The Bay Villa location has breathtaking ocean front views of the islands of Molokai and Lanai. This villa has high ceilings, sunken garden bath tub, fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer. It is ground level which provides even more of a spacious feeling. Located on the property are three heated swimming pools, two tennis courts, gas barbecues, free parking and recreation areas for the convenience of owners and guests. Whether you're looking for a relaxing vacation or fun-filled getaway, we can help book your activities or simply provide the perfect quiet and quaint spot to rejuvenate. End your Maui vacation days relaxing with your favorite beverage either on the beach or sitting on your own private lanai.
One of the many amenities offered at the Kapalua Resort is the free shared shuttle service around the resort. Daily from 7a-11pm, this shuttle is an on-call service that runs from the hotels, villas, golf courses and restaurants. Typically it is suggested you call about 15min ahead of time and wait outside your pick up area. If you are at an establishment in Kapalua, feel free to ask an employee there to call on your behalf. This shuttle will not take guests to/from the airport. Kapalua Resort Shuttle partners with Speedi Shuttle who offers transportation to/from the airports.
Kapalua’s beauty can be enjoyed through hikes, restaurants and gorgeous beaches. The hiking trails at Kapalua range from easy to extremely difficult! Enjoy the ease of the Kapalua Coastal Trail, the Village Trails or the very difficult Mahana Ridge Trail. Kapalua is home to some of Maui’s best restaurants. Higher end spots like Merrimans, Sansei, the Plantation House Restaurant, Cane and Canoe, and the Banyan Tree are wonderful for any special occasion. Honolua Store, the Pour House and Taverna are a little less pricy for amazing tasty cuisine. Neighboring Napili town also has a selection of restaurants. Enjoy dining oceanfront at Gazebo or the Seahouse! Cultural flavors of a wide variety, a wonderful coffee store and more are available at the Napili Plaza along with a grocery store, Napili Market. Kapalua Bay Beach was labeled “best beach” by Dr. Beach in 2018. Enjoy snorkeling in these calm pristine waters. Oneloa, Honolua and Slaughterhouse are also amazing and just minutes away!
Your condominium will be supplied with beach towels. It will not however be stocked with beach equipment. Too often items break or go missing and it is not feasible to track and replace the items. Sullivan Properties, Inc firmly believes in recycling & lowering the carbon footprint we leave on this planet! If items are purchased or acquired by guests and are still in good condition, we are happy to leave them in the unit for others to enjoy.

We stayed for a month at this Bay Villa property. The condo is beautifully renovated and the view is fantastic! The beach is a bit of a walk (or shuttle ride) but the Honolua store is close by. We loved walking the trail/sidewalks in the morning and seeing the beautiful views. Kapalua itself is a planned community which means it is very well-kept and clean and beautiful. However it tends to be rainier and windier than Lahaina. No worries--most of the heavy rain was during the night.

While this condo could definitely use an update, it was perfect for my family's needs. It's two levels which is nice for a little separation, the kitchen was stocked with lots of tupperware, there was even snorkeling gear, beach chairs and an umbrella! When you walk out on the lanai, which has lounge chairs and a table to eat outside, the stairs to the pool are only a few feet away. And from the pool, you walk out the back gate and you're about 4 minutes from the beach! There are also tennis courts in the complex. It was perfect for us, wish we could have stayed a few days longer.

Beautiful view of ocean and whisper quiet AC...stayed in one of the few more dated properties that needs TLC...outstanding location as you are steps away from the Kapalua Trail that runs along the coastline. Very relaxing stay at oceanfront property.
