We visit Maui annually and have always loved staying at the Royal Mauian for the view, the privacy, the sound of the waves at night, to watch the whales directly from the lanai, and having dinner up on the rooftop while the sun is setting.
We came this year with family who also had wonderful rooms here (different floors) to celebrate my parents 60th Anniversary.
You couldn’t ask for a better location. Our stay was pleasant, room was very clean, had came with some supplies to help start off your vacation. The views are incredible which can’t be put into words.
Would definitely look into staying here next year if we have the opportunity.

Very clean, close to elevator, very quiet yet close to stores, groceries and restaurants, whale watching off the deck, Sea Turtles right at our shoreline, lots of parking. The unit was very well stocked and everything was tagged with notes on how to operate the TV , air conditioning etc. Comfortable beds and furniture. When staying in Kihei we will always try to get unit #310!!!

The Royal Mauian was a perfect vacation for us. We brought friends who had never been to Maui and having beaches on both sides of the resort to enjoy was amazing and snorkelling out front of the resort seeing turtles was beautiful. Everything you need is within walking distance; 2 great beaches, shops, restaurants.
The 2 bdrm was spacious and lanai was large for us all as we spotted turtles early in the morning while enjoying our coffee. Kitchen was well equipped with essentials and we used the 4 beach chairs and umbrella most days - so nice to have those amenities. It is the very best location to enjoy the sunset every night - and pick up a
Açai Bowl in the morning across the street! Mahalo

What's not to like with that million dollar view of the ocean and Kamaole beach 1 which is one of the beaches on Maui for swimming, kids playing, and snorkeling. We had 10+ giant sea turtles right off the point everyday. The condo was very nice and comfortable and was as advertised. We would definitely stay there again. The management company was very easy to work with and proactive about the complete process.

The condo was wonderful! Very clean on arrival, and well stocked. Beds were super comfy and the towels and linens were nice. Having the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler bag were very much appreciated! (and I loved the big wineglasses ;-) We were very happy with the neighbourhood and building, very quiet. I will miss falling asleep to the sounds of the waves!!

The view was spectacular. We watched the sunset over the ocean every day with a glass of wine and turtles float by every morning with a nice cup of coffee. Quick access to the beach and the supplied beach chairs were perfect. The kitchen was exactly what we were looking for and helped us prepare meals and save money. The beds were very comfortable as well. We are saving this location for our next Maui trip and so should you!

Property was in a desirable location right on the ocean front and beach. Clean and comfortable for a family of 4. The 2nd bedroom (guest) had 2 twin beds which was ideal. The rooftop space with grills was a nice addition. The town had lots of local shops and eateries. The management company was good to work with.

Beautiful view and amazing location.
Only suggestion is that the beach chairs and one of the umbrellas need to be replaced. Other than that no other suggestions!

The condo had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The Lanai was right on the water with a sunset view every day. The pool is great and you have a very short walk to two beautiful beaches. I would highly recommend this condo for anyone traveling to Maui.

Perfect location with unobstructed views of the ocean. Fell asleep listening to waves and the ocean. Roof top bbq is beautiful. Would love to stay again

Right on the ocean, next to a nice beach. Pool was small and out of service for our stay. If you are a pool person, I wouldn’t recommend. However, if you want breathtaking views and sound of the ocean, this unit is for you.

This South Kihei condo's location next to Kam I beach was perfect. I started most mornings with a walk to Wailea followed by an ocean swim, often accompanied by sea turtles that congregate in rocks in front of the property. And i closed every evening watching the sunset from the oceanfront lanai. The unit is very well maintained - esp the kitchen and bathrooms. Check in was easy and the rental agency was extremely helpful in finding an item I accidentally left behind.

This is a great condo. Because of the cost of rental cars, my husband and I decided to forgo renting a car. So we very much appreciated being within walking distance of so many restaurants, and the bus stop, for longer jaunts.
