Our 15th floor penthouse is extremely private with only 4 villas on the floor. You have an abundance of deluxe amenities including plush towels, super soft bedding, bathroom niceties, oversized beach towels, full-size washer/dryer, signature state-of-the-art kitchens designed by renowned Master Chef Roy Yamaguchi, Sub-Zero, Wolf appliances, granite countertops and all the appliances and kitchenware needed to serve a gourmet dinner or prepare afternoon snacks.
The resort features an oversized quiet lap pool, lagoon pools, sand-bottom pool for the kids to enjoy, spas, dry sauna and steam room, Koi ponds, Makai Hale Beach Bar, a fully equipped fitness center, outdoor barbecues and a smoke-free premise. Plus, just a hop, skip and jump to the beach.
Location, Location, Location: Famous for its mild tropical climate, Ko Olina is located on the sunniest side of Oahu, and only 21 miles from the Honolulu airport. This paradise community is home to only 3 other deluxe resorts. Take a stroll to Ko Olina Center’s Collection to visit several unique shops, variety of restaurants, and the Island Country Market. Very spacious, quiet condo with an awesome view. It felt like home away from home. Close proximity to all restaurants and shopping at other Ko Olina properties, but still away from the crowds and the noise. Manager Holly is very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with.

This property was amazing and exceeded our expectations at every turn. The view from the balcony is incredible and a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee.

We booked this condo for 8 days and could not have been happier. The unit itself was super clean and very well supplied with a great kitchen, which is important to me. We had a small hiccup with the cable box going out but the management was very quick to respond & get it fixed. The condo community has beautiful grounds with multiple pools and hot tubs, and the access to the lagoon was great for ocean swimming. The Ko Olina neighborhood was quiet and secluded from the traffic & noise of downtown Honolulu, but it was an easy drive to get to all of the regular tourist spots and activities. We were able to easily book golf at the Ko Olina course but the Paradise Cove Luau, located within the neighborhood, was booked so we went a couple miles down the road to Chief’s Luau, also within a reasonable drive. So location, amenities, and staff make this a great place to stay!

From the time I rented the flat online to my check out the experience has been brilliant. The view from lanai isn’t breathtaking and the Ko’olina location was convenient for shopping and sightseeing. My daughter and I had the best time. Looking forward to returning again!

We have a membership at the Aulani and have had family stay at the Beach Villas and it is wonderful. The location cannot be beat and it is quieter and the views are insane.

We have stayed at the Ko Olina Beach Villas, and this was our first stay at this condo. We really enjoyed the peaceful serene sunsets, and the spacious condo. The kitchen has all the amenities you will need, the bedding is nice and soft and the home is nicely furnished including large TVs. The unit also included beach towels, chairs and toys for the beach including a wagon to carry everything. We really enjoyed our stay!

Property was nice, clean and good location. Lagoons are ok but not clear as a normal beach. Good for kids but not for snorkeling. PH1503 was well appointed and comfortable. The view is partially blocked by another building, fyi. Still nice views with sunsets! Very busy area. Close to stores and restaurants. We walked to other resorts for dinner. Only 10 minutes to Marroitt, Aluni, and Four Seasons. Only a bar on site.

We were here with our adult children and this was our first time on the island. Booking and communication with the property manager was great. This is a beautiful property and great location with something for everyone. The penthouse was clean and the view amazing! It was great to have the fully stocked kitchen, with a lot of eating and shopping nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed the quiet pool, incredible lagoons and the gym. Great place to stay on Oahu!

This is our second time staying at Ko Olina, our first time in this condo. The condo was as advertised! It was clean, spacious, had a well stocked kitchen, beach toys, rolling cart, and had modern TVs that had easy access to all of the latest streaming services. The condo really felt like a home away from home. The view from the lanai was breath taking and we cannot wait to come back. Communication with property management was quick and helpful. We really count ask for a better place to stay while in Oahu!

If you want to avoid the crowds I get the great beaches, definitely stay here! The lagoon was perfect. The property was immaculate. The communication was perfect. However, if you want to use an Uber or a lift, this is not the place for you. There are very few available. Make sure to rent a car!
