guests to use for beach clean up, rather than just broom and dustpan.

This property met the needs of my family during our stay. 6 total with 5 adults and a 16-year-old. They all love to shop and go to the beach. Not beach front but shopping and swimming are just down the street from the condo. Central location was key for me. I was initially concerned with the 1 bathroom and 1 shower; but they are separate rooms and it actually worked. Not a big issue for us.

Everything was terrific. It's worth noting that there are only 2 half baths in the unit. One with a toilet and sink and the other with a shower and sink. The only other item worth mentioning is that the shades in the front room are not room darkening so it gets bright very early. I addressed with the owner and she indicated she would address it and appreciated the feedback. Other than that, everything was great. Easy walk to the beach. Great views of the city and ocean and owner was terrific to work with. We would stay there again (if we ever get to Hawaii).

Our family of 5 loved our stay. The included parking spot was a huge bonus! It was a very short walk to Waikiki beach, shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed spending time on the balcony with views of the ocean. I would highly recommend and would gladly stay here again. It wasn’t an issue for us, but it was listed as 2 bathrooms and while there is one room with a toilet and sink and another room with a shower and sink, I would not consider it 2 bathrooms. The unit was equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen and for the beach, including beach towels, rafts and umbrella. Check in was very easy with excellent directions. And check out was even easier without a long list of “to do” like some places.

The photos do this place no justice. The view is perfect. Very short walk to the beach. Stores and restaurants are everywhere. The place is large and homely. Very comfortable and nicely furnished. Jane is a wonderful host and replied kindly even though I bugged her sooo much! (Sorry Jane!)
I honestly chose this place for the price and number of bedrooms, but it definitely is modestly priced for the quality. FYI, a three bedroom place is very uncommon in Waikiki. Definitely, DO NOT pass this place up. It’s so worth the stay and you couldn’t find a better host. Thank you so very much!

Communication with Jane was great even months before. Condo was clean and had plenty of beach towels, bath towels and other beach stuff. Including chairs, umbrella and a cooler. This location is perfect. Two short blocks from the beach and just to the left of the main beach was an area blocked with a barrier perfect for little ones. We walked to all the restaurant's we ate at in the area. Great coffee next door and Korean bbq down the street. Only issue was the AC unit in back two bedrooms was not working to our liking. The Jane said she could not get someone out till after we left. The ac was working just not very well. The building management confirmed this. The Jane brought us an extra fan and gave a discount for the issue. Since it was not completely broken it was manageable. Other than that it was perfect.

Janes property is the perfect spot for a stay near the world famous Waikiki Beach! This building is literally two blocks away from the beach and close to many amazing restaurants and shopping! We were even able to hike to the top of Diamond Head from our front door! And the unit has everything you need for your stay. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, towels, you name it. The unit is spacious and comfortable. The pools is refreshing and was never very busy when we used it. Checking in was a breeze and Jane was quick to respond to any questions we had! Mahalo!!

This condo is great! Large, lots of room. Having 3 separate bedrooms is wonderful so everyone has some privacy is awesome. 2 nice balconies-ate breakfast on them each morning. Kitchen is well stocked with essentials. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Lots of beach accessories: chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, snorkel gear, basket, water shoes. Having toilet & sink separate from shower & sink works out nice. To have an included covered parking spot is a nice perk! Staff on the premises are friendly. Building is very secured which is nice in a city. Only suggestion for condo is to add some brighter lamps in the front bedrooms.
Another note is Jane was so great when we were delayed 2 days from winter weather!

My family and I of 5 people LOVED this condo. Everything about it was superb, from the space within the apartment to the correspondences with Jane (who was very helpful and responsive), but the location is ideal! Just a 5 minute walk from Waikiki beach and lots of places to eat and shop within walking distance. We stayed with 3 kids who seemed hungry pretty much all day, having so many cafes and restaurants in easy reach for mandatory. The kitchen within apartment made it easy for us to store and reheat left overs or make some simple dishes. With so many tasty choices nearby we ended up eating out more often than we should have! Thank you for a memorable stay and we felt the Aloha love!

Dreamy experience! My husband and I took our three teenagers to this condo in Waikiki and had an amazing time! This place is ideally located walking distance to Waikiki Beach, stores, and restaurants. Our favorite thing was to start the morning with a cup of coffee on the balcony gazing onto the Pacific Ocean. My husband and I also loved the Mountain View from our room! The kitchen was well stocked. We were so happy to find beach towels, beach chairs, and so much more available at the VRBO! The large shower was also lovely. Everything about the place was marvelous. Word of advice to travelers - bring slippers or socks because inevitably, the sand gets everywhere! We will never forget this special place.

If you’re looking for a spacious, clean 3BR condo with four real beds in Waikiki Beach, this is your spot. Two balconies offer ocean views. Modern apartment was very comfortable for my family of 5. Having a reserved parking spot was the icing on the cake. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance with a car for short trips to other sites like Pearl Harbor, Diamond Head, Nutridge Estate for the best luau in Hawaii was perfect for us. Our family of five had a great stay in Waikiki. Just two blocks from the beach. Loved 1) the easy access to assigned parking - no need to compete for a space; 2) in unit laundry; 3) all the convenience items - umbrellas, beach chairs, cooler, snorkel gear, etc. The building and unit is a bit dated - had elevator issues that were resolved quickly. And the layout of the room is a bit akward for watching tv. But Jane was very good at communication and the stay was great.

We absolutely loved Janes condo in Waikiki. She was super responsive even when I felt like I was bothering her with questions she was always there to help. If you are wanting to spend a great family vacation, this is the place to stay. The location and cleanliness was a HUGE plus. The room had everything you needed for the beach (chairs, umbrellas, beach towel, etc.) and a short walking distance to the beach. This location was in the middle of Waikiki and walking distance to everything you needed from food trucks, small takeout food places, restaurants, beach, and of course shopping. You can't go wrong renting this room. I highly recommend this unit to anyone.
The only draw back for us was only having 1 bathroom but this would not keep me away from booking this room again.

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO property; the only hiccup was the breakdown of communication between the owner, property management, and myself. Instead of going through the event host, the owner continuously spoke to one of the people on the trip to get information. We, as a group, felt it was a smidge unprofessional.
All in all, the property is clean, airy, and very well maintained. In my opinion, the king-size bed should be in the front room.

We stayed in Waikiki for about a week. The condo has a great location with views, is clean and comfortable for a family of 4. There is no dishwasher and the twin beds in the 3rd bedroom are a little uncomfortable but these are small details compared to the overall convenience, cleanliness and beautifully renovated space. We will definitely stay here on our next vacation!

Great location right on Kuhio blocks away from the beach! Near shops restaurants and groceries. Condo has 3 bedroom with sofa bed in living room. 1 king bed, 1 queen and 2 twin beds. 1 toilet with sink separate from shower with another sink. We were on family vacation. 6 adults 1 child. Cheaper to make breakfast in the condo. We stocked up on groceries! Amenities consist of washer dryer -much needed especially after going to the beach. Rice cooker was a must for us and a ninja blender was a plus trying drink a healthy shake for meal after consuming all those delicious food Hawaii has to offer. The condo is a corner unit great view of the beach. Only about 5 units on our floor. Looks like the place is newly renovated with nice furnishings and new appliances. Lots of bath and beach towels! The place is clean . Wifi is available. Central AC however could be a little stronger BUT no complain since weather was nice mid January. Parking available for minimal fee. Great value. The condo was very nice and cozy. It was super close to Waikiki beach (5min walk max) and had all the needed amenities. 3 bedrooms were spacious and overall, it was in a prime location. Only wish would have been that there was an extra bathroom. However, I would still give it a very good rating and it was very easy getting in touch with the owner for any need or issues. We didn't have any issues with the condo and everything was new and in perfect working order. This condo allowed us to truly enjoy our Hawaii vacation. Thanks...

Richard was an excellent host and the property is very much what you see in the photos. Couldn't be a better location in terms of access to Waikiki area of Honolulu and it's convenient to downtown, diamond head and some of the other local sights. The apartment is on the 20th floor and one of the bedrooms offers gorgeous ocean views from its balcony. The living area and kitchen are exactly as they are pictured and the house had all the extras (washer/dryer, beach towels, linens, some handsoap etc.) that you'd hope for in a vacation rental. The only downside is the AC which, although working, seems to boast a meagre cooling effect -- still, that wasn't enough to dock a whole star and Richard made up for it with his attentive hosting.
