Wow what a find. One of the best rentals i have ever encountered. The type that gets you thinking about buying it . Location is perfect for all west side beaches. House is immaculate and great fit for fun. Views front and back are unbelievable. Great kitchen and comfort everywhere.

We liked everything about this condo - quiet and save location, pretty view, walking distance to beaches and parks, great ventilation (with windows open ocean breeze was going thru the condo). Smooth check-in and check-out.
The carpet could be a bit cleaner and the broken plastic trash bin in the kitchen could be replaced with minimal cost. Electric kettle would be nice.
Overall a great place to stay.

The property owner thought of all the little things. There were beach chairs, sand toys and boogie boards to use. Also, laundry detergent and other extras were provided. Overall, I would stay there again. The only thing I would have liked to have is a couple of table fans. The condo was pretty hot after leaving without the air conditioner on.

The condo is located in a wonderful location and the views are spectaculars. While the condo is well equipped with everything needed for a fun vacation , it is older than what we expected and missing some modern features such as a smart TV.
Propert manager was responsive and helped us throughout the stay.

This place was great. The location was perfect for going anywhere on the island. Great food right nearby and easy access to fun local towns. The view was fantastic and the beach was easy to get to. Since we were on East Coast time, we were able to walk out to the point and see the sunrise. Wow!

We had a fabulous time. Getting in and out of the property was simple. Walking to turtle bay resort and the beach were so close. Only complaint was it was a bit warm in the loft. It looks like there may have been a ceiling fan there at some point or in the works. Otherwise, we loved it!

At arrival the condo was so extremely hot that the refrigerator had shut down and did not start getting cold for hours. The upstairs loft was missing the ceiling fan that was advertised in the listing photos. The standing fan provided barely blew out air which made it miserable to sleep. The bulbs were burnt out in the upstairs vanity bath at arrival. The first shower taken ran out of hot water. After contacting management we were told that the water heater was small and after one 10 minute shower you must wait 30 minutes before the next. This took a long time for our family of five even with army style showers. The carpet was very dirty throughout. The master bedroom downstairs was advertised as having a king size bed, it was a queen and had a cut piece of 4 inch very uncomfortable foam that hid a very large stain on the mattress below. The management also requires that the air conditioners be set no lower than 74 degrees and must be turned off when leaving during the day. This makes it very hard to cool down the unit and again leaving the loft area too hot to Sleep! We were given a 15% discount for our stay however would have preferred the unit to be as advertised. I am a VRBO owner myself and expect what I provide for my own guests. Hopefully these issues will be taken care of for the next guests here.

We will definitely look to see if this condo is available whenever we are staying in the North Shore. We had a wonderful, comfortable stay.
We had friends with us who have never been to Oahu and they are already looking into another trip to visit back with a couple of their children.
This condo was clean. It has a newly renovated bathroom downstairs, love it (I didn’t see the one in the loft but my friends said that it was nice). The beds were pretty comfortable.
It had boogie boards, towels, beach chairs… all you need for a day on the sand.
Communication with Chris was great. Very attentive.
We have stayed at Kuilima Estates condos over the past 28 years for vacation and this one is one of the tops ones. Is it perfect? No, but feeing comfortable and clean (even hotel like towels), knowing that they put extra effort in doing that, makes a world of difference.

We stayed here for 3 nights during our week on Oahu. I would highly recommend this location to get out of the city. The North Shore us beautiful and has plenty right near by. We loved Kahuku Farms, Dole Plantation, North Shore Surf Girls (lessons), food trucks, and eating over in Haleiwa. The house was very well stocked, beautiful bathroom shower, and plenty of space for our family if 5. Lots of stuff to use on the beach. Plus we had the pool to ourselves twice! Plenty of things to do. Book it, you won’t regret it!

We enjoyed our few days here. It was so nice that the pool is right around the corner. We had it all to ourselves when we went. Then location is fantastic for all that we wanted to do on the north shore.

A great place to stay. Condo is very nice on the inside and well taken care of. All the items one would need to feel at home were provided and in great condition. The location worked out well for us. It was centrally located to the sites we were visiting on the that side of the island. The rental process and check in/out process was simple. I can honestly say, there is nothing I would have wanted different for our stay. Worked great for us!

My family of 5 stayed 6 nights and it was perfect for us. With it being right outside of Turtle Bay, we walked over daily to grab a coffee and walk the property in the mornings. It was fun to watch the surfers at the resort as well.
Property was clean and just right for our family. The kids stayed in the lift (17, 15 & 9). My only wish was that there were a few more bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths. There was exactly one bath towel per person.
My son really enjoyed the pool and this unit is very close to it. I found the bed very comfortable as well. Overall it was absolute perfect!

My family had a great time at this location. The upgraded bathrooms were really nice (note, no bathtub, just two showers) and the kitchen was super helpful given our two little kids. The location is excellent. Only thing to note for those with small kids is the steep steps up to the loft but that wasn’t a problem for us because our daughter is used to them (we also have steep steps in our house). My kids loved all the family board games that were also available. Great stay!

The property was clean and convenient with so many nice beach accessories (thick beach towels, nice beach chairs). Kitchen had all the tools we needed to cook meals, the bathrooms were nice and updated (felt luxurious). Main bed was comfy and the kids loved the loft.
Pool was super nice too. All in all a really good experience and would definitely stay again.

Overall a nice place, biggest downside is the loft area, 2 beds (no bedrooms) 1 bath, but it is very toasty up there, with very little options to cool down the area for sleeping
