We were very happy during our entire stay at this condo. It was super clean, very well stocked with all the essentials that you might need like beach towels, equipment, toiletries - and the kitchen had all the stuff you might need if you are wanting to cook, including a few spices. We really enjoyed our too-short stay and would definitely consider returning to this exact location again. Also, owner was super responsive and easy to deal with!

We did not end up staying at this property due to a bug problem. The property was overrun with fruit flys to the point we could not stand being there and went to stay at another property in the area. Owner has so far not provided any relief on the funds we paid in advance. Apart from this issue, the property was well located and decently appointed and comfortable.

Randy has made many nice improvements in this property! Sunset Kahili is such a lovely place to stay in Poipu! Randy has nice accommodations and extras (chairs, beach towels, boogie boards) for his guests. He is the best to work with. Just had a bit of a noise issue with some workmen that got cleared up and the screen needs a fix to keep out the gnats, etc.

The condo was very nice and lots of extras. Randy was very easy to work with - great communicaton, very accomodating and helpful. Answered messages very quickly. Resident manager was very helpful too. Lots of permanent residents that are very friendly.

Easy to find and just a short walk to Poitou beach. Had plenty of amenities and cookware. Clean and tidy. Our only complaint would be that the mattress was well past its expiration date with noticeable impressions on each side.

Owner provides beach necessities....chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, coolers, ice packs, towels. Quick walk to beaches.
Well-appointed kitchen and washer/dryer.
No AC, but overhead fans kept unit comfortable. Building structure is L shaped with lenai facing pool, so neighbors' voices carry. Quiet hours begin at 10pm. Maybe not the best place to bring children or your loud cousin. Owner was upfront about these details.

Loved the location!
Ocean view and walking distance to PoiPu. This worked well for our family. The pull out bed is a getting a little old, so I don't know that an adult or older kid would find it comfortable, but it worked for our two kids (7 and 10). The primary bed was very comfortable.
Host was responsive and the property manager helped us with anything we needed. This is a building with a low-key atmosphere, so it might not be as suitable for a rowdy bunch.
