Truly a great place to stay. Clean, quiet, well maintained unit that was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teen-age boys). Kitchen well stocked with pots/pans/equipment. Great breezes and air-flow; we only used the A/C at night. Could walk all around Turtle Bay property; close to food trucks, grocery stores, beaches. Would most definitely stay here again!

We love Turtle Bay, definitely the best and most affordable place to stay on the north shore. Is close to everything including TB Resort and restaurants which are great! That being said the condo was a little cramped, showers very small and the beds weren’t as comfortable as they could be. Since we were out most of the day though, it was a perfect place to hang our bay at the end of a long day. The air conditioners were a little loud and had to be run most of the day to keep it comfortable inside.

The location of the unit and the staff at Turtle Bay were very friendly and helpful. In general, the unit was pleasant with the three air condition units. However, the upstairs king bed could use a new mattress and the bathrooms in the unit could use some updating. The downstairs bathroom had a faint odor when using the shower. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

We really liked staying here. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was just right out the front door. It was an easy walk to Turtle Bay but there's also parking we used for the day we didn't want to walk. Great for our family of 5. Air conditioning worked great but we mostly just kept windows and doors open and there was always a breeze to keep things cool. The beach great was great but we were especially grateful for an umbrella and chairs. We would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Check-in and check out was seamlessly perfect ! All instructions were very clear and concise. The Condo was well equipped clean & plenty big enough for my family of 6. We enjoyed the pool area, beaches, Lei-Lei's etc. All had a great time at the North Shore for our Son's Wedding on the Beach - This place worked out perfectly. Thank you Helen for allowing us to stay here, it is a great place and we will definitely like to come back,

We were looking for a home that could accommodate us 6, not in a resort, but access to. This was perfect for us. Helena was a dream to work with, beaches were in easy walking distance, condo was clean and easy to access. Kitchen was ideal. Walking to Lei Leis for a night cap, pill box for sunset, Turtle bay for Snorkeling; THIS was the perfect location and we absolutely loved this condo. We will absolutely use it again.

The condo is in nice area, has everything you need for your stay. The home itself could use some updates, the loft allows for extra sleeping but has no privacy and shares a bathroom with what would be the master bedroom.

The space is perfect for a family of 5 or 6. We didn't realize how remote Turtle Bay is from Honolulu so likely won't stay that far next time.
The condo has been remodeled making it almost perfect. Some upgrades still necessary would be the upstairs master bed. Somewhat uncomfortable bed. I might also ask that they provide one more set of linens in the downstairs bedroom to use with the provided floor cushion or couch if siblings do not want to sleep together.
Otherwise, everything was great.

I visit the island of Oahu frequently since I have family in Kaneohe and Nanakuli. I particularly enjoy staying at Turtle Bay due to the fact that is feels like home and I'm not bothered by hotel crowds. I have stayed in a couple rentals owned by this landlord and she is very responsive to anything I have ever needed or questions I may have. The check-in process is fast and easy. The posting is very accurate and photos too. The place is clean and the other tenants in the surrounding area are quiet and respectful. The location is great it is close enough to everything and far enough where you get to travel and enjoy a beautiful scenery to anywhere along the island. There is a beach within walking distance and a pool in case you want to relax at home. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I"ll be back with my family for sure!

Condo was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the patio. This was one of the few times we didn't have to deal with ants at the condo! Our family enjoyed ourselves. Would stay here again.

Great location and a bit more reasonable than other turtle bay choices. Although there are a/c units in the bedrooms, they do not work very well and the condo often felt warm. It is remodeled but the furniture and decor is looking a bit tired. Everything was ok just a bit less than excepted for still a decent amount of $$

Family vacation for 5. We stayed in 3 similarly priced and equally sized locations while in Oahu/Maui so comparing across the three. This Kahuku location was great, close to Turtle Bay Resort and beach access and other North Shore sites. Pluses would include: would sleep six comfortably, quiet location, pools, charcoal grills, set parking spot in front of condo, beach chairs and towels provided, on-site laundry and well manicured grounds. Easily accessible and very helpful owner who is local. Drawbacks would include: only a dining table that sits 4, worn/uncomfortable mattress in master, a sufficient, but minimally equipped kitchen, chipped paint on walls/doors (e.g. attention to detail needed), expectations by owner to strip beds, clean, and start a load of laundry before leaving. Overall, a good place and would score between 3.5-4.

My three sisters and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo, which is nestled on the golf course and adjacent to the newly remodeled Turtle Bay Resort. It’s in the most beautiful spot on the north shore, with quick and easy access to amazing swimming and snorkeling beaches, food trucks, restaurants and hiking trails. We loved the proximity to Lei Lei’s.
The unit itself is very nice! It’s super clean and well appointed with everything you need in the kitchen or for a day at the beach. Comfy sofa and chairs in the living room, and beds were fine.
Helena was very responsive to all of our questions and requests. Check in was very easy. David the security guard gave us a detailed tutorial of the grounds, which was very much appreciated. Lots of great advice, so don’t just grab your parking pass and go.
We would stay there again and highly recommend it.

Super relaxing get away for the weekend. It was just what my family and I needed. The swimming pool was perfect, minutes away from the beach and restaurant, and the security staff were friendly. It was a quiet, safe, and peaceful community. The indoor space was big enough for our family of 5, and the view of the golf course and sunset was amazing. The only thing that needs to be fixed are the sliding doors that don’t lock and the flies kept coming in through the doors.

This was an amazing location to base our daily schedule of beach time and north shore activities. The check-in was so simple as was check-out. Everything was as advertised and we were comfortable for our entire stay.
