Great location, all the amenities you need. Only wish an air conditioner could be added. In the summer that would be a must but it was manageable in the spring.

This place is the perfect place for a family to relax. Great shops nearby, wonderful sandy beaches out the back door. And definitely plan on grilling a few dinners on the rooftop and enjoy the sunsets. We will definitely be back.

3rd floor condo right on the beach, actually between two lovely beaches. Great swimming, good snorkeling. The place is nice and includes everything you would expect (small kitchen with laundry, etc.), plus some extras (beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, even a couple of pairs of fins). Cable is included. The only downside of the unit is the slow, telephone-based WiFi, peak download around 4 MB/s, fine for streaming a video, but don't expect to have multiple devices doing graphic heavy gaming or anything like that. The complex is right across the street from an organic market... not cheap, but it has all the basics. It's close to bunches of restaurants and so forth. Traffic on S.Kihei Rd is heavy during the day. Overall grade: A.

This condo is on the perfect beach and had everything we needed for a relaxing week in paradise. We could literally see whale spouts and the sunset from the lanai!
The condo itself isn't super luxe -- the decorations are a little strange and the kitchen had some old/broken stuff (handles falling off knives and melted cutting boards). Having said that, the manager was responsive and helpful and we would definitely stay again.

We loved the view and could hear the ocean waves. Kitchen is small but complete. Having a washer/dryer was good. We had a problem with the dryer that we reported to the property manager and she got someone out the next day. No A/C but the cross breezes were enough to keep us cool. They had several fans to use if needed, as well as ceiling fans. There were boogie boards and beach chairs. They have an elevator, which is helpful since we were on the third floor. The beach is right outside the property and there are restaurants and food stores across the street. Gorgeous sunsets. One afternoon/evening we watched at least 10 turtles swim and feed.

Each unit in the condo is very different and we were very happy with our choice. The view is amazing, not only for sunset but all day. Kitchen has the basics, nothing fancy.
Would stay here again! Great location in South Kihei that is convenient for exploring Maui.

We were right on the water with beautiful views and especially the sunset. My favorite thing was that it was located right at the best snorkeling spot in South Maui as well as a great beach - Kamaole I.
The furnishings were basic but nice and the bed was comfortable. I know we would've paid a lot more if it was more updated, so I was fine with the look. I just thought the housekeepers could've done a better job of mopping the floors, but maybe they had an off day.

The location was amazing! I have stayed here before at the Royal Mauian and the management contact was great. They went the extra mile to accommodate my every concern! Thanks Cindy! But the unit itself was very disappointing!!! My last unit was just as pictured (great) however, this unit was OLD from the furnishings to the beds to the paint peeling off the walls! It was not acceptable for the cost and I was even more disappointed that I booked it for 3 weeks! Lesson learned, know the unit and read the reviews! I should have known because the only review I could find was from 2017 and in the book in the unit the last review was 2008! Big, huge, mistake!
