This condo is in a perfect location. Quick walk to the beach and steps away from the pool & restaurant. The condo was clean and was stocked with everything we needed - kitchenware, beach towels, beach chairs, snorkel gear & sunscreen. Upon arrival, we were only given a key to one of the pools, but the property manager responded promptly, apologized and dropped the key off. We were not aware that you have to pay to access the tennis/pickleball courts but it was listed in the property info book provided in condo which we overlooked. The master has a comfortable king, large bathroom, spacious closet and A/C. Overall, we had a great stay and I would definitely stay here again if I visit Poipu.

We just returned from a wonderful 10-day stay at this beautiful property and cannot say enough good things about it! The condo is surrounded by lovely gardens (including the most beautiful orchid garden I've ever seen) and is large, clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. The condo is located less than 100 steps from a beautiful pool and large hot tub, neither of which were ever very crowded. There is a great little beach for boogie-boarding that's just a 4–5-minute walk down the hill from the unit, and Poipu beach is only about a 10-minute walk away. There are miles and miles of paved walking trails that take you to other resorts and neighborhoods surrounding the complex. The kitchen has a huge refrigerator and is well-stocked with every utensil and appliance we could have needed. The washer/dryer looked brand new and worked perfectly. There was a closet with all kinds of beach items for guests to use (snorkels, fins, a small cooler, beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc.), which my family and I really enjoyed and appreciated. The host was very polite and responsive when I messaged her a few times with questions. We had a great stay and I would highly recommend this property, and my family and I hope to return again sometime!

This property is fantastic. Me and my family just stayed for a month. The property hosts are delightful. The condo itself is very nice and the location is perfect. Very close to the pool and hot tub and very close to the brennecke’s beach (two minute walk). The front porch faces west for the prettiest sunsets you’ll ever see.
I HIGHLY recommend.

The description of this property was spot-on. It is a short walk to the beach. The beds were very comfortable. The ice packs and ice cube trays were perfect for packing a lunch and water bottles for a day out. When you get back, there are all the pots, pans, and utensils you will need to cook dinner. There are also restaurants near by. The beach towels. mats, and chairs were great. The bathroom attached to the main bedroom is spacious and the water pressure is awesome! While we were there the washer and dryer were being replaced, and communication with Portia was great. If I ever get to go back to Kauai, I would stay here again!

My husband, son, his girlfriend & myself are just home after spending the last 11 days in Kauai. After visiting the Hawaiian Islands many times we were very excited for our first visit to Kauai. I have learned when visiting the Islands location is key. When we first started our Kauai research we focused on the Kapa’a area, then when our son decided to join us, our focused changed to the Poipu area as we needed a larger condo and very glad we did. The Poipu area is amazing, the condo location and condo itself…..perfect! The condo has a well stocked kitchen, added bonus to find some spices in the cupboard and condiments in the fridge. Both bathrooms have nice thick towels, shampoo, conditioner & body wash soap plus hairdryer to use. Both bedrooms have very comfortable beds (king in principal bedroom, queen in other)
All rooms have ceiling fans and A/C in principal bedroom however we did not use it, wasn’t needed. The condo never felt too hot for us. The condo is also well stocked with beach chairs, towels, cooler, snorkeling gear (kids & adults) even sunscreen!
We had the pleasure of meeting our host, and liked knowing that if we needed any help, or had any questions Portia was just a phone call away and it’s the first time we have walked into a VRBO rental to find some apple-bananas from a host’s backyard in a basket on the counter along with a personal note. Thanks Portia, being greeted with locally grown fruit was very much appreciated!
Loved being a 1-2 minute walk away from a beach with lifeguard perfect for snorkeling, swimming or just watching the turtles and seals sleeping on the beach. It is nice to have the choice of a few beaches and restaurants all without having to get into the car and shops that are a 5 minute drive away. We walked to the shops. My husband is a scuba diver, having the dive shop 5 minutes away was also a bonus.
Again location is key.
We will definitely be back!

Great property, clean, and accurate description. Steps from the beach, tennis courts, pool, bike rentals, and several restaurants. Owner communication was excellent, they confirmed in great detail the number of steps in the home before renting (family member has a mobility issue). There was a minor issue with an appliance that I didn't even complain about because it wasn't a big deal and these things happen. I was totally blown away to find they treated us to dinner for our inconvenience. Wow! Great hosts, would love to return.

Such a great location! About a 5-10 min walk to the beach. You can see the ocean from the patio. Beautiful grounds that are very well maintained. Right next to the pool/hot tub and tennis courts. The location was just perfect. Pleasantly surprised by this as wasn’t to sure how far it’d be! Condo is very well stocked.

The condo is attractive and comfortable and its amenities and location were perfect for my husband and I and our two boys (8 and 11) during our week-long stay. Condo pool and hot tub are near at hand; Poipu Beach, which has a reef-protected swim area, is just a short walk; and Shipwreck Beach and the Grand Hyatt a pleasant jog away. We loved the old sugar-town charm of nearby Koloa and sleepy personality of Hanapepe to the West, and also found it easy to take day trips to the East and North. Owner and manager were responsive and polite.

This was the perfect spot for me and my two children to spend a week. It is just steps from the pool and greenway to Poipu Beach which is where my kids wanted to spend all of their time. We watched beautiful sunsets every night as we ate outdoors on the lanai. The space itself is very well equipped, clean, and comfortable. The check-in/check-out process was easy and the owner was available and responsive to all of our needs. I look forward to booking future stays!
