Our family of five throughly enjoyed everything about our one week stay! We've been vacationing at the Mauna Lani resort for 15+ years and this is the best residence we've stayed at for its amenities, decor, view and convenience to several of the best beaches on the Kohala Coast. The property was exactly as advertised and had everything we needed. The house was spacious, beautiful, and extremely comfortable. Access to the pool, kids' pool, jacuzzi, and short drive to the private beach club made everything so convenient. We have stayed in this complex several times and this was our favorite house so far. The property manager quickly responded to all inquiries. Highly recommend!

This place is a home away from home. There are basic amenities to start a vacation off right. The decor is lovely and the instructions on various things are very clear. It was fabulous to have access to beach chairs and umbrellas. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will stay here again!

We loved staying at Wendi and Jim’s beautiful townhouse! It was very clean, super comfortable beds, gorgeous view, and had everything we needed. We cooked several meals at home and the kitchen was very well appointed and functional. The layout of the place is perfect, with the kitchen opening to the dining and living areas. Wendi always replied quickly to any questions we had. Would love to stay here again on our next trip to Mauna Lani!

The condo was clean and spacious. It had everything we needed including the beach chairs and a couple of noodles to float with. It is very close to everything you need. The beach club is a short drive away and we spent most days there. This is our 8th trip to Mauna Lani and we always stay in one of the resorts so we have access to the club. We spent our days there and then come home, shower, hit Tommy Bahama's for happy hour and go watch the sunset at Holoholokai beach just down the street. Take a beach chair and your camera. To get there turn left out of the complex. It will be a short way down the street and the entrance will be on your right before you get to the Orchid's entrance. Tommy Bahama's is down the street in the other direction. Happy hour is from 3:00 to 5:00. The frozen Mai tai is awesome. The sliders and fish taco's were a favorite too.
There were 6 of us that stayed for part of the time but most of the time there were just 4. The 3rd bedroom beds are not Queen and twin. It was more like a double and child size bed. I marked down the accuracy of listing because of that. My daughter who is a thin 120 lbs, and usually sleeps on a twin, did not fit on this bed. It also has crinkly waterproof mattress covers which she said was hot and noisy.
The lanai was very private. We were able to have coffee in the morning in our pajamas without neighbors seeing us. It is a very peaceful place. The master suite is massive. We enjoyed the huge bathroom and closet.

Great place, and location, it needs a bit more thorough cleaning,
2 things to note are the AC is capped at 76, however the fans helped a bit. and the garage had car in it, but there were parking spots available outside, other than that it was well appointed and had the basics needed if we wanted to cook.

Thank you Wendi and Jim for being such amazing hosts! We had a wonderful time at your beautiful home! The property has everything you need, with all the comforts of home. I don’t think the pictures truly do it justice. Wendi went above and beyond and was very responsive, we very much appreciated this as we were travelling with 3 young kids.
This was our first time visiting the big island of Hawaii, and I know that all of us are looking forward to returning one day!

This place has everything!! The beds were comfortable, and we (3 of us) had an excellent stay. Very close to the beach and within an easy walk. Communication with owner was excellent! You want a great place to stay, this is it.

This is the second time in Mauna Lani and I love it here. This is a lovely home in a superb setting. Coffee on the back patio, lanai, is beautiful overlooking the golf course.
The kitchen is well appointed with very nice cutting boards, pots, pans and great chefs knives.
Wendy is thoughtful, she turned on the AC as she knew I was bringing children. She also helped when I had to ship something via Amazon.
For this price of a home a new TV seems appropriate. The Apps did not work well and each time we went to choose to watch Netflix, or any other App the TV would show an error saying it was communicating with hub etc. We would have to wait for XX minutes, watch regular TV and keep checking back to the Apps to see if they were done “communicating”.
We had already logged into our Apps so it was an error from the TV.
It would be nice to add a page to the welcome book to ship packages to the main office suite # as that is what the office staff shared she recommended to vacation guests.
Overall this place is a gem and I highly recommend for your little slice of heaven!

This was a perfect condo for us. Super clean, outfitted with everything, very responsive owner, quiet, ground floor location looking out over (but amazingly not really at!) the golf course. LOVE the Mauna Launi beach club and it’s restaurant Napua; and the condo pool and gym were great. Covid protocols allowed us to sign up for gym times alone, which was amazing. We would stay here again for sure!

This was a great spot for our family trip.
Not right on the beach, but perfect otherwise and we particularly chose it for the generous cancellation policy. The amenities were great—we lacked for nothing—and the host was super responsive!
The small fitness center right nearby was not available to renters due to ?Covid. And the larger nice fitness center down the road required a $550 weekly membership to use. Would have liked to know this in advance.

We really appreciated all the attention to detail. It was the little extras that made everything so easy. Basic condiments and spices in the kitchen. Toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner. Dish soap and laundry detergent. In the garage, you'll find beach chairs, coolers, sand toys for the little ones. And an umbrella was a major plus! Beds were comfy, fabulous couch for family movies. Fast internet connection. Fabulous location near Foodland Market, Mauna Lani Beach Club, and a short walk to the community pool that had shade and chairs. Best for our family is the closest proximity to our favorite snorkel beach: Beach 69 (lots of shade). For snorkelers we recommend: "Snorkel Hawaii, The Big Island" by Malinowski. Mahalo for sharing your little slice of heaven with us!

The townhouse at Mauna Lani Fairways exceeded my expectations and is easily the best experience I've had with a rental. The place is thoughtfully stocked, really made us feel at home with notes to be clear about what we were welcome to use and where they would like guests to be considerate. The kitchen is stocked with solid useful cookware, silverware, knives etc, not like the throwaway stuff you sometimes encounter in rentals. The bedding is clean and comfortable, this is an area I'm almost always disappointed or even concerned but I loved the washable cotton bedding that held up to close scrutiny and the super comfortable mattresses. The simple decor meant I wasn't worried about kids breaking anything and the neutral colors are just our style and made relaxing even easier. There is a full patio facing the golf course and the layout of the buildings means you rarely see or hear others which is great, felt very private but not closed in. The property is beautifully maintained and the pool is kept very clean. It's a great pool for families with plenty of room to spread out and shallow areas for all ages. Fairways is a great location, easy walk to Fairmont for massages and to the grocery store shopping center with coffee, smoothies, pizza and more. The roads have big and clearly marked pedestrian lanes and lots of joggers take advantage.
I will definitely book here for any future vacations in Hawaii!

The townhome has everything you need and is better than the pictures represent. Rooms are big and beds are comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the beach club.
