We had an excellent stay at this VRBO. Everything we needed plus plenty of space for our family. Being able to enjoy sunsets and watch the waves crashing at the Turtle Bay Resort is a must. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was amazing. Everything and then some was provided for us. I wish i would have had a ink pen so that i would have been able to write in the memory book and add my story of my stay for the next visitors and to let our hosts know how amazing our accommodations were. I would highly recommended a stay here. I hope to be able to return sometime and this would be my first choice.

We chose this condo for its two air conditioners which were much needed at the height of summer, as the winds were not blowing in a way that provides cross breezes. Appreciated the beach towels and well equipped kitchen. We left coffee and tea for the next visitors, but if you are coffee addicts be aware the pantry is very basic (oil and vinegar but no pepper, sugar or coffee). It was an easy walk to the closest beach, and for snorkellers it is a short 15 minute drive to Shark cove, which is fantastic - as clear and still as an aquarium with lots of fish, turtles (and no sharks). Communication with the hosts was very good.

We loved our stay at Turtle Bay. The condo was spotless and had all the amenities that you could possibly need. The master bed was wonderful and the space was decorated with charm. We would love to come back.

The property was clean and comfortable. We had 4 adults and had plenty of space. The condo was located in the Turtle Bay resort so the grounds were beautiful. It was a short walk to Lei Lei's Bar and Grill. Highly recommend as the food was delicious and the staff was very attentive. The beach was a short walk away as well.

It was a great place. Clean, comfortable, and had easy access to turtle bay resort and golf course. The pool was very nice as well. There is also a variety of different beaches and dining options within a short driving distance. Would definitely recommend.

The property is exactly the way it is listed. I would definitely recommend asking the lister if any construction/remodeling is being done by any neighbors before booking though. I wasn’t made aware before booking that this would be taking place during my stay. I’m new to renting vacation I properties but definitely a lesson learned. The condo right next door had construction being done which disrupted our stay. I did reach out to the Sophia who said that the owner for the other unit did not let them know they would have construction being done but the workers could only work M-F from 8am - 5pm. Although the workers could only do construction M-F they did come in on Saturday and did work from 8a-12p. Long story short it wasn’t a pleasant stay for us. Lots of dust and noise coming from the next door unit wasn’t worth the amount of money I paid to stay at this property.

The property was actually a little fresher than it seemed in the photos with some nice updates that were made recently. All the comforts of home but in a tropical paradise. We enjoyed walking to the stables for a sunset ride, or evening ‘photo shoot’ (mandatory with a teenage girl :-), or a night off a cooking with dinner at resort. Checked out teds bakery a few times and the Luau at Toa Luau (and the Waimea Falls and Botanical Garden), plus all the north shore beaches. Kitchen was fully equipped and it was great to have beach stuff including a cooler for use.

Turtle Bay was crazy good! Love the vibe of the North Shore. Took the walk to hidden beach and had to share the beach with turtles, very cool. Great location to get to all the food trucks, too. Mgmt bent over backwards to make us comfortable , they were great. Can’t wait to come back. Aloha!

This is a great property and I would definitely stay here again.!! This condo was very clean and we were provided with great amenities. They provided beach towels, there was sunscreen, ice, a cooler, flippers, and masks. My kids loved having their own space. We loved the pool, my kids especially loved swimming at night. The pool is open until 1000. The condo area is a gated quiet place to stay and very relaxing. Thank you again for sharing your home to travelers.

Location and ambience of the property are both excellent. It was nice to have a kitchen and washer/dryer, as well as boogie boards and beach towels. Kualoa Ranch, Waimea Falls, and the Polynesian Cultural Center was nearby. It was wonderful to stay at this property and enjoyed all that it has to offer!

Easy check in and check out. Good contact with rental agency, great location. The unit was a bit dated, not super clean, but good enough. We cleaned up a little more, vacuumed and aired out the washer and dryer. We really loved the easy walk to the beach and turtle bay resort. Air conditioners were a must and they worked pretty well.The screened in lanai was perfect! Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

The rental was prefect for our family of 4's vacation to the North Shore of Oahu. Each of our children had their own bed in the loft, and we had our own room downstairs. The rental was clean and well maintained.

We enjoyed our stay here very much! It was so nice being close to all the sights on the north shore. We also loved the close access to the beach by Turtle Bay resort. It was a great place for beginning snorkeling. This is a wonderful place to stay for a quiet getaway.

Excellent kitchen supplies - waffle iron, Keurig, sandwich bags, ice maker. The space is clean and comfortable, with a view of the golf course. Beach chairs and towels available. Short walk to the beach at Turtle Bay, quick drive to iconic Ted’s Bakery ant Nirth Shore surfing beaches.

Great location, walking distance to the beach. Loved that there was a washer/dryer, dishwasher and AC units in both rooms. The loft was a bit challenging for my husband and I (both 62 years old), we let our son and DIL a have the master room. Stairs could use a better hand rail and some lighting, the loft bathroom has a sloping roof so I had to squat to dry my hair and the water pressure in shower is extremely low. Those were minor though and would be a great room for the kids. I would definitely rent again if we get back to the area. Our family definitely enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay.
The place was well stocked and the location was fantastic. We enjoyed the pool on site and it was only a quick walk down to the beach. Beds were comfortable and we loved having and washer and dryer in the unit as well. Great view from the lanai and beach towels and other beach accessories were nice to have and use. The fans and AC units were a must for warm nights. That’s something we specifically look for in a rental unit and are so glad they were available.
Would stay here again and recommend to others!

Couldn't be happier. Places to stay on the North Shore are few and far between and this one is for sure a Gem! Clean, well-stocked, and great location. We have two teens so having the upstairs with two large beds and a full bath is perfect. Check-in and out was super easy.

The unit was very clean, had well appointed kitchen, even included boogie board and beach gear. Could not have been more pleased. The location is perfect, adjoining golf course, only a few minutes from the ocean. Perfect heated pool. Great place for families and kids. The property manager was great too, answering all questions promptly and making the whole rental process very easy. This place deserves five stars!

This condo was everything we needed for our family vacation to Oahu. Boogie boards, chairs, beach towels, etc. The kitchen was well-stocked and I cannot stress how wonderfully clean everything was. My sister's family stayed on the West side of the estates and they had ant problems from the start. We enjoyed the air conditioners and ceiling fans, though didn't have to use them much because of the tradewinds. The neighbor that shares the landing was so thoughtful and kind, offering to share her newspaper and even her slippers. If I have a suggestion, it is to improve the lighting and fan system in the bathroom. Otherwise, we appreciated the laundry supplies and quick access to the Turtle Bay property (not including the hotel pools, which are ONLY for hotel guests :)). I would definitely recommend this place for anyone on the North Shore.

Seriously, the photos posted do not do this place justice. The place was clean and pleasant - the funky 70s carpet in the loft was fun and everything was fresh for our stay. Amenities included beach towels, soap and toilet paper in both bathrooms, a few basics in the pantry (salt, pepper, olive oil) and some beach gear. We didn't use the beach gear, but we were grateful for the towels. The kitchen is well-stocked with all the equipment you need to make meals at home or reheat leftovers from the nearby restaurants, and the attention to detail was impeccable. Even the kitchen knives were sharp - they even had a rice cooker! How often can you say that about a rental? Sophia was kind and completely responsive, even making the keys available to us earlier than the normal check-in time. The nearby restaurants are in walking distance, as is the beach and a number of bars - at this time, you must show your ID and vaccination card every time you enter a restaurant, but it was quick and easy and we had no issues. Terrific place and fantastic, convenient location! We would totally stay here - or any place Sophia manages - again.

The apartment was nice and clean. Air conditioner worked, but we used it as little as possible due to a note saying it would leak water down on the lanai. We had my 82 year old mother and it wasn't ideal getting up and down the stairs but was able to do it. All in all the stay was very nice with good neighbors. Sophia seemed friendly all though we never met in person. She gave us suggestions for beaches and places to eat.turtle bay was a great place to stay and we would definitely go back!

This condo exceeded our expectations! The location was amazing, the condo was pristinely clean and beautifully decorated, complete with all of the amenities we could need for our stay. Checking in was a breeze and Sophia was so easy to work with. We absolutely loved the location, being so close to the great Turtle Bay restaurants, and the surrounding North Shore area just cannot be beat. We can't wait to come back!!

Furnishings and linens were NEWER and FRESH unlike some short-term rental properties we have stayed at. Quite a bit of beach gear that wasn't listed in the description which was an added bonus! Chairs, toys, boogie boards, cooler and snorkel gear! Pool was clean and the perfect temperature just two buildings away. Check-in required an extra stop which was not on our route but usually is for those traveling from the airport.
