LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!!
We stayed for 5 days and wish we could've stayed longer. Not only was the home amazing, but the views and accessibility to TB Resort and beach were just steps from us. We had three families and we all fit perfectly.
We come visit every two years and usually have a packed agenda each day; but where we stayed was so lovely we actually just enjoyed our place and relaxed by the beach, pool, bars and then BBQed for dinners.
Age range was 3yrs to 51yrs and we all had a great time! We will be reserving from again!!!
I recommend this for families or groups that want something a bit more relaxed and chill instead of the busyness of the Waikiki tourist side.

Well-furnished, comfortable beds, spacious, great kitchen, beautiful view from patio, nice tv.
Bathrooms need night lights, bath rugs, and more towel bars. Left-side bath shower door does not close so water drips out when showering. Very uncomfortable! Not enough bath towels—expected two for each person (10).

The property was clean and fantastic for a family getaway. It had beautiful views. There was plenty of room. The property manager clearly communicated and offered various services if desired. We had a great return trip to Oahu, and would stay again if we came back.

Really nice condo, comfortable for two families. We were an extended family group consisting of two families with teens and tweens. There was plenty of room for everyone (some kids slept on the couch). The kitchen had everything we needed (although not much in the way of staples - BYO Olive Oil and salt if you are a cook), and there are plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, and an umbrella. Being on the third floor is a bit of a trek, but we got used to it quickly, and having the view (and breeze) is great. Would stay here again. Thank you!

This was our third stay at the Turtle Bay Villas The first two stays were excellent! I mean 100% excellent! Unfortunately, this recent stay was only 60% enjoyed and 40% disappointing. Heres why? Bedding had a mildew odor, band aids stuck on a doorway, a gift of chocolates that turn to crumbs in my mouth, washer/dryer didn’t work well, there’s more but I figured it all comes down to the maintenance. This unit itself is wonderful but the appliances and supplies need work. Unrelated to the unit, and to put a cherry on top of all this. A woman security guard with long hair followed my daughter in law and her child to the room, a little later she knocked to tell us that we needed to place our parking pass in the car windshield, which it already was, she knocked again to tell us to take our towels off the lanai railing (legit), yelling at us at pool for a floaty ring that was in the jacuzzi 5 minutes ago, still yelling at us in front of other guests as shes walking away. We have never been treated this way at any higher end villas, ie Aulani, Koolina Beach Club, More training is definitely needed here. We paid s lot of money only to be treated insolently by a security guard.

Eight fully vaccinated “seniors” traveled and vacationed for the first trip during covid after being fully vaccinated. This turned out to be the perfect spot to gather on the North Shore to enjoy what Hawaii and this Turtle Bay location had to offer. The view, and access and ease of everything met and exceeded our facilities expectations. We would love to return again some time. Thanks for this opportunity.

The layout of the condo is excellent and provides lots of privacy. The wifi was not working the first couple of days. Instead of taking care of it, the property managers made us contact the internet company, and this did not resolve it until the property managers finally did it themselves. Also, there weren't any replacement trash can liners, toilet paper, or paper towels. The view was exceptional! The beach was beautiful. The property was nice and quiet.
