We enjoyed our stay here. The townhome was very clean and well-stocked. The furniture was high-quality for a rental, and the building was well-maintained. The property manager was very responsive and friendly, and there were no major problems during our stay. The location was also good - an easy drive to a couple of very nice beaches and close to shopping. We highly recommend this VRBO!

We spent the last two weeks saying in Carols condo. It is a beautiful clean home with all the items that are needed to have that perfect vacation. Carol is a perfect owner and super easy to contact. We had an amazing stay at Carol’s property. She was great with communication and property was super clean. Kitchen had everything you could possibly want. Beach chairs, towels, cooler and umbrellas were much appreciated for our beach days. Relaxing and quiet, perfect getaway.

This is a great property in a fantastic area. Close to restaurants and shops. Golf also extremely close. Clean and useful. I would definitely stay again.

Wow! What a place! We loved our time at this rental. The house is nicely furnished and the kitchen is perfectly equipped. There’s literally everything one needs for cooking (even has a waffle maker, salad spinner, garlic press), and the beach (beach chairs/umbrella/coolers).
The owner, Carol, was very communicative and easy to work with. We hope to be back soon!

The Ford’s home was extremely clean and well stocked for our stay! We only needed to reach out to Carol once for a question on the internet, but she responded within a few minutes! Wonderful place to stay! Would recommend to anyone staying on the island.

My wife and I were celebrating her spending thirty years putting up with me and her b-day. Although we had a glitch with a door code, Carol was super-responsive and helpful and we were very happy with what we found inside. My wife said, "the pictures on the website don't do this justice". Everything was clean, well-stocked with any essentials you might need and the community it is located in is gated and safe and beautiful. Carol was also kind to have a generous and thoughtful gift basket awaiting us when we checked-in. We're big explorers of islands on vacation, so we loved the central location on the Kona coast. Whether North, South or East for the daily adventure, it was convenient to take in all the island has to offer. Within a 5 minute drive, you have access to some fun shops, restaurants and a beautiful beach. Go south on the beach and you're sure to snorkel with sea turtles. We look forward to returning to the Big Island and staying here again.

If you are looking for a place to stay in the area, look no further. This a a beautiful well-appointed townhouse that has everything you could possibly need to feel at home.
The owner made our experience seamless by answering questions and being gracious when I accidentally ruined a tea cattle.

Highly impressed with the quality of the furnishings and kitchen items! We stay in quite a few VRBO rentals each year, and this one is so far our absolute favorite. We rent via VRBO instead of hotels in order to be able to cook and work remote. This one tops the list on the quality of the provided cookware and kitchen items, as well as the comfort of the beds and furniture.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this property. Waikoloa Colony Villas development is part of the Waikoloa Beach Resort, which was very convenient in terms of easy access to grocery shopping and restaurants. More importantly, all the best beaches, including Hapuna and Mauna Kea, are within a 15-minute drive.
The unit itself is clean, nicely decorated, with a very well-stocked kitchen. We loved having breakfast on the garden and golf-course-facing patio each morning.
The host, Carol, was fantastic. She was very quick to respond and address the questions we had for her, before our check-in date, as well as during our stay.

Just wrapping up a 3 week vacation after having stayed at this condo. Owner was great to communicate with and check in was a breeze. The condo is bright and decorated beautifully. Gorgeous Tommy Bahama furniture, comfy beds, soft towels and seating for 6 at the dining table.. A full size washer dryer is available.
We love having space to spread out and cook our meals - the kitchen is well stocked and the condos have brand new, very clean Weber gas grills to use throughout the property. But staying here, you get the best of both worlds, privacy of your own place plus all the nearby options in Waikoloa, Mauna Lani and Mauna Kea.
There is a beach nearby...but we prefer to drive 10 mins to Beach 69, Hapuna Beach or Mauna Kea (if we're lucky enough to grab a parking spot).
The best Mai Tais on the island can be found nearby (in order of preference) Copper Bar at Mauna Kea has the best frozen ones, the Marriott and Lava Lava Beach Club tie for best on the rocks (Marriott usually has a much shorter wait!)
Can't recommend this place enough. Would book this condo again in a second.

We use to live in this area for 8 years and love it!! We have rented 3 different units in the Colony Villas and this one is by far the nicest! It has absolutely everything you need inside and outside the condo! Very Clean and super quiet. 2 BR and a sofa sleeper as well. Lots of little unique touches - Coffees & Teas, Lotions & soaps, Books.....etc.. Location is by far the best in the property as far as wind, heat and convenience. Carol is super to work with and very personal. She even checked in to see if there was anything we needed. Definitely recommend this unit.

This was a perfect residence for the 8 days that we were on the Big Island. The property is centrally located in Waikaloa just minutes from the best white sand beaches and within driving distance of pretty much all the must-do activities on the island. The property itself is on a secure location in the vibrant Waikoloa beach resort and next to many shops, restaurants and even a golf course. Amazing view of all mountains from this location. The property was very clean and looks new. The owner has a well stocked kitchen with every utensil you would need. Spacious bedrooms, large living and dining areas with an outdoor patio. Just a couple of minutes walk to the community pool which was never crowded. The owner followed up with us prior to our visit and during our stay which made it that much more special. This property is definitely a gem and a great alternative to the expensive resorts.
