We had an amazing family vacation! HALE O NA WAILELE was a gorgeous property and it had anything we could possibly need. Our family loved the layout of the home and the views from the balcony in the morning during coffee were spectacular! Most mornings I got to see a beautiful rainbow over the mountains. We were fortunate enough to do a split stay in the south and here and the lush beauty was so much more appreciated from this property. The property management was extremely responsive and the property is very well maintained. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you! Aloha

My family of 4 had a fantastic week in Kauai staying in the House of Waterfalls. The condo has 3 bedrooms that are about as far apart from each other as possible, so everyone has their space and privacy. The front room is the smallest and where my son stayed. My daughter took the large bedroom on the top floor and my wife and I stayed in the bedroom downstairs. The condo is very well stocked. Umbrellas, beach chairs, cooler, beach towels and even some snorkeling gear. My kids used the 2 bicycles to explore. There’s even a ukulele and some sheet music. I really appreciate a well-stocked kitchen, and this condo does not disappoint.
Jason, the property manager, was great. One of the beach umbrellas was broken and he delivered a new one to the front door.
Great access to Hanalei Bay, the Na Pali Coast Trail, and Princeville. My family did a surf lesson at Hanalei, hiked to the waterfall on Na Pali coast trail, and my wife and I played a round of golf at the Makai Princeville course, which is right next door to the property.
Only criticism is that the downstairs bed was not comfortable. I like a firm mattress, but this one wasn’t for me. Also, the bathrooms are a little dated, but totally fine.
All-in-all, 5 stars and a property I would visit again. Mahalo!

Everything was exactly as described! Helpful host that was prompt with answers to any questions. The condo was perfect with 2 full suites for the adults and a 3rd bedroom for our teen daughter. The location was ideal.

Fantastic property to call home. Enjoyed the views from the balcony while having morning coffee or relaxing at the end of the day. Separate balconies off the bedrooms provided the opportunity for private moments when needed. Couldn’t have asked for more. Special mention needs to be made of the Property Manager who was great to work with right from the time of booking to the very end.

Charming decor, super clean, comfy bed, appreciated AC, and wonderful view from balcony!
Loved the peacefulness of Princeville, great area for long walks, beaches not so crowded and appreciated the Kappa Bypass road when we headed south. Ate at restaurants recommended by Jason, Postcards and Hukilau Lanai in Kapaa - glad we made reservations! Thanks for the great stay!

This was a perfect property and location for a North Shore stay. It is centrally located, and the home is immaculate. We had three adult couples, and it was great that everyone had a private space (not just room) and bathroom. The kitchen was SO stocked and cook-ready with everything we could possibly need or want. Having lots of beach chairs, boogie boards, and other outdoor/beach equipment was an awesome bonus. The owners were warm, inviting, and always quick to respond to any inquiry we made. This was an unforgettable adventure for our family. Thank you!

Best vacation accommodations ever!!! You never know what to expect when you book a place to stay online, but we were all amazed at everything about this condo. Not only was it gorgeous and super clean, but it's in a beautiful part of town, close to everything on the North Shore, with an amazing view and stocked with everything we needed for a family of 6, even beach chairs, boogie boards, and snorkel gear. We will definitely be coming back to Kauai and wouldn't consider staying anywhere else.

We had a wonderful time with my sister’s family and our kids. The rental was beautiful, had all the amenities we needed, and the most gorgeous view of the mountains. We even got to see a rainbow one morning. There was a welcome basket waiting for us when we arrived which Was a lovely personal touch. Pool was great and the drive into Hanalei bay was about 10 mins. Grocery store was close (less than 5 mins). Would absolutely recommend this place.

If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would. The townhome was immaculate and so well stocked with towels, soap, kitchen, beach chairs. The patio view was incredible and location amazing. You can tell the property is more than likely used by it’s owners and the management team is so responsive and their local suggestions were fabulous ! I have rented so many different places and this was THE best one. Beyond my expectations and I cannot recommend enough !

This property exceeded our expectations. The host was easy to communicate with and checked in regularly to be sure everything was to our satisfaction. The bedrooms all felt like they had separate wings and the home was well appointed with everything we needed. We loved the views from the lanai the proximity to the golf course and all the North Shore sights. We especially appreciated the provided beach gear including towels, chairs, cooler and snorkel masks. We would definitely stay here again.

Jason and Janine were wonderfully gracious hosts and the property was exactly what we hoped it would be: well apportioned and clean, elegant and cozy. Jason and Janine were wonderfully gracious hosts and they were very responsive and forthcoming with flexibility and accommodations. A perfect spot for our small teenaged family to unwind and enjoy the best neighborhood on the island.

What a wonderful home! We so enjoyed our stay. The home was immaculate and in a beautiful golf resort setting. First time to the island of Kauai, and we will return! The property was very nice and provided everything we needed. A little trouble with the parking situation as someone else took our designated spot so we got a notice for improper parking. Had a little difficulty understanding how to obtain the entrance lock code but finally got it figured out. Overall a good trip.

Fantastic property in Princeville. Beautiful view of the mountains. Spacious villa, with an adequate kitchen and comfortable rooms. The host was gracious and helpful, checking in often but not being overbearing. We couldn't recommend it more!

Very spacious three bedroom apartment/condo in a private gated community. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. The staff made the check-in process very seamless. They treated us with dignity and kindness. Jason the manager of the property and his assistant were just amazing people to deal with. The condition of the property is as described; clean, new, well lit etc. Every amenity we needed was available from paper towel to beach towels. It is like having our home away from home. It was the ideal for our family of three young children.

Beautiful condo that is well appointed for a long stay. We enjoyed having a charcuterie board and wine on the deck at night and coffee in the morning. It has beautiful views out the sliding doors. Highly recommend.

We have been coming to Kauai for 20 years and this was a great three bedroom unit for our family of six. AC in two of the three bedrooms, full kitchen complete with spices, olive oil, etc. It is a very, very quiet complex, which was a perfect fit for our family. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We absolutely loved this property!! Everything went smoothly and our welcome basket and instructions were appreciated. The unit was as lovely as the pictures portrayed and the views were magnificent. Hubby and I enjoyed the patio off the master and sat out there often to enjoy the scenery!! Teens were happy with the tech/cable offerings and nearby complex pool. (We grilled and ate there one night!). Location in Princeville was just a few minutes from grocery store. My guys couldn’t stand being so close to the Makia public golf course and ended us splurging on a round. Some of the most amazing views I’ve ever scene, especially on hole 7.

The property was amazing...the unit was very clean with many upgrades. The space was large enough to accommodate all 6 of us, each with our own space. It also had beach chairs and a cooler making beach going easy. The views from the unit were amazing. The pool, jacuzzi, and BBQ area were an added bonus to the unit and near our condo.

We had such a great stay on Kauai. We have a family of five and the accommodations were were perfect! Spacious and clean. Plenty of room for our three teenagers to get a little space from each other. Beautiful property. Very spacious and clean. Safe, gated and quiet community. Gorgeous view of the mountains. Well appointed kitchen.
Dealing with Jason was amazing. Very easy to communicate with and responsive. I texted him one day the coffee maker was not working reliably and within hours we had a replacement.
We stayed in many places in Kauai and Hale Oʻ Nā Wailele was my husband's favorite.
