Rental was is a good location & very clean. But, mixed communication experience with the owner. The fridge was broken (not initially obvious). We turned on the ice maker and this resulted is lots of water dripping in the fridge and food spoilage bc compressor couldn't keep it cold. When we emailed owner, she responded quickly & told us she was waiting for new fridge. Had she left a note or told us we could not use ice maker, we wouldn't have had rotting food and resulting anxiety. No offer of any compensation, despite the fact that the rental was expensive, and we had to throw out food.
However, when the fire alarm blasted us in the middle of the night and in the morning (not chirping due to bad battery, but full on alarm because it was broken), she sent someone to replace it in a few hours. So that was timely response.

We really enjoyed our week at this condo in Kihei. The description and photos are accurate and we concur with other 5-star reviews about the amenities and quality and good value of this 2BR 2Bath ocean-view unit. Having AC in the bedrooms and living room was great--we didn't actually need to use it much, but it was really good to cool the place down once in a while, esp. late afternoon, when returning from activities. (It does mean there's heat and some noise from the AC compressor on the lanai but we turned it off when we were out there.) Beds and linens were very comfortable; sofa and loveseat as well, towels fluffy and ample, convenient beach chairs and umbrella. Everything very clean. The views and location are super. I hadn't stayed in Kihei for a long time so it was fun to explore the area again and then some other parts of the island. The building is from a particular era, like many condos in Maui, but the tasteful upgrades to this unit really make it a comfortable and pleasant. The entire property seemed well managed, quiet, and safe and parking for our SUV was never an issue. We didn't use the BBQ/upper terrace or the pool, but both looked very clean and provided additional options to people wanting to use those. Proximity to the beach(es), shops, restaurants, etc. was very convenient. Also, Ada was very responsive to inquiries along the way, which was reassuring and helpful.

It was amazing!! Enjoyed the condo! Everything we needed was there. The location to the beach, dining and shopping is all within walking distance. Great place to stay!!

Beautiful views from the Lanai, Condo was very clean, property was extremely well maintained. Half a block walk to Kamaole Beach 1 and close to many other shopping and dining options! Great place to stay!! We will definitely be booking this co do for our next trip to Maui!!

I really enjoyed this condo. It was extremely nice and well done. All the towels and linens were high quality and the furniture was all comfortable. During the day you could get a really nice breeze through the condo and the ACs kept it nice and cool over night. Showers were always hot and the kitchen was well stocked. Also had 5 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, several beach blankets, and what looked like a beach tent, no boogie boards or sand toys, though. There is a Boss Frogs right across the street, though.
The complex is also nice with a great location.
One thing I would like to note, while the pool area is very well maintained and clean. The pool is quite deep with a tiny shallow area. It's about 1 foot deeper than labeled at all locations. My 49 inch tall daughter could only touch right next to the stairs and I at 73 inches couldn't touch in the "5 foot section." We still really enjoyed the pool, but if you have small kids or weak swimmers it might be an issue.

Such a great location to be staying! Wonderful view and so close to the beach as well as amenities. The pool was wonderful! Only thing to take note of is the balcony has horizontal bars which would be sketchy for kids climbing. We had to make sure our kids weren’t out there unattended. Highly recommend this condo!

We absolutely loved the location and the conveniences available to us. The condo property was very well maintained and the staff were friendly. Love the view & we enjoyed the beach area everyday of our stay. Tenants were a very a social group & the Barbecue area was our favourite venue for dinner.

We loved the location of this property and the size of the condo was great. The condo was well appointed with almost anything that a person would need. We did feel that the condo needed a deep clean, particularly in the bathrooms but having said that it was a lovely building and we would stay there again.

My family of 4 (with 2 teenage kids) loved this apartment. The listing is very accurate but even nicer than I envisioned. Having two bathrooms was wonderful with teenagers. The lanai was our second favorite spot for drinks and the sunset, after the beach, which is an easy walk across the street and has soft, clean sand. There are lots of options for food within walking distance, and even more a short drive north. Snorkel gear is easy to rent next door, too. Kihei is an ideal town to stay in for exploring the island and having a parking space was a nice bonus. Communication with Eda was excellent--we had no issues entering or leaving the property. Her suggestions listed in the welcome booklet were spot on. I would definitely stay here again in future visits if we're lucky enough to return.

We had all the comforts of home but with a view of the ocean. The condo was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, and it had everything we needed for our stay to cook meals and for a day at the beach. It was centrally located with the beach just across the street. There were restaurants, stores, and equipment rentals within walking distance. Ada had a notebook with lots of helpful information on things to do in Maui. We couldn’t be happier with our stay in her condo.

Stayed for 4 nights with family of 4. Excellent central location for airport, snorkeling, beach, and restaurants. AC worked great (used mainly at night in 2 bedrooms). Molikini snorkel trip (with Redline) was very good - boat ramp 3 min from Condo. Recommend snorkeling at Maluaka Beach. Beds were firm. Condo was clean with all needed supplies, including beach gear. We would stay here again without reservation.

This centrally located condo was perfect for our needs. The AC worked well and the kitchen was well stocked. All communications with Ada were easy and efficient. The property overall is well cared for and the pool area was nice. No complaints at all. 10 out of 10 would visit again!

We were three seniors over the age of 70. The outdoor raised chairs were difficult to get up onto and not very comfortable for us. We found the unit not to be as clean as we would like. Our hostess was fabulous and very accessible. I would suggest that there is way too much furniture in the living room, just a personal opinion. Overall we were pleased.

We had a wonderful stay at this property during our 5 days in Maui. The location is very central and you can see the sunset from the Lanai. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms were in good condition. The king sized bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the communication with the property owner was excellent. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is a big help.
There are a couple of things that can be improved. The sofa is not very comfortable, you can feel the springs and is soiled. The towels had a musty smell to them so we ended up washing all the towels at the beginning of our stay.
Overall it was a great stay and I would definitely consider staying here again.

This property is in an amazing location. The view is great and lots of places to eat within walking distance. The pool area is really nice too. Love that it had 2 bathrooms and fully stocked kitchen. Walked to the beach almost every morning to drink my coffee. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that it does need some TLC, but as Ada has already stated in previous reviews she plans to address that already. Even with that said it was all very nice with the exception of the couches. They are very uncomfortable and springs can be felt in the cushions when sitting. But again Ada had already stated that she plans to remedy it. Overall, lovely stay. Thanks Ada 😎

This was our second time staying in Ada's condo. It's such a lovely place. Fully stocked with anything we could think of. So comfortable and with a great ocean view. Just steps from the beach, I can't wait for our next trip!

We had stayed in this building before and loved the location (coffee shop, bakery, fish tacos and the beach right across the parking lot) so when we planned another trip to Maui, we looked for another condo in the same building. Rooftop BBQ and tables are great for grilling during sunset-you can't get a better view from the 7th floor. The condo was clean, comfortable and the owner was accessible by text anytime I needed her. We really loved the automatic code lock on the door-no need for a key. Plenty of towels available, a few beach chairs and an umbrella. Having air conditioning was nice - although it did heat up the lanai a bit at times. But, being cool and comfortable to sleep was lovely! This location is just so central to everything. We loved it!

This condo is in dire need of some TLC. First the good- the location is great, walking distance to shops and restaurants and some wonderful beaches!
The condo itself is in need of a deep cleaning, upon arrival the place was not clean at all, bathrooms were visibly dirty, sheets had sand in them, floors not washed, and the towels smelt of smoke.. As our stay went on we noticed even more- baseboards have layers of dirt, doors sticky to the touch and the couches have springs poking out making them uncomfortable to sit on if you wish to relax a bit. Ada apologized for the issues and while we understand things have been difficult due to COVID, the cleanliness of this place missed the mark. Ada should really consider having a new cleaning crew come through.. we spent our entire first day buying cleaning supplies to complete a basic cleaning so we felt comfortable staying. We had family in another unit at KBR and they had none of the issues we had. If the unit has a deep cleaning, couches replaced it would truly be a wonderful stay.

Sunsets are amazing at this property, several beaches and beach parks in easy walking distance. Community is nice and good restaurants also in walking distance. Place is clean and spacious. Thoroughly enjoyed our honeymoon here!

Cute 2 Bedroom, Great location. Kihei, HI is loaded with great places for food nearby. 20 minutes to the harbor. Great Paddle boarding right by all the Sea Turtles right off the beaches.

We loved our stay!! Loved the ocean view on the patio, we enjoyed our morning coffee and most our meals there. Loved to grill on the roof top. Super short walk to the beach! Would stay here again!
