No complaints. Two suggestions: 1) to clear water off the floor of the Lani is to put a tray with a drain spout. Connect rubber tube to spout and insert the other end of rubber tube to the concrete draining hole.
2) New pillows to match new beds you will be putting in

Pleasantly decorated and well supplied.
Comfortable bed. Partial ocean view.

Musty smell on entering was most annoying. Could use more thorough cleaning. Several maintenance problems but prompt response to repair. Needs new microwave and shower wand.

We loved our Waikiki Banyon condo! It was clean, roomy, had a great kitchen, and our little balcony was perfect. We loved being in walking distance of so much--the beach, shopping, restaurants and oh yea the beach! It was also a great starting location for our island adventures.

I have been meaning to review this property for a while. I used to live on Oahu 13 years ago and this was my first time back since then!
I really enjoyed the stay here. Close enough to the beach and restaurants. Easy to find parking in the garage. Great little kitchen with plenty of supplies for cooking.
When our flight home was really late in the evening, the owner easily accommodated a late check out which was very much appreciated!

We enjoyed our 8-day stay here. It's in a noisy neighborhood but with the windows shut and AC on, it's fine. The owner was always responsive. The kitchen was well supplied but there is no food, no salt or sugar; we always found parking in the garage; they have Netflix; the unit itself was very comfortable for 2 people. You're 2 short blocks to the beach. They have boogie boards & 1 beach chair. We discovered that Waikiki wasn't our cup of tea, but the condo itself was great.

The location is perfect, one block to the beach. Lots of people watching from the lanai. The very efficient "the bus" is half a block away. You can go anywhere on the island on it. A little noisy from traffic, but, you're in a busy city!!

Great response from property manager to replace blender for cocktails. Good value for location, parking, and kitchen has what you will need. Has beach & water gear. Lacks room in closet with so many towels, sheets, extra mattress & vacuum. Long wait for elevators & to enter parking garage as non guest pay for parking. BBQs don`t work & are not grills but electric so more like an oven.

Everything worked well except for two light bulbs that were burned out upon our arrival. They were the bedroom lamp and the dining room light. Could also have more coffee cups. Enjoyed our stay, especially sitting on the balcony people watching.

Much better than staying in a hotel, IMO, and the host was responsive and took care of our needs quickly. Could not recommend this place enough!
